This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. This community service activity aims to strengthen the marketing strategy of FUNN Maumere as a culinary business operating in an increasingly competitive market environment. The program was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through field observations, interviews with business owners and employees, and direct mentoring in implementing more effective marketing strategies. The results indicate that FUNN Maumere has applied a combination of traditional and digital marketing strategies, including brochure distribution and active promotion through social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The mentoring activities focused on optimizing digital marketing, improving service quality, and strengthening brand consistency. These efforts contributed positively to increased brand awareness, customer interest, and wider promotional reach. However, sales performance remains fluctuative due to external factors, such as weather conditions and differences in outlet location characteristics. Therefore, this community service emphasizes the importance of continuous product innovation, enhancement of customer experience, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to reduce dependency on external conditions. This activity is expected to serve as a practical reference and mentoring model for other culinary MSMEs in developing adaptive, innovative, and sustainable marketing strategies to improve competitiveness and business continuity.

This Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) assistance program aims to improve business capacity, strengthen branding, expand marketing reach, and provide formal legal status to MSMEs. Activities carried out include digital marketing training, assistance in creating e-commerce accounts, designing and delivering MSME logos, providing grants for sealing equipment, and assisting in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) through the OSS system. The implementation methods include initial observation, activity planning, interactive training, direct mentoring, and post-activity monitoring and evaluation. These methods are designed to ensure that MSMEs are not only equipped with technical knowledge but also empowered with the practical tools necessary for success in a competitive market. The results of the activities show an improvement in the digital marketing skills of MSMEs, allowing them to reach a wider audience through social media platforms and online advertising. The creation of logos as brand identities has significantly boosted the recognition of these businesses, helping them establish a stronger presence in their respective markets. Additionally, the enhanced product packaging quality with the provision of sealing tools has led to better product presentation, which is essential in attracting customers and increasing sales. Furthermore, the acquisition of NIBs as business legal status has provided MSMEs with greater legitimacy, enabling them to access more formal business opportunities and funding options. This program has had a positive impact on the professionalism and competitiveness of MSMEs, which has been reflected in their increased ability to market their products effectively and efficiently. However, further assistance is needed in optimizing digital promotion, such as improving online advertising strategies, and fully utilizing NIBs for better business expansion. Moreover, it is crucial to offer ongoing support and guidance to ensure that MSMEs can continue to thrive and adapt to the rapidly changing digital landscape

One of the digital marketing strategies commonly used by companies and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to introduce their products and achieve optimal profits is through the use of social media (Hidayat et al., 2022). The rapid development of information technology, particularly the internet and social media, has significantly changed consumer behavior and the way businesses operate. Digital marketing provides strategic opportunities for business actors, including lower promotional costs, increased brand awareness, and the potential to boost sales (Dwivedi et al., 2020). However, many MSMEs have not yet fully utilized digital marketing strategies through social media. The lack of digital literacy and limited understanding of effective marketing strategies remain major challenges in business development. To address these issues, a community service team from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Islam Majapahit, implemented a mentoring program for the MSME “DnD Donat” located in Dlanggu District, Mojokerto Regency. The objective of this program was to provide the partner with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to design and implement an effective digital marketing strategy using social media as the primary promotional channel. Through this mentoring activity, the partner received education on the fundamentals of digital marketing, how to create engaging promotional content, and how to effectively use social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business. The results of the program showed that the partner gained an understanding of digital marketing strategies and began to implement them in their business activities. The positive impact of the program was reflected in a noticeable increase in both sales volume and income over a specific period following the implementation of the new marketing approach. This program is expected to serve as a model for developing digital capabilities among other MSMEs and to support the broader digital transformation in the micro and small business sector in a sustainable manner.
