In an increasingly complex era of globalization, companies are expected not only to be profit-oriented, but also to pay attention to their social responsibility. This study aims to analyze the effect of business ethics on the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used is quantitative analysis with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using data from questionnaires distributed to 100-150 companies during the 2019-2023 period. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between business ethics and CSR performance, where companies that apply ethical principles tend to have more effective CSR programs. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating ethics in business strategy to enhance corporate reputation and meet stakeholder expectations. This study also provides recommendations for companies and policy makers to formulate policies that support ethics-based CSR practices.

In Indonesia, the increasing consumer behavior is caused by globalization and a culture of materialism, which poses significant moral and economic challenges. The purpose of this research is to explain how Islamic business ethics influence the consumer behavior of society. This study uses library research with a descriptive method. This involves literature research related to journals, books, and scientific articles. Research shows that Islamic business ethics, based on Sharia values such as justice, balance, and social responsibility, can serve as a useful foundation for transforming consumer behavior to be more rational and aligned with needs. The results show that the values of Islamic business ethics should be incorporated into economic policies, education, and business practices in Indonesia to create a more prosperous and moral society.

Ethical business conduct is increasingly considered important as a strategy to face competition professionally in the era of globalization and digitalization. Business ethics help companies build strong trust, reputation and loyalty among customers, employees and other stakeholders. This research explores various forms of ethical behavior in business, including transparency, social responsibility, and commitment to fair and sustainable practices. Through theoretical approaches and case studies, this research shows that companies that adopt ethical behavior not only improve their image in the eyes of the public but can also achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The results show that companies that conduct business ethically tend to gain stronger customer loyalty, higher employee productivity, and mitigation of reputational risks. In addition, ethical business behavior also has a positive impact on the achievement of long-term goals and corporate sustainability. Therefore, ethical business behavior is not just a moral choice but also an effective business strategy in facing competition professionally

Business ethics education plays a crucial role in shaping the professionalism of accounting students, particularly in addressing ethical challenges in the globalization era. This study aims to analyze the impact of business ethics education on the development of professional attitudes among accounting students at the University of Surabaya. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected from 100 respondents who had completed a business ethics course. The findings indicate that business ethics education significantly helps students understand the principles of transparency, accountability, and integrity, despite challenges such as limited in-depth understanding and social pressures from their environment. These results underscore the importance of strengthening applied business ethics curricula and institutional support to enhance student professionalism.

Companies face new challenges in maintaining compliance with business ethics in the digital era which is characterized by technological advancements and globalization. It is essential to implement business laws to ensure that the company's practices not only comply with applicable regulations but also follow high moral standards. The study looks at how business law can help with ethical compliance in the digital environment, including data protection, transparency, and social responsibility. Using case studies from various industries, this study shows that consistent application of business laws and ongoing ethical counseling can create a strong culture of compliance. As a result, the company can not only reduce legal risks but also build a good reputation in the eyes of the public and consumers.

In the current era of globalization, business development is occurring rapidly. The growth of various businesses is happening everywhere. The number of hotels currently available is increasing, both conventional and sharia, which is causing market competition to become increasingly fierce. Every consumer has a wide choice of products or services that they want to choose according to their individual wishes. Facilities and services are one of the factors that influence the quality of consideration of consumers or visitors in choosing hotel and lodging services. The aim of the research is to find out how the principles of Islamic Business Ethics are applied at Sharia Hotels in Jambi City, especially at OYO 2899 Ardilia Syariah Airport, Jambi City. The method used in this research is a data analysis method which refers to data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that facilities and services influence the application of Islamic business ethics principles in each Sharia Hotel.

Modern business, whether in trade of goods or services, is experiencing rapid growth that contributes to the global economy. However, globalization and technological advancements have brought challenges in communication and conflict resolution, especially in cross-cultural negotiations. This research aims to investigate communication barriers and conflict resolution strategies in the context of multicultural business negotiations, focusing on factors influencing intercultural communication and effective approaches to conflict resolution. A literature review approach is employed in this study. Data is collected from  various related literature, including books, scientific journals, and articles discussing communication barriers and conflict resolution in business from 2015 to 2024. The data is critically analyzed to identify the relationship between communication barriers and conflict resolution in business negotiations. The research results indicate that language differences, communication styles, social norms, business ethics, and perceptions of time are major barriers in intercultural communication that can disrupt business negotiations. These barriers often lead to misunderstandings and conflicts that can damage business relationships. Additionally, interest-based approaches and Pancasila-based deliberation are identified as effective conflict resolution strategies, emphasizing the values of democracy, kinship, and mutual cooperation.

Implementing excellent business ethics may help increase communication and promote mutual trust among coworkers. You must concentrate on two things while operating a business. The first is to be aware of and sensitive to the needs and feelings of others. The second purpose is to prevent misunderstandings with others, since business ethics differ widely between cultures and nations. The goal of this essay is to discover how Ethics and Business might become long-term business strategies in the Global Business Era. As a research approach, the author of this paper use observation techniques as well as library research methods. According to the findings of this article's discussion, business ethics influences the amount of confidence that each member of the business community has in one another. The company, suppliers, and end users are all stakeholders who impact one another. Each of these components must adhere to high ethical standards in order to preserve the foundation of trust.
