Mengingat pendidikan karakter akan berjalan dengan baik jika sistem pendidikan nasional mendapat dukungan yang baik, maka nilai-nilai dalam pendidikan karakter dapat dilaksanakan secara berbeda berdasarkan metode pengajaran guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi guru bahasa Inggris SMP dan SMA dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajarannya di sebuah sekolah swasta di wilayah Bandung. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif melalui kuesioner, wawancara dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa sebagian besar guru di sekolah menengah telah menerapkan pembentukan nilai karakter dalam cara mereka mengajar, dalam berbagai kegiatan di kelas. Kesimpulannya, meskipun implementasi dari implementasi character building bisa berbeda-beda untuk setiap guru bahasa Inggris, dan kemajuannya tidak dapat diketahui secara instan, upaya tersebut telah dilakukan secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, guru harus terus-menerus mengubah cara mengajarnya agar siswa tidak benar-benar “sadar” bahwa karakter mereka dibangun secara singkat, dan mengabaikannya sebagai pendidikan nilai yang diacu.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company's strategy dominates the international market.  PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the companies that is able to enter the international market.  The products of PT Indofood in this study sell their products in several countries.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely scientific investigation that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context through a process of in-depth communicative interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied.  From the results of this research, Indomie is the instant noodle brand of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Indonesia and is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories that produce 15 billion packs of Indomie each year.  Indomia is also exported to more than 60 countries around the world.  The application of continuous innovation, namely the construction of factories abroad, product strategy, quality maintenance, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, customer relationship (consumer relationship building strategy).

Early age is a golden age which is very effective in instilling various beneficial knowledge. The importance of character education in early childhood requires teachers to be creative and innovative in using learning media. Various learning media motivate children to learn. Not only forming a smart character but also being able to instill good values. This study aims to analyze various types of learning media in shaping the character of children in RA Normal Islam Rakha. This study used a qualitative method by taking the research location at RA Normal Islam Rakha. This type of research is descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation and interview methods. The results of the study show that teachers have a big role in children's character education. As role models as well as mentors in building children's character, teachers provide references or tools that can foster curiosity and not get bored in learning. The concept of playing while learning that children like is very effective when using a variety of learning media. The results of the research findings at RA Normal Islam Rakha carried out the formation of children's character through various learning media through educational toys and teaching aids.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. This study discusses the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud in Satker X. This study is devoted to examining the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud, as well as the potential for fraud that may still occur when Satker X has implemented e-procurement in procurement process. The object of this research is Satker X which is one of the Central Government Work Units engaged in the field of vocational education. This research is aimed at Satker X as e-procurement users.Research espondent in this study are 3 respondents. Data collection in this study was done by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After the data is collected, the next step is analyze the data. Data were analyzed by data reduction, presented in tabular form, until the stage of completion of writing and drawing conclusions. The validity or credibility test of the data is done by using data triangulation.The results show that the implementation of e-procurement in Satker X is quite good, and e-procurement has been proven to increase transparency and accountability in the procurement process in Satker X. However, it turns out that e-procurement still has gaps that can later become one of the potential fraud in the future. It was found that e-procurement is considered less able to prevent fraud that can occur during the implementation of work. Where there is manipulating documents carried out by unscrupulous provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, it is hoped that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it can always evaluate the implementation of work of the procurement of goods and services, besides that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it must also start building an integrity zone, by increasing the integrity of implementers, starting from KPA, planners, PPK, UKPBJ, and the work supervisor.

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

Information technology is a very important means ofinformation for a company. Information is expectedto facilitate work or activities to achieve goalsoptimally. With the increasing popularity of theinternet, many business fields, especially large-scaleones, have provided online services, but this is notthe case for small and medium-sized businesses suchas the car rental business, by utilizing web servicesthat contain information and ordering applications, itis hoped that they will become promotional mediaand will expedite the ordering process. The researchmethod used in building a rental car bookingapplication with web services is by means of needsanalysis, system design, database design, and screendialog design.

Building security is a mandatory requirement that must be met by a building. Before being built, it is necessary to review academic studies and structural analysis in advance regarding the technical requirements of the building whether it meets the standards or not against existing regulations in Indonesia. Currently, the Brebes Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office has an outdoor tennis court that is not yet representative. So it is planned that the field will be upgraded to become a semi-indoor field, by adding a curved roof in the 2022 fiscal year. The purpose of this community service activity is to determine the safety of semi-indoor roof coverings from a structural point of view. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goal of Community Service (PPM) is the method of literature, field surveys, data processing and report preparation.

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. The service focuses on training on processing glass waste as the main ingredient in making mosaic works, themed on folklore. Aims to provide knowledge about the potential of glass waste, and the technical practice of processing it to become a mosaic work. The training participants were a group of young people from Noloro, located in Sawit, Panggungharjo, Bantul DIY. The method used in the implementation is ADDIE, which stands for the stages of the process itself, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The result of the training is a mosaic work from glass waste, taking the theme of one of the folk tales from Bantul Regency, namely about the Krapyak Stage as well because it is a very iconic building.

This research aims to produce learning media for the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet on Traditional Market Snacks in Pontianak City on the flat-sided building material that reaches the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study uses a 4D design model, which is modified into 3D, namely define (definition), design (design), development (development), without using the fourth stage, namely disseminate, because this refers to the initial goal of this research is to develop valid, practical and effective media contained in the third step of the development of this model, namely development. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII SMP Suster Pontianak with a total of 20 students. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, questionnaires, and test questions. Based on the results of the first study, the validation of the Ethnomathematics Student Worksheet with an average value of 84,76% from expert activities was very valid with a very good category. The second is the value of practicality, seen from the value of the questionnaire filled in by the teacher, the percentage is 97% with very practical criteria. to see the effectiveness of the ethnomathematics-based student worksheet learning media compared to the Likert scale index, with a percentage of 81.11% in the very effective criteria.    

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.  

In human life the use of electrical energy is very important and needed, but over time the use of its consumption is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to save electricity consumption activities. This effort is known as energy conservation, one of which uses the energy audit method. Energy audit is to calculate the level of use or Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building whether it is efficient in the use of electrical energy. Collecting data related to electricity usage, building profiles, and observing lighting loads, air conditioning/air conditioning loads and other loads. The use of the IKE formula as a form of analyzing the data. The results of the study stated that the IKE value in the Untirta Integrated Laboratory Building was 38.019 kWh/m2, from this value it can be seen that the IKE is efficient. This is based on the parameters used by ASEAN-USAID of 240 kWh/m2. There is an addition in saving energy if in the future there are additional burdens such as laboratory equipment or electronic goods. These savings can be made by using LED lamps and replacing TL lamps or using lamps with a lower wattage than the previous lamp and can be done by reducing the duration of usage in consuming electrical energy.

This study aims to obtain data on the impact of noise pollution by conducting a noise test from the operation of the PLTD and modeling it to get the noise impact hue. Finite element software modeling the impact of noise generated from the operation of PLTD to determine the hue of the noise impact. LISA, a popular finite element analysis application, was used to estimate and complete this study using the finite element model. Noise data retrieval, some data is carried out according to the engine power load during production and the machine stops with a certain distance reference to the affected area, namely residential areas, with a zone radius of up to 100 m from the machine point. The condition of the impact of noise exposure that occurs, where in general the area that has a major impact on settlements is a linear area of openings at the noise source because noise waste is free to come out of building openings without any obstacles. , so that the nominal sound impact that occurs without these obstacles, the average noise value is above the 70 dB.A threshold with the category of very disturbing.

Desa Curug mendapatkan bantuan dana untuk melaksanakan program ODF. Program ODF (Open Defecation Free) adalah kondisi ketika setiap individu dalam komunitas tidak buang air besar sembarangan. Membangun kesehatan keluarga mandiri bukan hanya melalui program fisik, tetapi kegiatan setelah program tersebut berakhir yang lebih diutamakan supaya berkelanjutan dan berkesinambungan. Tujuan dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran keluarga mengenai pentingnya sanitasi sebagai salah satu syarat kelengkapan dalam rumah tapak sederhana dan memberikan informasi tentang tata cara membuat sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan. Metode kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk tercapainya tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah metode penyuluhan. Sanitasi yang sesuai standar kesehatan adalah jamban keluarga lengkap dengan konstruksi septictank dan resapannya yang berjarak 10-11 m dari air bersih. Penyuluhan sanitasi berstandar kesehatan membuka wawasan masyarakat bahwa anak-anak akan terhindar dari stunting, sehingga dapat menjadi sumber daya manusia unggul sesuai dengan visi misi presiden terpilih periode 2019-2024. Untuk keberlanjutan jamban keluarga mandiri sebaiknya dibentuk tim untuk mengawasi pada saat pembuatan dan pemeliharaan.

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of Nidji's song; (2) the imagery contained in the lyrics of the song Nidji; and (3) the application of Nidji's song lyrics in learning to identify the elements of poetry in class X SMA. The data collection of this research was carried out using the observation method. The data analysis of this research is content analysis. The results of data analysis are presented with informal techniques. Based on the data and discussion, it is concluded that (1) the figurative meanings contained in the lyrics of the Nidji song include (a) hyperbole figure of speech which serves to exaggerate the situation when someone is in love. His heart blossomed and everything became beautiful; (b) association figure of speech serves to describe different vibrations when falling in love with millions of feelings; (2) The types of imagery in Nidji's song lyrics consist of (a) auditory images found in the lyrics "I hear the singing of a thousand gods and goddesses of love" and "Echoing the world", (b) visual images found in the lyrics "I see the sun will come to me” and “I see the moon will come to me”, (c) the motion images found in the lyrics “Come to me, hug me dearly” and “The moon will come to me”. (3) The application of learning using Nidji's song lyrics is in accordance with basic competencies 3.17 Analyzing the elements of poetry building. The method used is Discovery Based Learning with learning steps which include the following: greeting and motivation, apperception, division of study groups, analyzing Nidji's song When I Fall in Love based on figurative and imagery elements, presentations, and concluding learning activities.

Mailing is one of the Web systems that is now widely used in modern administrative systems. The correspondence system is a system related to administration that virtually concentrates the components of an organization, where data, information, and communication are made through telecommunication media with the aim of building a system that is able to accommodate each element. This correspondence system is built using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the Waterfall Model software development technique. For the use of the correspondence system, a study was conducted entitled "Web-Based Correspondence System at the Bale Musara Village Office". This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of testing the Web-based Correspondence System are in accordance with the system proposed and expected by system users, especially for village operators and secretaries. Based on the research and creation of the system that has been carried out, there are several conclusions, namely the Making of a Correspondence Information System at the Bale Musara Village Office can be used to facilitate the work of village officials.

This study aims to examine the effect of training, capacity building, and reward provision on improving the performance of human resources at the Kapalo Destination of Banda Taram, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study used a questionnaire distributed in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota as many 53 respondents using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) PLS data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Training and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of managers at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination while the capacity building has no significant effect on improving performance at the Kapalo Banda Taram Destination. This research implies that the existence of training and rewards can make performance better, especially in the Destination of Kapalo Banda Taram, Regency of Lima Puluh Kota.

This study aims to determine the role of student organizations in building character, especially in today's digital generation. In conducting this research, the author applies a qualitative or descriptive literature study research method. Literature studies are obtained through a literacy process from various books and articles related to the material to be discussed. The literature study in this study was carried out by the author through the process of reading, concluding, then processing and developing the data obtained as material from the research conducted. Based on the research carried out, it was concluded that the very important role of student organizations in educating student character in this digital era is critical thinking. If students do not have the ability to think critically, it will be very easy to fall into things that weaken the character of the nation. Students must be able to be good examples for the community and the task of students is also to make the best possible use of existing digital technology and then implement it in everyday life. This research is expected to provide information and add insight to readers, especially students, about the role of student organizations in the digital generation.
