This study employed a quantitative survey approach to know the effect of service quality and corporate culture on customer satisfaction at PT Bank SulutGo, Surabaya branch. The sample consisted of 94 customers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The multiple regression analysis results showed a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0,530, indicating that the two independent variables together explained 53% of the variable in customer satisfaction. The F-test yielded a value of 53,378 with a p-value of 0,000 (p < 0,05), indicating that the regression model was jointly significant and that service quality and corporate culture together influence customer satisfaction. Partial t-tests showed that the Service Quality variable (X1) significantly affected customer satisfaction with a t-value of 2,227 and a p-value of 0,028 (p < 0.05). Similarly, the Corporate Culture variable (X2) also significantly affected customer satisfaction with a t-value of 4,032 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that higher customer perceptions of service quality and corporate culture lead to higher satisfaction levels. Partial t-tests further revealed that both independent variables significantly affected customer satisfaction. The Service Quality variable (X1) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 2.227 and a p-value of 0.028 (p < 0.05). Similarly, the Corporate Culture variable (X2) also had a significant impact, with a t-value of 4.032 and a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings highlight the importance of both service quality and corporate culture in shaping customer satisfaction. The results suggest that improving service quality and fostering a positive corporate culture can significantly enhance customer satisfaction, which is critical in maintaining customer loyalty and competitive advantage in the banking sector.

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on changes in the structure of modern organizations. Technology is no longer seen merely as a supporting tool but has become the core driver of business and operational transformation across various industries. This literature review provides a comprehensive discussion of how organizational technology influences structure, culture, and work processes within organizations, as well as the adaptive strategies employed to address the challenges of the digital era. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, this study examines the role of technology in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating data-driven decision-making. Additionally, this research presents several implementation studies of technology in today's digital business landscape, offering a practical overview of the evolving dynamics. This discussion aims to serve as a reference for academics, practitioners, and organizations in understanding and strategically leveraging technology to achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

The background of this research is the work productivity of CV Hurip employees, which fluctuates, where there is an increase and there is also a decrease. Employees lack the ability to complete the job. Employees lack the ability to improve work results achieved. Employees do not prioritize quality. The leadership of CV Hurip is responsible, wise, able to manage, direct, influence and understand the wishes of employees. Leaders are able to overcome the problems currently faced by employees. Leaders provide compensation for each employee is still lacking. Thus, the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership patterns on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. Knowing and analyzing the influence of corporate culture on the work productivity of CV Hurip employees in Ciamis Regency. This type of research is an explanatory survey while the data analysis technique is descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the pattern of leadership tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of leadership patterns on employee work productivity. This means that if the pattern of leadership increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. Company culture tends to be high, as well as high employee work productivity. This indicates a strong influence of corporate culture on employee productivity . This means that if the company's culture increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee work productivity. Companies and organizations certainly have their own goals. To achieve this goal, of course, there are many series of Management Planning and Human Resource Planning (PSDM). However, HR Planning must be effective in order to achieve competitive advantage. Unfortunately, in preparing HR planning, it is necessary to adjust to the existing company culture. This is because the company culture itself contains formal values that need to be adhered to by the SDM. Therefore, the author will discuss the correlation between HR Planning and Corporate Culture in this article.

Di tengah-tengah kemajuan tersebut, iklim kompetisi (persaingan) baik yang bersifat pribadi hingga kolektif menjadi konsekuensi logis dari keinginan untuk maju dari pribadi-pribadi maupun dari kelompok-kelompok yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat. Persaingan yang terjadi ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya perusahaan-perusahaan yang muncul, berkembang, dan aktif dalam lingkungan sehari-hari, terutama dalam dunia bisnis. Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif, mendorong perusahaan untuk bersaing secara sehat merupakan hal positif bagi setiap perusahaan. Namun tidak selamanya persaingan sehat yang berjalan, sebab kadangkala muncul persaingan yang tidak sehat pula. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa betapa ketatnya persaingan di dunia usaha.

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam menerapkan budaya perusahaan dan motivasi kepada karyawan tergantung bagaimana perusahaan memahami kebutuhan karyawan dan dalam membangun budaya perusahaan tidak semudah yang dibayangkan, keragaman latar belakang budaya yang dibawa oleh karyawan menjadi halangan bagi perusahaan dalam menerapkan budaya perusahaannya. Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.
