This research is motivated by the phenomenon of decreasing number of customers at Emdee Easy Beauty Clinic Batam, which indicates the need for an evaluation of marketing strategies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of price, promotion, brand image, and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative associative with a sample of 91 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously, price, promotion, brand image, and product quality had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (F count 14.111 > F table 2.47). Partially, the variables of price, promotion, and brand image have a positive and significant influence, but product quality does not have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in this study. The rapid development of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia has intensified competition among business actors, requiring companies to implement effective marketing strategies to maintain customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases. In this context, brand image and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) are considered important factors that influence consumer perceptions and purchasing behavior. A positive brand image can create favorable impressions in the minds of consumers, while Electronic Word of Mouth through digital platforms allows customers to share experiences and opinions about products or services with a wider audience. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and Electronic Word of Mouth on Repurchase Decision with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening variable. The research was conducted on consumers of Ashbab Coffee who had previously purchased its products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who met the research criteria. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The results of the study indicate that brand image and Electronic Word of Mouth have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction and Repurchase Decision. In addition, Customer Satisfaction also acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between brand image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Repurchase Decision. These findings suggest that maintaining a positive brand image and encouraging positive Electronic Word of Mouth can increase Customer Satisfaction and encourage consumers to make repeat purchases.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) concept in Apple Inc.’s marketing strategy and to assess students’ perceptions as young consumers of Apple products. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied through a literature review supported by an online survey involving 30 students who use Apple products. Data were analyzed descriptively to relate Apple’s STP strategy to respondent preferences and satisfaction levels. The results indicate that Apple applies multidimensional market segmentation encompassing demographic, psychographic, and behavioral aspects, targeting premium consumers, creative professionals, and urban youth. The targeting strategy emphasizes product quality, design, and symbolic value, while positioning is established as a premium brand supported by an integrated product ecosystem. Survey findings show that ease of access is the most prioritized factor among respondents (40%), followed by information completeness (33%). The overall satisfaction level is categorized as moderate, with a mean score of 3.67. These findings suggest that Apple’s STP strategy has been effective in strengthening brand image among students; however, improvements are still needed, particularly in information delivery and service accessibility. This study is expected to provide practical insights for businesses and educational institutions in developing marketing strategies aligned with young consumer characteristics.

This study investigates the structural relationships among Product Quality (PQ), Brand Image (BI), Word of Mouth (WOM), and Repurchase Intention (RI) to empirically understand the sequential mechanisms driving consumer loyalty in a highly competitive market. Grounded conceptually in the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) paradigm, the research posits that PQ acts as an external antecedent influencing RI through the mediating cognitive and behavioural constructs of BI and WOM. Data were collected from a sample of 187 Weber product consumers in Surabaya and analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The empirical results confirm all hypothesized direct and indirect relationships. Specifically, PQ significantly and positively influences both BI (β=0.337, p<0.000) and WOM (β=0.351, p<0.000). Furthermore, both BI and WOM significantly predict RI, with WOM (β=0.498, p<0.000) demonstrating a markedly stronger effect compared to BI (β=0.414, p<0.000). The model successfully explains a moderate 57% of the variance in Repurchase Intention. These findings underscore the strategic imperative for management to prioritize superior product quality, which organically fosters a positive brand perception and stimulates potent word-of-mouth promotion identified as the most critical driver of repeated purchases. Future research is encouraged to integrate additional affective factors, such as customer satisfaction or perceived price fairness, to enhance the explanatory power of the consumer loyalty model.

Simultaneously, the three variables contribute to the formation of consumer loyalty, particularly through usage satisfaction, repurchase intention, and recommendations to others. These findings highlight the importance of product quality and competitive pricing as the main factors in building consumer loyalty in the sports shoe market. This research provides insights for athletic shoe manufacturers to focus more on improving product quality and competitive pricing to maintain and expand market share among athletes. It also shows that while brand image can influence consumer perceptions, quality and price are more dominant in building long-term relationships with consumers in the athletic shoe industry.

The background of this study is based on the importance of quality in the competitive aquaculture industry, as well as the need to build a strong brand image to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method as an analysis technique. Data were obtained by distributing closed questionnaires to consumers who had purchased shrimp products from Venambak Shrimp Farm. The analysis was conducted using SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that TQM has a positive and significant influence on brand image and customer satisfaction. In addition, brand image is proven to significantly influence customer satisfaction and plays a role as a mediating variable in the relationship between TQM and customer satisfaction. This means that good internal quality not only has a direct impact on satisfaction, but also indirectly through the formation of positive brand perceptions in the minds of consumers. These findings emphasize the importance of quality management strategies integrated with branding strategies in the context of the aquaculture industry.
