Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Making evening party dresses that must be considered is the pattern. Patterns are used as examples to avoid mistakes when cutting fabric. Pattern making must be adjusted to the size of the body shape of the clothing model. Patterns are very influential on the results of the clothes that will be made, therefore this study uses two different types of pattern techniques, namely draping pattern techniques and construction pattern techniques. This study aims to determine which pattern technique is good for making evening party dresses. This research uses the R&D (research and development) method or can be called research and development. The trial results show that using the draping pattern is more efficient than the construction pattern technique. The practical construction pattern technique has a weakness at the waist, namely the location of the waist that rises from the original waist. After making an assessment through the validator, the author makes evening party dresses using the pattern technique that has the highest value. The making of evening party dresses uses two pattern techniques, namely on the body pattern using a draping pattern technique and on the skirt using a construction pattern technique.

Uric acid or urine acid is a product of purine nucleic acid catabolism. Uric acid is produced from within the body (genetic) and from outside (food consumed). Uric acid is measured to assess purine metabolism abnormalities, to confirm the diagnosis and monitoring of treatment, and to detect abnormalities in kidney function. In this situation, the results of purine metabolism (uric acid) that should be excreted out of the body through the kidneys do not occur, so that uric acid in the blood will increase over time. Kidney failure disease kidney organ function has decreased so that eventually unable to work as a filter, dispose of body electrolytes, and maintain fluid and chemical balance in the blood or urine production. This study aims to determine uric acid levels and the percentage of uric acid levels that are outside the normal range and the relationship between hemodialysis time and uric acid levels in patients with kidney failure. The research method used is the descriptive method and the examination method uses the uricase enzymatic method. For data analysis using the SPSS Bivariate test program with Spearmen's Rank test with a sig value of 0.608 which was carried out on 32 samples of serum from hemodialysis patients at random. The results of this study showed that the average uric acid level was 7.1 mg/dL, while normal uric acid levels were 2.7 mg/dL, and the highest was 10.2 mg/dL. Uric acid levels that showed normal results were 12 respondents or 37.5% and increased results were 20 respondents or 62.5%. Pregnancy can cause the body to be very susceptible to low hemoglobin levels, which during pregnancy require sufficient iron for the body. If the body loses iron, anemia will occur, because the body requires the intake of foods that contain iron. Anemia itself where the value of the hemoglobin level is less than the normal value or below the normal value. So if a pregnant woman has a hemoglobin level below the normal value, she will be prone to anemia. The risk of anemia during pregnancy can occur in the fetus because it can affect the growth and development of the fetus and baby, as well as babies born prematurely or with reduced body weight. Dates are a fruit which contains many benefits for the body, one of which is to prevent anemia. The content of the date palm itself contains nutrients for the body such as protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, thiamine, ribovalfin, nicotinic acid, and iron. To determine hemoglobin levels in pregnant women before and after giving dates. The research method used this time was preexperimental with a one-group pre-test post-test research design. While the examination using the cyanmethemoglobin method. The results of the study of hb levels before being given dates with an average result of 11.94 and after being given dates the average result was 12.65 which showed an increase in hb levels. Data analysis using the Paired Sample Test statistical test obtained the results of sig (2 tailed) of 0.207 or > 0.05. From the results of the statistical analysis of the Paired Sample Test, it can be said that Ho is accepted, which means that there is no significant effect on the administration of dates on hemoglobin levels before and after.

This research was carried out by comparing the DS18B20 sensor and the MLX 90614 sensor to detect the accuracy of detecting human body temperature which is used to detect Covid 19 symptoms. In this experiment, 10 trials were carried out with different human segments detected using the sensor. In the experiment, it was found that the MLX90614 sensor is more suitable to be used for development with an IoT-based system because it does not need to come into contact with the skin of the human body. The MLX90614 sensor will detect the temperature and change it to one Celsius unit then send it to the firebase database which will then be picked up by the android application which is held by the security officer so that the temperature can be known remotely. When the temperature is more than 38.5 Celsius it will turn on the buzzer sound which can be heard from a distance which indicates the temperature is above 38.5 Celsius and on android will also display a danger sign

Monitoring realizes efforts to improve the quality of health services. To obtain information on patient condition data during treatment. The monitoring process is done manually. So that it has an impact on the service and condition of the patient during treatment. The design of monitoring the patient's body temperature and heart during treatment with IoT can be controlled through the NodeMCU sensor ESP8266, MLX9014, MAX30100 sensor and Arduino IDE software program. Furthermore, it can detect the patient's temperature and the patient's heart rate during treatment. And processed by the NodeMCU ESP8266, the data from the two sensors is displayed on the SSD1306 OLED LCD and also to the smartphone of the medical officer on duty via Blynk. In order for the tool to work properly and optimally, it is necessary to adjust the pin placement so that it can work optimally. The problem of internet connection interference causes delays, resulting in a mismatch between the measurement of the test equipment and the standard tool. Data values are taken with an accuracy of 70%-93% for the MAX30100 sensor, for the temperature sensor it is close to optimal with a value that is read on a standard tool with an accuracy of 97%-99%.

Chronic renal failure is a progressive and continuous destruction of kidney structures. Chronic renal failure occurs in susceptible individuals, analgesic nephropathy, destruction of renal papillae associated with daily use of analgesic drugs for years. Whatever the cause, there is a progressive deterioration of kidney function which is characterized by a progressive decrease in the Glomelurus Filter Rate (GFR) (Corwin, 2009). Chronic kidney failure is a failure of kidney function to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance due to progressive destruction of kidney structures with manifestations of accumulation of residual metabolites (uremic toxicants) in the blood (Muttaqin & Sari, 2011). as well as electrolytes and acid-base composition of body fluids, removing metabolic wastes that are no longer needed by the body, regulating blood pressure and hormonal function. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the final stage of chronic kidney failure where GFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 so that the body fails to maintain metabolism and fluid and electrolyte balance, causing uremia, namely retention of urea and other nitrogenous wastes in the blood (Smeltzer et al. al, 2008; National Kidney Foundation in Kallenbach, et al, 2005). With the increasingly real decline in kidney function or worsening of symptoms of uremia, renal replacement therapy is required for survival, namely dialysis and organ transplantation. There are two methods of dialysis, one of which is Hemodialysis (Potter, 2005; Smelzer, 2008).
