The Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is closely related to the low number of pregnant women visiting the Community Health Center (Puskesmas). This situation can occur due to patient dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided by health facilities, which can lead to patients deciding not to undergo check-ups at the Puskesmas or going to non-medical personnel, which can lead to complications in pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of health service quality on patient satisfaction among third-trimester pregnant women at Pucakwangi 2 Pati Community Health Center. This study adopted a quantitative, observational, analytical, cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted at Pucakwangi 2 Pati Community Health Center in October 2023. The sample size was 42 third-trimester pregnant women using BPJS services. The sampling method used was total sampling, and the results were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney statistical test. The results showed that the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy were related to patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000. Meanwhile, the assurance dimension was not related to patient satisfaction because the p-value was 0.356. Four quality dimensions were found to be related to patient satisfaction, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy dimensions on the satisfaction of pregnant women in the third trimester at Pucakwangi 2 Community Health Center, Pati. Meanwhile, no relationship was found between the assurance dimension and the satisfaction of pregnant women in the third trimester at Pucakwangi 2 Community Health Center, Pati. This finding indicates that improving the quality of health services, especially in the aspects of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy, is very important to increase the satisfaction of pregnant women. The Community Health Center needs to conduct continuous evaluation and improvement in maternal health services to encourage regular visits by pregnant women, reduce the risk of complications, and contribute to reducing maternal mortality in the Pucakwangi 2 Community Health Center's working area.

This Electronic Medical Record is a digital version of a medical record, the same as a paper-based manual medical record, this electronic medical record also contains information regarding health history, diagnoses, laboratory results, examination notes, medications given, medical procedures, and other data. relevant to the patient's health condition. It is hoped that the implementation of Electronic Medical Records can increase the efficiency of BPJS claims and improve the quality of service. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of RME using the Delone and Mclean method. The Delone and Mclean method is an information system quality evaluation framework that includes six dimensions, namely information system quality, information quality, service quality, use quality, user satisfaction, and user impact. In this study, we apply this method to analyze the quality of RME management. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to RME users in hospitals. The questionnaire measures user perceptions of information system quality, information quality, service quality, use quality, user satisfaction, and impact of using RME. The results of this research are expected to provide better insight into the use of RME in the context of work efficiency. The findings of this research will provide input for RME developers to improve the quality of information systems, the quality of information, and the quality of services provided to users. Apart from that, this research also contributes to theory and research in the field of information systems by applying the Delone and Mclean method in the context of RME management.

This study examines the quality of outpatient public services for BPJS Health patients at the Regional General Hospital of Dumai City. The purpose of this research is to assess how service quality is experienced by patients and how effectively outpatient services are delivered. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants included outpatient service staff and BPJS patients selected purposively to represent both service providers and service users. The analysis focuses on five dimensions of service quality: physical facilities, service reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results indicate that outpatient services are generally perceived as adequate, particularly in terms of physical facilities, diagnostic accuracy, and staff professionalism. However, delays in registration and service processes remain a major concern, mainly due to high patient volume and administrative procedures. In addition, differences in staff communication and interpersonal attitudes lead to variations in patient experiences. Overall, the study highlights the importance of improving service responsiveness and strengthening empathetic communication to enhance patient satisfaction and the effectiveness of public hospital outpatient services.

Patient satisfaction is a factor that can be used as a reference in determining the success of a service program. Patient satisfaction will arise when it is supported by good quality service. This research aims to provide an overview of the level of satisfaction of outpatient BPJS patients at Hermina Bitung Hospital, Tanggerang Regency in 2023. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the data that has been collected being processed using SPSS (statistical packagen for the social sciences) then the results analyzed by measuring the average percentage for each patient criterion and a sample size of 76 respondents, from this research it can be concluded that patient satisfaction through the reliability dimension is 56.58%, the responsiveness dimension is 55.26%, the assurance dimension was 53.95%, the empathy dimension was 56.58%, while the direct evidence (tangible) was 51.32%. Thus, the researchers concluded that the number of BPJS patients in outpatient registration services was 52.63%. This research was motivated by the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis uses Outer Loading and Inner Loading Analysis, while data processing is assisted by using SemPLS software. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the quality of basic health services is related to patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the results of the study, it was found that the variable dimension of service quality that has the greatest effect on patient satisfaction is the Assurance (Skills) dimension with an Original Sample value of 0.222, the second is environmental comfort with hypothetical results (p value 0.017), while the smaller dimension is Empathy. (p.Value 0.50%). Whereas for the dimension of Staff Reliability there is no relationship with Patient Satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 > 0.05 as well as the Responsiveness and provision of information dimension has no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 > 0.04. Thus patient satisfaction with services at the Bukittinggi City Health Center is prioritized for an increase in the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness of Officers.
