Oil palm is Indonesia's leading and prime plantation commodity. Plants whose main products consist of palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (KPO) have high economic value and are one of the largest foreign exchange earners compared to other plantation commodities (Fauzi, 2012) PT. Safety Pin River Purun is a company that manages palm kernel products with the products produced there are 2 types, namely CPKO (Cruide Palm Kernel Oil) and PKM (Palm Kernel Meal). From the results of the study it was found that the prototype design was made capable of producing palm kernel assessment calculations using AHP in the assessment process, while the prototype model used was to use the prototyping model method. With this research can be beneficial for the management of PT. The Sungai Purun pin in the process of evaluating palm kernel is more effective and accurate in producing reports

A house for every human being is the main and most important need compared to others needs in general. A financial institution is an institution engaged in the financial sector where its customers are people from various walks of life with various behaviors. Lending is a business activity that carries a high risk and affects the business continuity of a banking company. The problem that is often faced in providing home loans is determining the decision to extend credit to prospective customers, while another problem is that not all home loan payments by customers can run well or commonly known as bad credit. One of the causes of bad credit is an assessment error in making credit decisions. Data mining is a process used to analyze cases in order to find the best performance of an algorithm being tested. One way to get information or patterns from a large data set is to use techniques in data mining. There are many classification methods that can be used to produce precise accuracy values. In this study, two classification algotihm methods are used in classifying the home crediting dataset, namely the C4.5 decision tree algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The comparison of the two algorithms produces an accuracy value fo the Naïve Bayes algorithm of 36.36% and the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm has an accuracy rate of 59.54%.

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembelajaran norma dan keadilan pada PPKn bagi peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaran, kepala sekolah dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran norma dan keadilan dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta kurang optimal. Hal tersebut ditujukkan dengan hasil penilaian aspek afektif yaitu kurang optimal, hal tersebut ditunjukkaan siswa kurang aktif menjawab pertanyaan serta siswa kurang memperhatikan penjelasan guru dengan seksama. Hasil penilaian aspek psikomotorik yaitu aktivitas siswa dalam menyampaikan hasil kerja kelompok di depan kelas sudah baik. Siswa saat mempersentasikan jawabannya di depan kelas dengan percaya diri.  Kata Kunci: Proses Pembelajaran, Norma, Keadilan, PPKnABSTRACTThe aim of the research is to find out the process of norms and justice learnings on civics of 7th grade students at SMP 23 Surakarta. The kind of research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data are primary and secondary data. The subjects of the research are teachers of civics subject, the principal, and the students. The methods of collecting the data are observation, interview, and documentation. The trustworthiness was conducted through source and method triangulation. The technique of analyzing the data used interative analysis model. The research findings show that the process of norms and justice learnings on civics of 7th grade students at SMP Negeri 23 Surakarta is less optimum. It could be viewed from less optimum affective factor showed from the studenst who are less active in answering questions and they less pay attetion of the teacter. The result of assessment from psychomotor aspect is that the activity of the students in conveying the result of group activity in front of the class is good. The purpose of this study was to identify Vertebrate animals of the Mammal class, order artiodactyla, family Cervidae in the Jurug Surakarta taru Animal Park, develop interactive video media as a result of identification of vetebrata animals into learning media, know the quality of interactive video media based on assessment by material experts, media experts and biology teachers, and applications in learning. The research method uses an observation method by making direct observations of vertebrate species. The instrument for assessing the quality of interactive video media is based on material aspects and presentation aspects, with a qualitative descriptive analysis design. The results of this study indicate that in Taru Jurug Animal Park Surakarta there are 3 species of animals namely Cervus unicolor, Cervus timorensis, Axis-axis and all three have been identified. Research on the identification of vertebrate animals, especially the mammalian class, order artiodactyla, and the cervidae family can be used for the preparation of interactive video media with material on Biodiversity at the level of genes and species. The quality of interactive video media in terms of material aspects, presentation, and language. Assessment of material experts obtained a percentage of 90.9% so that it was categorized as very valid, media experts obtained a percentage of 88.5% so it was categorized as very valid, biology teacher Veteran 1 Sukoharjo High School obtained a percentage of 92.5% so it was categorized as very valid and biology teacher Nguter 1 Public High School obtained a percentage of 97.5% so it is categorized as very valid. Based on this, it can be concluded that this interactive video media is worthy of being used by teachers as one of the learning media about Biodiversity at the level of genes and species.

Penerapan EWS yang baik diharapkan akan terjadi penurunan mortalitas, penurunan angka kejadian code blue, peningkatan admisi HCU, penurunan admisi ICU, dan penurunan length of stay pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan penerapan sistem National Early Warning Score (NEWS) denganpenilaianmortalitas pasien di Intalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dimana variable independen dan dependen diteliti secara bersamaan. Sampel responden sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Di analisa dengan uji statistic Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada penerapan sistem National Early Warning Score (NEWS) dengan penilaian mortalitas pasien di Intalasi GawatDarurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado dengan nilai ? < ? atau 0,031 < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan penerapan NEWS dengan penilaian mortalitas pasien di instalasi gawat darurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado. Saran penelitian ini diharapkan pihak Rumah Sakit dapat meningkatkan penerapan NEWS sehingga dapat meningkatkan mortalitas pasien.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Decision Support System in Employee Performance Appraisal is a web-based system used to support decision making for outsourcing employee contract extensions. This study aims to provide a decision support information system in employee performance appraisal so that employee performance appraisals and employee contract extension decisions can be carried out systematically. Currently, employee performance appraisals and decision making for employee contract extensions are still done manually using spreadsheets. The method used in the design of decision support systems in the web-based employee performance appraisal is the method of calculating the assessment using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and the prototype system development method. The design of this system provides convenience to the personnel staff and the head of personnel in assessing and making decisions for employees who are about to expire their contract. The system can also be a means for personnel staff in accessing reports on employee data whose performance has been assessed by the division head and makes it easier for personnel staff to make decisions on employee contract extensions. With the system, employees will be more motivated to do their job better.

To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.

Recent technological developments determine humans to be creative in creating tools that implement technology in it with the aim of facilitating human tasks in daily activities. Inappropriate use of fertilizers can cause losses, both losses on fertilizer, on plants, as well as on the soil and the environment around fertilization. Losses on plants such as unhealthy plant growth and susceptible to disease pests, plant yields are not as expected or low. From the background above, the writer found an idea to create a system or tool that can help farmers in determining the dose of Nitrogen fertilizer in their rice plants, through the storage of the dosage data of each land. The user did five scans, from each scan producing RGB values, each RGB value from five samples was then matched with the BWD dose color indicator. The sample dose results are then sent by the NodeMcu microcontroller to the webserver database. Based on the assessment of the test conducted by 10 Users by Gapoktan Farmers Group of Tosari Kendal Village, the total value of 372 that has been averaged to be 37.2 is between 31 - 40 which is classified in the category of "Very Valid or Very Effective".

The purpose of this study is To determine the types of Birds (Aves) which can be used for the preparation of the learning media in the form of Interactive Multimedia Area of the National Park of Merbabu Mountain, Selo district, Boyolali Regency, The form of this research is RnD interactive multimedia, research Methods using point count method by applying random sampling in the taking of the shooting point. Data collection with the point count through the 4 replications. Large population is the entire Aves in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park.Results and conclusion the types of Aves found in the Area of Merbabu Mountain National Park as many as 12 Family 17 species and 156 individuals.Assessment of the third expert stated that the learning media in the form of interactive multimedia is Very Feasible to used as media of learning are valid. The application of learning media in the classroom by utilizing interactive multimedia as a teaching material at the time of learning according to the material or KD that have been written on the syllabus.          Keywords: identification aves, interactive multimedia, merbabu mountain national park.

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable instrument and can be used to measure the behavior of high school students regarding water pollution. The steps undertaken to develop this instrument are the development of a collection of question items, validation of a collection of question items, taking opinion experts, trials, instrument administration, documentation, calculating the validity and reliability of instruments using trials of this instrument which contains the habits of water pollution. The validation stage was submitted to one high school biology teacher and two biology lecturers. The instrument test was conducted with a group of 20 high school students with 15 questions. The results showed that the Corrected Item-Total Correlation of 15 questions created and validated there were 6 questions that were positive while 9 other questions were negative. Then for the value of Reliability Statistics for Cronbach's Alpha is 0.469 and Cronbach's Alpha Based on Standardized Items is 0.417. The conclusions from the results of the study as a whole assessment instruments are good and can be used.Keywords: Behavior, Water Pollution, Instrument Development.
