The purpose of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of P4K with the innovation of the Dora Backpack to anticipate pregnancy risk in pregnant women in the working area of the Mantup Health Center in Lamongan Regency. This type of research is quasi-experimental with Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population of this study were pregnant women in the third trimester in the work area of the Mantup Health Center and Tikung Health Center totaling 262 pregnant women. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples was 176 pregnant women, consisting of 88 control pregnant women and 88 intervention pregnant women. Univariate data analysis with frequency distribution table, bivariate analysis with Mann Withney and Logistic Regression. Based on the results of the Mann Withney test in the control and intervention groups, ap value of 0.000 means that P4K with the Si Dora Backpack Innovation is effective in increasing the ability of pregnant women to anticipate the risk of pregnancy and based on the results of the Logistics Regression test, external variables do not affect the ability to anticipate pregnancy risk factors, namely age with p value 0.341, education with p value 0.587, and occupation with p value 0.631. P4K With Si Dora's Backpack Innovation is effective in increasing the ability of pregnant women to anticipate the risk of pregnancy.

Laboratories play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety, with approximately 80–90% of clinical diagnoses relying on laboratory test results. Despite their importance, laboratory errors are reported to occur in about 0.012% to 0.6% of all tests conducted. Patient safety is fundamentally a managerial responsibility that can be improved through the implementation of robust systems aimed at detecting and addressing quality deficiencies. A reactive approach to this involves incident reporting followed by root cause analysis, which helps uncover and rectify weaknesses in existing policies and procedures. Alternatively, a proactive strategy such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) focuses on evaluating the entire testing process, anticipating potential adverse events, and taking preventive measures before such issues arise. This method is particularly effective for prospective risk assessment in high-risk procedures, thereby minimizing the likelihood of errors within laboratories and other areas of patient care.

This study employed a quantitative approach to examine the empirical relationship between supervisor support, occupational stress, work-family conflict, and nurse turnover intention. A survey was conducted among 240 nurses working in a private hospital in Tangerang from March to April 2023. The data was collected using questionnaires that had been validated and reliable, and convenience sampling was used to select the sample. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. This study employed SPSS version 26 to assess the hypothesis. The result showed that supervisor support has a negative impact on nurse turnover intention. Occupational stress also found to perform a positive effect on turn over intention. In addition, work-family conflict also displays a negative influence on the nurse’ turnover intention. This study suggests a recommendation for a private hotel management regarding maintaining nurses turn over intention by examining the role of supervisor support, occupation stress, and anticipating work-family conflict.
