From the beginning of creation, God had forbidden the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, warning that anyone who ate it would face death. However, this warning was ignored when Eve, tempted by Satan's persuasion, chose to disobey God's command. This action led to sin, as it reflected a wrong decision and went against God's will. Originally, Adam and Eve lived in a state of holiness and freedom from sin. God Himself stated that humans were created in His image and likeness, meaning they possessed a purity and nobility that reflected His love. However, their decision to eat the forbidden fruit removed that purity. As a result, humans were separated from God's holiness and fell into sin. This is the basis for the teaching affirmed in Romans 3:23, which states that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." This wrong choice had profound consequences, illustrating the importance of obedience to God's commands for maintaining purity and an intimate relationship with Him.

This study aims to examine public minibus drivers in Medan from the perspectives of citizenship and liberalism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results show that public minibus drivers enjoy individual freedoms, such as determining their working hours, choosing their rest times, and competing for passengers. This freedom is seen as a form of self-sovereignty in line with the principles of liberalism. However, this freedom also gives rise to contradictions, namely economic uncertainty, the burden of daily deposits, and the absence of social security and legal protection. The emergence of application-based transportation services further exacerbates the gap, as angkot drivers feel they experience inequality in terms of access to technology, regulations, and government support. This condition demonstrates the weak role of the state in guaranteeing their citizenship rights, especially those related to welfare and job protection. Thus, this study emphasizes that the principle of freedom in liberalism cannot be separated from the state's responsibility to achieve social justice. More equitable policies, technological support, and social protection for public minibus drivers are important steps to ensure that individual freedom is in line with citizenship rights.

Mikrotrans Jaklingko is one of the public transportation modes managed by PT Transjakarta and is designed as an alternative solution to meet the daily mobility needs of urban communities. Unlike conventional public minibuses (angkot), the Mikrotrans service operates with stricter regulations, such as fixed routes, designated stops, and more orderly service management. The program aims to encourage people to shift from using private vehicles to public transportation while improving user comfort and satisfaction in the Jakarta metropolitan area. This study specifically analyzes the influence of service quality and facilities on user satisfaction with the Mikrotrans Jaklingko service. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through field observations and questionnaires distributed to 100 active Mikrotrans users. The data were processed and analyzed using SPSS through a series of tests, including validity, reliability, classical assumption testing, coefficient analysis, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using both t-tests and F-tests. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, the available facilities, such as vehicle comfort, safety, and the adequacy of supporting infrastructure, also have a positive and significant effect on satisfaction levels. Simultaneously, both independent variables contribute significantly to enhancing user satisfaction. These results highlight that improving service quality and facilities should be a strategic priority to ensure greater comfort for the public when using Mikrotrans. Ultimately, these improvements will strengthen government efforts to encourage a transition from private vehicles to public transportation in Jakarta, thereby supporting sustainable urban mobility.

A tumor is a collection of abnormal cells that develop due to excessive and uncontrolled cell division (Angkotasan & Vioneery, 2022). Currently, tumors are considered one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide (Maryati, 2023). The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth understanding and description of nursing care for Mr. T, a patient with a medical diagnosis of post-operative soft tissue tumor (STT) in the right arm, who was treated in Room Mawar 2 at RSUD dr. Soeselo, Tegal Regency, in accordance with standardized nursing care guidelines. This study employed a descriptive case study method, with data obtained through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and documentation reviews. Based on the case analysis, the patient’s main complaint was severe pain following surgery. Three priority nursing diagnoses were identified: acute pain, knowledge deficit related to the disease and its management, and risk of infection due to post-surgical wound. Nursing interventions were planned and implemented according to SDKI (Standar Diagnosa Keperawatan Indonesia), SIKI (Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia), and SLKI (Standar Luaran Keperawatan Indonesia), adapted to the patient’s condition. The interventions included pain management techniques, health education, wound care, and infection prevention strategies. The results showed that after the nursing care was carried out, the patient reported a decrease in pain intensity, demonstrated increased knowledge regarding his condition, and exhibited no signs of infection. This study highlights the importance of systematic nursing care in post-operative soft tissue tumor patients to reduce complications, promote recovery, and improve quality of life. The findings are expected to contribute as a reference for nursing practice and further research on tumor management in clinical settings.

Low back pain (LBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal problems experienced by workers, especially those in professions that require prolonged static sitting, such as public transportation drivers. This condition not only impacts work productivity but can also disrupt daily activities and increase the risk of chronic health problems. This study aims to analyze factors associated with the incidence of LBP in public transportation drivers on the Latuhalat route at Mardika Terminal, Ambon City. The study design used an observational analytical approach with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of 96 public transportation drivers, and 51 were selected as samples through a purposive sampling technique based on inclusion criteria. The independent variables in this study included driving position, driving duration, age, and length of service, while the dependent variable was low back pain. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Chi-square test. The results showed that all independent variables, namely driving position, driving duration, age, and length of service, had a significant relationship with the incidence of LBP (p < 0.05). Thus, ergonomic factors and workload significantly contribute to the occurrence of NPB in public transportation drivers. Therefore, ergonomic interventions, proportional work hour arrangements, and the implementation of occupational health programs are important steps in reducing the risk of NPB in drivers.

The city of Surabaya with a population that has high mobility certainly requires transportation to support population activities. As a city with a high population, the city of Surabaya certainly faces various problems in public transportation services, one of which is congestion. To overcome this problem, the Surabaya City Government launched the Suroboyo bus and Wira Wiri fleets as alternative public transportation to overcome vehicle density in the city of Surabaya. However, the existence of Suroboyo Bus and Wira Wiri Suroboyo as public transportation that covers almost the entire area of Surabaya City, leaves questions about what will happen to drivers of conventional public transportation such as angkot or lyn which have previously been the choice of public transportation for the people of Surabaya City. It cannot be denied that the existence of Suroboyo Bus and Wira Wiri Suroboyo has caused a decrease in demand for conventional public transportation passengers. The aim of this research is to describe the rationality of Surabaya Bus and Wira Wiri decision making regarding conventional public transportation according to Max Weber's theory of rationality. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In research using literature or literature studies, the results can be obtained that Surabaya Bus and Wira Wiri's decision making regarding conventional public transportation does not fully fulfill the forms of rationality proposed by Max Weber.

In the increasingly advanced era of modern transportation, city transportation (angkot) is under high threat. They compete with online transportation that can be ordered via cellphone. Convenience and safety are also considerations why people prefer online motorcycle taxis to public transportation. Moreover, public transportation has travel routes and schedules that often do not suit the interests of the community. This study aims to explain the impact of the role of modern transportation on the decline in the existence of public transportation and the decline in public interest in using public transportation. The method used in this study is qualitative research using an ethnographic approach, namely research carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses conflict theory from Ralf Dahrendrof to strengthen the results of the research. The results of the research show that the impact of the role of online transportation on the shift in the existence of public transportation is very significant. Public interest in using public transportation has greatly decreased. This has caused the income of angkot drivers and angkot owners to decrease drastically, and some angkot are no longer operated because it is difficult to find passengers on these angkot routes. even though on the other hand they have to continue to finance their family's needs which are also increasing. This research is expected to provide a broader understanding of the role of modern transportation in the decline in public interest in public transportation which will be studied using sociological studies.

Angkot is one of the conventional forms of transportation that is often used by the public for mobility because the prices are affordable with a variety of routes and a lot of cargo. We can find Angkots easily in various city centers with units that are often many so they can be easily found. But at present, conventional transportation and online transportation, giving rise to many policies and also considerations from various parties involed in contributing betwen online and conventional parties. In all aspects, online transportation is far superios in all aspect, online transportation is far superior in all respects and in line with the deveplopment of the current era of globalization. So that the party that suffetrs the most is conventional transportation because with the times that continue to roll, angkot drivers need to survive and find solutions by taking rationalist actions to maintain the existence of angkot. Actions ned to be taken not only by the angkot driver as a party involed in this dynamic, but the intervention of the local goverment and also the trasportation agency is very important for the contribution of the angkot to balnce the social system in society. So that rationalist actions and also the role of local goverment are very important in supporting conventional transportations operations.
