Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Aromaterapi Lemon Terhadap Penurunan Intensitas Mual Muntah Pasca Operasi Dengan Anestesi Spinal di RSUD R.A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo. A.A Tjokronegoro Purworejo berjumlah 30 responden.

Hydronephrosis is a condition widening of one or second kidneys because of enhancement of the pressure kidney. Pressure increase consequence exists in blockage like the presence of stones in the ureters (ureterolithiasis). Treatment of stones in the ducts can done with surgery so that needs procedure anesthesia. One of the indications of spinal anesthesia is surgery urology. The patient a 45-year-old male, based on history, examination, and supporting patient was diagnosed with hydronephrosis dextra and during the ureteroscopy (URS) process a stone was found in the ureter of the dextra. Therefore, that done lithotripsy to break up stones. In this patient, it was Spinal anesthesia with Bupivacaine 0.5% 15 mg injected using spinal needle no. 25 G in the L3 - L4 region. During the operation, vital signs in the form of pressure are also monitored for blood, pulse, and oxygen saturation every 5 minutes efficiently and continuously, and administration of intravenous fluids in the form of Ringer's lactate. During the operation the patient's condition was stable. After the operation is complete, observation continues in the recovery room, where vital signs are monitored and assessed bromage scale.

Background: Regional anesthesia is a major factor in safety patients during labor by Sectio Caesaria (SC). The rise of spinal anesthesia as a popular technique in use made possible by the development of a small needle with a tip pencil and has become the anesthetic method of choice for elective surgery and for multiple emergency cesarean deliveries if an epidural catheter not there yet. Research method: This research is an experimental analytic observational study with a cross sectional study approach. Result: Known Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.734 because the value of asymp. Sig (2-tailed) > 0.05 or 0.0734 > 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is accepted, Ha is rejected, so no. Comparison between the use of hyperbaric bupivacaine and isobaric levobupivacaine in cesarean section patients with spinal anesthesia. Conclusion: There is no comparison between the use of hyperbaric bupivacaine and isobaric levobupivacaine in cesarean section patients with spinal anesthesia.

Background: Obesity is a pathological condition due to excessive fat accumulation than is needed for body function. Pregnant women with overweight and obesity are at high risk and have been shown to be associated with increased complications in pregnancy. Cesarean section is a surgery to deliver a fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall. Generally, in cesarean section, spinal anesthesia is performed. Objective: to determine the hemodynamic picture of obese caesarean section patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: The method used is observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach and consecutive sampling technique. Data analysis uses parametric statistics. The data in this study are the results of differences in obese and non-obese patients. Data collection techniques in this study include documentation and observation. Results: The pre-anesthesia results obtained an average systolic blood pressure = 138.31 ± 17.528, an average diastolic blood pressure = 82.54 ± 10.643 and an average pulse of 100.69 ± 15.315, while the results after 5 minutes obtained an average systolic blood pressure of 105.31 ± 12.572, an average diastolic blood pressure of 61.15 ± 11.753 and an average pulse of 99.54 ± 18.963. Conclusion: Changes in blood pressure and pulse before spinal anesthesia with after spinal anesthesia in obese patients undergoing cesarean section showed a decrease in blood pressure and pulse in the 5th minute after injection.
