Based on data obtained from the Pangkah Health Center, Tegal Regency in 2022, the number of maternal mortality rates (MMR) was 2 cases caused by amniotic fluid bleeding and embolism, whereas in 2023 it was zero or non-existent (Recap of PWS KIA data from Pangkah Community Health Center 2023). The aim of this study was to examine obstetric cases with high risk aged >35 years and mild anemia. This research uses a case study approach. The research subject was pregnant mother Mrs. A is 36 years old with high risk, aged >35 years and mild anemia. Data was taken from October to November 2023. Data was taken using interviews, observation and documentation, the results during pregnancy, the subjects accepted to have their Hb checked because at visit 2 the Hb was low and the results were the same as at visit 3-4 the Hb was high and normal. Pregnant women aged >35 years are still often found or are more at risk because the mother's health has declined, as a result pregnant women at that age have a high probability of preeclampsia, bleeding, preterm labor and others. Suggestion: if a similar case is found, collaboration with a doctor is necessary. during pregnancy until postpartum, apart from that it is necessary to involve the family, especially the child during pregnancy and after the baby is born.

The success of maternal and child health can be seen from the indicators of maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). One of the causes of maternal mortality is bleeding that occurs due to anemia during pregnancy. Anemia conditions can be prevented by antenatal care (ANC) checks, and can help make labor run physiologically. Objective To provide comprehensive midwifery care to the patient, family, community or closest friends in order to get appropriate care. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. In the first visit pregnancy care found the incidence of Mild Anemia, at the second visit found the incidence of Mild Preeclampsia. In the care of childbirth, there were cases of premature rupture of membranes and chepalopelvic disporpotion so that delivery was carried out by Sectio Caesarea. And in the care of newborns, postpartum and family planning there are no problems and the condition of the mother and baby is normal. Based on the comprehensive care provided to Mrs. K, there were no gaps in the care of pregnancy, puerperium, newborn, and family planning, but in the care of childbirth there were some gaps between theory and practice.

Anemia in pregnancy is characterized by a condition in which the body has few red blood cells or the cells cannot carry oxygen throughout the body. it is estimated that the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia in 2019 is 48.9%. Bananas are the best food because they contain vitamins needed by pregnant women. Bananas are sufficient to meet the substance intake of anemic patients. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between Ambon Banana Administration and Hemoglobin Levels in Pregnant Women with Mild Anemia in the First Trimester. This research was carried out using quantitative analytic research with a cross sectional approach by collecting secondary data from medical records. from April 2021 to June 2022 . This research was conducted at TPMB Susi in Dolok Merawan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency in February 2023. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total sample of 42 pregnant women in the first trimester with mild anemia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Analysis using the Chi Square statistical test shows that the p value is 0.000 (<0.05). So that the hypothesis can be accepted, then there is a "Relationship between Giving Ambon Bananas and Hemoglobin Levels in Pregnant Women with Mild Anemia in the First Trimester. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between giving Ambon bananas and hemoglobin levels of pregnant women after being given Ambon bananas. Giving ambon bananas can be suggested as an alternative complement of vitamins to increase hemoglobin levels.

Measurement of haemoglobin (Hb) is a standard examination in pregnant women at the first prenatal visit that is used to evaluate physical status and anemia. One of the health conditions that often occurs and is important to note in reducing maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality is anemia in pregnancy, which can increase the risk of infection, preeclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, low birth weight babies, preterm birth, to death for both mother and child. fetus. This cross-sectional study aims to determine the difference in mean haemoglobin levels with the incidence of mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia and eclampsia which were selected according to the criteria by total sampling using medical record data in the period January 2020 - December 2020. The variables in this study consisted of the basic characteristics of the respondents (age mother and parity status), gestational age (weeks), and medical condition of the mother divided into three groups (mild, severe preeclampsia, and eclampsia). Statistical analysis using the Kruskall Wallis test. This study included 190 respondents with an average maternal age of 32 years and an average haemoglobin level of 10.86 with medical conditions dominated by severe preeclampsia (85.3%). The results of the study found that there was no significant difference in mean hemoglobin levels between the three groups of pregnant women (p-value: 0.235). To improve the quality of life of the mother and fetus, it is recommended that primary health services should be strengthened, prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of anemia in pregnancy should be prioritized.
