International trade is the main pillar of global economic development. For Indonesia, international trade policy plays a strategic role in encouraging economic growth. As a country rich in natural resources and with a large population, Indonesia has the potential to be significant in the global value chain. However, fluctuations in commodity prices, competitive pressures, and protectionism of trading partners are obstacles that need to be overcome. This study examines the impact of international trade policies on Indonesia's economic growth through a literature study. The analysis focuses on the influence of tariff regulation, free trade agreements, and non-tariff policies on the competitiveness of national products and the protection of domestic industries. The results show that trade policies are effective in creating synergies between exports and economic growth, although challenges in the form of dependence on primary commodity exports and the need to increase manufacturing competitiveness remain. This study recommends strengthening infrastructure, improving the quality of human resources, and sustainable economic policies as strategies to optimize international trade for national economic development.

This study examines the dynamics of monetary policy and economic diplomacy in maintaining the stability of the Rupiah exchange rate in the context of Indonesia’s international financial market. Indonesia’s economic stability is closely tied to the Rupiah’s value, which is influenced by both domestic economic policies and external global factors. The study analyzes the effectiveness of various monetary policy instruments used by Bank Indonesia, such as the benchmark interest rate, foreign exchange market interventions, open market operations, and minimum reserve requirements. Furthermore, it explores the role of economic diplomacy, including bilateral swap agreements and international cooperation, in enhancing Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves and stabilizing the Rupiah. Despite these efforts, external challenges such as global economic uncertainty, commodity price volatility, and geopolitical tensions continue to pose risks to exchange rate stability. The study concludes with strategic recommendations for strengthening monetary policy, including diversification of foreign exchange revenue, enhancing domestic financial markets, and fostering synergy between fiscal and monetary policies.

This study aims to determine the considerations used by management in fraud response to cases that have harmed cooperatives and customers, and to determine the loss recovery system taken by management. The subjects and organizations studied are the management of a microfinance institution (ABC Cooperative) in Central Java. The objectives of this study will be achieved by using a qualitative research design, with a case study approach. Case studies are chosen because the unit of analysis is one organization. Analytical research is used to explore how and why a phenomenon occurs. The results of this study explain that the response taken by the cooperative to cases of fraud committed by its employees is termination of employment with several agreements, without involving the legal process. This step is taken to maintain the good name of the Cooperative in the eyes of the public and minimize the expenditure of larger funds. In practice, this study proves and strengthens the theory that most fraud committed by employees is undetected and is often resolved secretly to protect the victim's good name, this estimate is likely to underestimate the actual losses to business and society. This study can also provide practical implications for other cooperative institutions as a reference in making decisions related to similar cases.

The findings indicate that the pricing mechanism at Al Ishlah Restaurant employs a cost-based method, setting prices based on raw material costs, capital, operational expenses, and production services, adjusted according to the types of food selected by customers. Generally, the pricing practices at Wisma Tamu Al Ishlah Restaurant align with Islamic economic justice principles, ensuring that no party is disadvantaged and upholding honesty in transactions. Prices are established through mutual agreement between the restaurant and the customer, ensuring fairness. However, price transparency presents a challenge that could affect consumer perceptions. This research contributes to the development of Islamic economic theory in the culinary business context and provides recommendations to enhance justice in buffet pricing..

The film “Hati Suhita” released in 2023 is an adaptation of the novel by Khilma Anis. Because it is set in an Islamic boarding school causes the film to have dialogues that are thick with politeness. However, this does not deny that the film also contains conversational implicatures. The aim of this study is to describe the forms of conversational implicatures found in the film “Hati Suhita” and explain how the process of violating the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness can cause the emergence of implicatures. This study uses two approaches, namely a theoretical approach with pragmatic studies and a qualitative descriptive approach as a methodological approach. The data collection method uses the listening method with advanced techniques, namely the proficient free-involved listening technique and note-taking technique. Based on the 736 speech data from the film “Hati Suhita”, 63 speeches containing conversational implicature were found. The details of the implicature are 26 implicatures caused by the violation of cooperation principle and 37 implicatures caused by the violation of politeness principle. The thimble violation that creates the most implicature in the film is the violation of the thimble of agreement maxim. In addition, no violations of the thimble of modesty maxim and the thimble of obligation of S to O maxim were found in the analyzed data. Hopefully, this research can reveal the implied meanings in the dialogue between the characters in the film Hati Suhita.

The practice of buying and selling rice using the "tebasan" system occurs in Bedoro Village, Sambungmacan District, Sragen Regency. In this practice, farmers conduct transactions with buyers when the rice plants have turned yellow but are not yet ready for harvest, with a down payment as a sign of commitment. The buyer then waits until the rice is ready for harvest to proceed with harvesting and completing the payment. This study aims to review the practice of buying and selling rice using the tebasan system in Bedoro Village from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. This research uses field research methods with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results indicate that the transaction of buying and selling rice using the tebasan system in Bedoro Village is valid according to Sharia Economic Law. This is because the transaction meets the pillars and conditions of sale and purchase, including the presence of two contracting parties, the goods being traded, and the agreement (ijab qabul), while avoiding elements that could invalidate the transaction such as gharar, riba, dual-purpose transactions, and the utilization and maintenance of land by the buyer.

Free trade practices are formed based on agreements, which are binding on the parties and must be implemented in good faith. KPBPB Sabang is an area within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia which is separate from the customs area so that it is free from import duties, value added tax, sales tax on luxury goods, and excise (fiscal and non-fiscal incentives). KPBPB Sabang has the potential to become a shore base port to support the oil and gas (oil and gas) industry off the coast of Aceh, and oil and gas exploration activities in the Andaman (Sea) Block. Through SWOT analysis, the Sabang area has great potential to become a connectivity hub because it has met the minimum requirements. However, the synergy between regulations, facilities and services at KPBPB Sabang still needs to be improved, both as a multi-purpose port and as a shore base port.

In environmental conservation, accounting plays a crucial role undertaken by companies and other groups. This encompasses interests for public organizations and local companies by companies and other groups. Additionally, environmental accounting also contributes to enhancing effectiveness and productivity in environmental preservation activities by improving internal decision-making processes, such as pricing, controlling overhead costs, and capital budgeting. Qualitative research is utilized to understand and explore this phenomenon using triangulation methods to gather data from various different sources. The research findings indicate that limiting the use of oil-fueled vehicles in Indonesia could be an effort to control climate change, in line with the Paris Agreement, while renewable energy stands as an alternative to be utilized. The UNFCCC has endeavored to regulate the amount or effects of greenhouse gases to limit global temperature rise, with each country expected to set their national contributions to combat climate change. This effort is responded to through UN conferences and results in global agreements, including the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement, which are legally binding to limit global temperature rise.
