The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to provide training and skills for TP-PKK administrators in making traditional herbal drinks with raw materials from rhizome plants such as Ginger, Turmeric, Temu Lawak, Kencur, Galangal which are very useful in helping to maintain body and reproductive health. in productive Ages.

Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU), namely being too busy with social media, having a strong or uncontrollable motivation to use social media, and spending too much time and effort on social media that causes disruption to social life, personal or other people, and health psychological and well-being. PMSB is complex and is formed by many factors, including biological, psychological, social, and cultural. In addition, interrelated factors such as personality, environmental factors, and behavioral systems can develop behavior problems such as PMSB. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a role of Dark Trait Personality (DTP) with Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU). The subjects in this study were 202 early adults who used social media. The instruments used were the Short Dark Triad Scale (SD3), Short Sadistic Impulse Scale (SSIS), and Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS). The analysis technique used is process by Hayes. The results of the study have a positive significance (0.00 > 0.05), which means that the higher the Dark Characteristics namely Psychopathy, Makiavelianism, /narcissism, and Sadism that a person has, then a person will tend to increasingly use his social media with bad or negative purposes so that have negative consequences for him. The results also show that there are a number of roles assigned by Dark Trait Personality (DTP) to Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU) of 27.1%, while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Abstract Gadget is a small device that has a special function related to today's technological developments. Almost all humans, especially high school/vocational school children nowadays, already have Gadgets. Gadgets are used to meet the needs of today's life which is the main target in everyday life. The impact of using positive gadgets is as a good learning tool, but the negative impact of gadgets makes attitudes that are not good or affect one's behavior and health. So from that, the author provides community service to early youth regarding the impact of Gadgets at St. Vocational High School. Nahanson parapat sipoholon, to use Gadgets in a good way. The method used by the author is the Qualitative Method, in which the author gives an explanation through material regarding the impact of gadgets. the development of globalization with the demands of the need for rapid exchange of information, the role of technology has become very important. So that it makes users uncontrollable in using these gadget

Service activities are divided into several stages starting from surveys and observations, followed by training in the form of tutorials then mentoring from the service team and ending with activity evaluation. Making soursop candy preparations is easy, simple and uses simple tools. At this time futsal is very much in demand from various groups ranging from children to adults, so there are many futsal field rental places, especially in the city of Pekanbaru. However, the problem that occurs is that it is still difficult for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from where the tenant is located, including price information and field facilities. Therefore, we need a system that can make it easier for tenants to find out where there is a futsal field and the nearest futsal field from the tenant's location. This system is made based on Android so that it can make it easier for users to use this system. The method used in making this system is the Haversine method. The results obtained are a marketplace system that can make it easier for users to find out where there is a futsal field, find the nearest field and it is also easy to find out all information related to the field and can make it easier to rent a futsal field through the marketplace system.

Combining culture and technology is one solution to digitizing an area's local wisdom. Technology is expected to be an educational medium for the younger generation to know the history and meaning of a historical story. The island of Bali has a lot of the previous history, one of which is about the Puputan Klungkung war. Based on the results of questionnaires to 40 respondents by simple random sampling, 77.5% of respondents did not know the history of the Klungkung puputan and its meaning. To maintain the history of the puputan war, it is necessary to introduce the next generation but keep abreast of technological developments so that the research aims to design a media in the form of a mobile game. This mobile game media was chosen because of its popularity in Indonesian society, both among children to adults, thus creating interest in playing media games. The game design adapts to the scheme of the design pattern by using simple, cultured, and informative concepts. This development resulted in the design of the character of the king of Klungkung and the Dutch army and the layout design of the game Puputan Klungkung.
