This study aims to identify the optimal model in the integration of philosophical disciplines in the structure of the educational program of “Public Administration” students, as well as explore the features of the management of educational strategies suitable for the training of civil servants. The main focus of this research is: 1) academic management strategies to overcome curriculum overlap due to the dominance of philosophical disciplines in public administration study programs; 2) adaptation of educational programs for public administration students to be in line with the needs of the world of work, both at national and international levels; 3) characteristics of internationalization of public administration education programs, especially in the context of academic mobility and adaptation of the Indonesian public administration system to global standards. This research uses the cultural-historical analysis approach, comparative method, structural-functional method, and expert evaluation to explore and analyze problems and develop solutions. The research findings show that the dominance of traditional philosophy courses in the curriculum is often ineffective in shaping the competencies needed in the world of work. The research identified three main challenges: saturation of the curriculum with theoretical courses, lack of connection between the curriculum and the practical needs of the working world, and low use of English in teaching key courses. To address these issues, this research proposes restructuring the curriculum through the integration of three disciplinary groups: applied logic, cultural studies, and applied political science. In addition, the implementation of a contextualized bilingual learning model is also considered as a solution to improve the relevance of the curriculum. The uniqueness of this article lies in its approach that combines philosophical studies with managerial strategies in curriculum design, complemented by empirical experiences from international and cross-institutional cooperation. This article offers a reinterpretation of the utilization of philosophy as a tool for the development of professional competence in public administration education, not just as an abstract worldview.

This study aims to study the concept of curriculum administration process. Curriculum is a set of plans and regulations regarding the content and learning materials and methods used as guidelines in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. The curriculum administration process consists of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. This study aims to compile an Information Technology (IT) Master Plan for SMK Ma'arif 1 Metro using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) method. This method is applied to design a structured and integrated information technology infrastructure to support operations and learning in schools. The results of the study indicate that the main business processes in schools, such as student registration, curriculum management, and financial administration, are still carried out manually, making them prone to errors and inefficiencies. Through TOGAF, an information system architecture is designed that includes the development of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) and other school management applications. In addition, improving network infrastructure and cybersecurity are priorities in the proposed technology architecture. Implementation strategies and change management are also formulated to ensure the success of the digital transformation. This IT Master Plan is expected to improve the efficiency of school operations and the quality of learning, as well as support the achievement of more optimal educational goals in the digital era.

The principal has an important role which is very helpful to the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school. in improving the quality of education, even though his role is only as PLT Principal, he carries out his duties well. Efforts to improve the quality of education are one of the factors in creating ideal education. This research wants to find out more about "The Role of Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance in Improving the Quality of Education" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance in improving the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Surabaya Islamic elementary school. There are several factors that influence the increase in educational progress, including: a) competent teachers, b) facilities and infrastructure, c) implementation of curriculum and innovations implemented, d) student involvement, e) evaluation or supervision carried out by the Head of School, f) and administration education.  The aim of this research is to find out the role of the school principal as a leader, who has motivator competencies and indicators for educational staff who contribute to improving the quality of education.  This research method uses a qualitative approach and uses a case study research design. Data collection techniques used (1) in-depth interviews, (2) non-participant observation, (3) documentation studies. Data validity techniques use credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that there is a link between school leadership and teacher performance in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school, Surabaya.

Teaching the Al-Qur’an is the core of Islamic education, with the main aim of guiding children in reading, studying and understanding the Koran from an early age. The Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) serves as an important platform to instill a love of the Al-Qur'an in children. Even though many TPQs have been successful with good administration and management and a large number of students, there are still TPQs that have not developed, such as the TPQ in Glidah Kedamean Village, Gresik. Observations show that learning management at TPQ does not meet recognized management and curriculum standards in education, resulting in suboptimal educational attainment. Responding to this problem, the Glidah Village TPQ Teacher Management Optimization team, together with KSPPS BMT Khoiru Ummah, initiated an intensive community service-based mentoring program using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The mentoring process involves several stages, starting from identifying problems through field observations, organizing and planning programs, to implementing program actions. The results of discussions and implementation of mentoring revealed a number of problems faced by teachers regarding TPQ management. The implementation of this mentoring activity has been empirically proven to have a positive impact, increasing the effectiveness of management and the quality of education at the TPQ.
