This study analyzes online fraud as one of the most common forms of cybercrime in Indonesia, which has expanded alongside rapid advances in information and communication technology. These crimes utilize digital platforms such as social media, online marketplaces, and fraudulent websites to deceive victims for unlawful financial gain. The research aims to examine online fraud from a criminological perspective by identifying its causes, patterns, and relevance to routine activity theory and differential association theory. A normative juridical method is employed, using statutory, conceptual, and case-based approaches, with qualitative and descriptive analysis. The findings show that online fraud reflects a shift from conventional fraud to digital-based crimes, driven by low public awareness of cybersecurity, easy access to technology, and weak online supervision. Several fraud schemes were identified, including online investment scams, phishing, and identity impersonation. This study highlights the need for an integrated approach that goes beyond law enforcement by emphasizing digital literacy, public education, and cross-sector collaboration to reduce cybercrime in Indonesia.

Digital transformation has brought about major changes in leadership patterns, especially in the public sector. In this context, digital leadership is key for leaders to drive innovation and adaptation to technological developments. However, the success of digital leadership is also inseparable from democratic leadership values that emphasize participation, openness, and collaboration. The synergy between these two values is an important foundation for building an effective and humanistic leadership style in the digital age. This study aims to analyze the role of Dedi Mulyadi's digital leadership in developing digital talent through the 2025 Jabar Istimewa Digital Academy (JIDA) program in West Java. The approach used is qualitative with a literature study method, sourced from 14 scientific journals and three official news reports. The results of the study show that Dedi Mulyadi applies a visionary, adaptive, and collaborative digital leadership style. Democratic values are also evident through a participatory approach that involves the community, educational institutions, and the industrial sector in the implementation of the JIDA 2025 program. This program has proven to strengthen digital literacy, expand access to technology training, and improve the readiness of West Java's human resources in facing the challenges of the digital economy. Thus, digital leadership combined with democratic principles plays an important role in realizing inclusive, competitive, and sustainable human resource development in the era of digital transformation.

The development of digital technology has changed many aspects of people's lives, including in terms of social justice. On the one hand, digitalization opens up access to information and accelerates global connectivity. However, on the other hand, various serious challenges have emerged in law enforcement. Inequality in access to technology, algorithmic bias, and the rise of cybercrime are the main issues that test the resilience of the current legal system. This paper aims to explore how the law can play an effective and responsive role in maintaining social justice in the digital era. With a qualitative approach based on literature studies, this article presents an analysis of various current academic literature discussing law, social justice, and technology. The results show that the legal system must be able to adapt quickly, not only at the regulatory level, but also in institutional structures and community participation. The role of society is key to building inclusive and sustainable digital justice. Therefore, law in the digital era is not enough to be just a set of rules, but must be a tool for social empowerment that is able to respond to the dynamics of the times without abandoning the values ​​of justice. Collaboration between stakeholders and strengthening digital literacy are important elements in creating a digital space that is fair for all.

This research aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented in strengthening infrastructure in remote areas and the challenges faced in this process. Remote areas often face difficulties in terms of access to information, limited technology, and low community participation in development projects. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation analysis. The research results show that effective communication strategies include the use of traditional communication channels, language simplification, and community involvement in every stage of the project. Challenges faced include limited access to technology, cultural barriers, and low levels of education, which can be overcome with approaches based on local context and information transparency. This research provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of communication in strengthening infrastructure in remote areas, in order to obtain maximum support from the community and ensure project success.

This research aims to analyze the concept of digital leadership, challenges, and opportunities faced by organizational leaders in the technological era. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach to explore the definition, characteristics, and strategies of digital leadership. The results showed that digital leadership requires adaptability to technology, data-based decision making, and innovation in managing virtual teams. The main challenges faced are resistance to change and gaps in access to technology, while the main opportunities are the utilization of technologies such as AI and big data.
