The development of information technology has become a primary pillar in enhancing corporate operational efficiency, where rapid and accurate data integration significantly determines business competitiveness. Case study in PT Gawi Anjung Bersama (GAB) revealed that the company is facing operational constraints because the management of delivery orders and invoices still relies on conventional office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. This procedure causes hurdles in data sharing among staff and results in low information security due to the absence of integrated access control settings. This research aims to design and develop the Gawi Anjung Bersama Information System (SIGAB), a web-based system implementing the CodeIgniter framework. The system is developed using Waterfall model, encompassing stages from analysis, design, and implementation to testing. The research flow starts with problem identification, primary and secondary data collection, and functional and non-functional requirements analysis. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, specifically Use Case and Class Diagrams, as well as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for the database. The system interface is designed as wireframes on Figma web. This system separates access rights into three main actors namely owner, administrator, and staff, to ensure data security. Blackbox testing results, conducted after the system was hosted, indicate that all functional features operate as intended. The implementation of SIGAB is expected to optimize the management of delivery orders and invoices at PT GAB.

This community service activity aimed to enhance the security and efficiency of halal certification mentoring services at the Aurum First Sunrise community in Surakarta. The main challenge faced by the partner was the risk of sensitive SME data leakage such as ID cards, recipes, and supply chain information, due to the lack of an adequate document security mechanism. The core solution implemented was Technology Implementation in the form of a Cryptographically-based Document Management Information sistem (utilizing the Light Weight PDAC algorithm) integrated with digital access rights management and user Training. Evaluation demonstrated successful implementation, evidenced by an increase in the average satisfaction of SMEs regarding data security to 97.8%, confirming enhanced trust. Furthermore, digitalization successfully improved the efficiency of the mentoring team, reflected by a satisfaction score of 85.0%. In conclusion, this service successfully transformed the partner into a secure, efficient, and credible mentoring institution, significantly supporting SMEs in accessing halal certification.

The attendance recording system at PLN ULP Tanjungbalai still relies on manual, paper-based methods, resulting in delays in data recap, reduced efficiency, and a high potential for recording errors. This condition affects the accuracy of employee attendance information, which is essential for administrative activities and managerial decision-making. Based on these issues, this practical work aims to design and develop a web-based e-attendance application as a solution to enhance efficiency, processing speed, and the accuracy of attendance recapitulation. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system, following several stages including requirement analysis, system design using UML, and implementation of a web-based user interface. The application provides essential features such as user login, daily attendance recording, employee data management, attendance notes (permission, sickness, etc.), and automatic attendance report generation. The system is designed for two types of users—Admin and Employees—each with specific access rights. The implementation results indicate that the e-attendance application significantly improves the efficiency of attendance administration at PLN ULP Tanjungbalai. Data collection and recapitulation become faster, more structured, and less prone to errors, while also enabling administrators to monitor employee attendance in real time. Therefore, this web-based e-attendance application serves as an effective solution to support operational activities and enhance the quality of employee attendance management.

Digital transformation in government bureaucracy has become a strategic step to improve efficiency, accountability, and transparency, including in the management of regional legal products. In the Regional Secretariat of Tegal Regency, the process of submitting legal products is still done manually, which causes inefficiencies, delays, and a lack of document traceability. To address these issues, a web-based legal product submission application has been developed with document tracking features. This research uses the Waterfall system development method, and implements a FIFO (First In First Out) queuing system in the submission process, along with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for managing user access rights. The goal of this system is to create a faster, more transparent, and digitally documented application process. The implementation results show that the application is able to systematically and integratively manage the flow of submissions, corrections, verification, and the ratification of legal products. Features such as a Login page with CAPTCHA, analysis dashboards, tracking, and monthly reports enhance the monitoring and security functions of the system. This application can be an effective solution in supporting the digitization of regional legal bureaucracy, as well as providing ease and efficiency for regional officials in preparing and submitting drafts of legal products digitally.

In the current era of globalization and technological advancement in business, information systems play a critical role in driving organizational growth. A company’s success heavily relies on an efficient information system capable of providing accurate, timely, and relevant information. This study aims to design a web-based asset management information system to enhance asset management efficiency at PT Wisessa Consulting Indonesia. Asset management is a vital function that must be carried out to monitor the condition and status of assets. The main problems identified include the lack of integration in asset recording and the absence of a user access control system differentiated by role. The system development follows the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The developed system manages detailed asset master data, schedules asset maintenance, and regulates user access rights based on roles—namely admin, IT support admin, IT support, manager, and branch user. The implementation results indicate that the system facilitates more accurate and structured asset recording, monitoring, and reporting processes. Furthermore, the system improves asset management effectiveness, ensures data transparency, reduces errors from manual processes, and supports data-driven strategic decision-making within the organization.

Relational databases, an essential component in modern information systems, are vulnerable to various security threats, both internal such as abuse of access rights, and external such as SQL injection, malware, and hacking. Given these conditions, how can relevant mitigation strategies be implemented to protect data security in relational databases? This article aims to identify the main threats to relational database security and map out relevant mitigation strategies. The method used is a literature review of various recent scientific journals that discuss aspects of data security in the context of relational databases. The results of the review indicate that threats such as SQL injection can be overcome by strict input validation, abuse of access rights can be prevented through role-based access control (RBAC), malware attacks can be detected using an intrusion detection system (IDS), and hacking actions can be minimized through the implementation of data encryption. This study is expected to be a reference in designing effective security strategies to protect data in relational databases.

Exploitation is an activity carried out to gain benefits by harming others arbitrarily without responsibility. Exploitation is a threat in the field of Cyber Security that not only poses risks but also jeopardizes an individual's security and privacy. According to data from the Institute of Internal Auditors, financial losses due to cybercrime exploitation worldwide reached 8 trillion US dollars in 2023. In Cyber Security, one exploitation technique involves using Remote Access methods to take over access rights and enable remote system control. Based on this issue, the author conducts research on Remote Access using three different target models based on the Windows operating system. These three targets will demonstrate how vulnerabilities in an operating system can be exploited to gain Remote Access. The method for testing Remote Access involves identifying the vulnerabilities available in the target system. The study employs three techniques: exploiting the ms17-010 vulnerability, utilizing the SmbGhost vulnerability, and using a backdoor. The results show that all three approaches successfully penetrated the target system and made modifications.

Internet users in the use of information have given rise to two opposite sides, where on the one hand it is easier in terms of access and utilization of information, while on the other hand it causes various kinds of illegal acts, one of which is copyright infringement in the form of film piracy which is currently inserted through illegal streaming sites resulting in losses for the creators of cinematographic works. This of course violates the ITE Law and the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights and the Minister of Communication and Informatics concerning the Implementation of Content Closure and/or User Access Rights, Copyright Infringement and/or Related Rights in Electronic Systems. This research is a normative juridical research using a legislative and conceptual approach, using legal materials from literature and the internet as a source of legal materials. The results of the study show: (1) The form of legal protection for the creators of cinematographic works in film piracy on illegal streaming sites is reviewed from the ITE Law in a preventive manner regulated in Articles 23-25, Article 25, Article 32 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the ITE Law and has been repressively regulated in Article 48 paragraphs (1) and (2) of the ITE Law and the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights & the Minister of Communication and Information related to Content Closure. (2) The effectiveness of the legal protection provided by the government to the creators of cinematographic works in the piracy of films on illegal streaming sites provided by the government through the ITE Law and the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights and the Minister of Communication and Informatics related to site blocking cannot be said to be effective until now because the legal factor itself has not sufficiently accommodated the protection of creators clearly in the event of film piracy on illegal streaming sites.

Every university certainly has a library to provide learning facilities to the academic community. According to Article 55 of the National Education System Law Number 2 of 1989, one of the requirements to have a university is to have a library. The development of libraries today has shifted from systems that initially still used manual systems, to automated systems that can later be developed into online service systems or digital libraries. However, in this case, according to the findings at the time of college accreditation, the recording of library visitors still uses a ledger that is handwritten by visitors. in terms of college accreditation, it is necessary to use a web-based Library Visitor E-Logbook that has a positive and significant impact. In this study, the manufacture of the E-Logbook system uses the Rapid Application Development method and produces system requirements that have 2 access rights, namely Visitors and Library Operators as well as System Design, Database Design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams and Web-based system applications. From this research, the Library Visitor E-Logbook system can provide benefits in administrative processes related to recording and monitoring computerized visitor visits and is able to provide convenience in searching data and downloading visitor reports

Employee attendance information systems are an important component in human resource (HR) management in various organizations. Auditing attendance system information is necessary to ensure that the system runs effectively and efficiently, and complies with applicable regulations and policies. COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and Associated Technologies) is an audit framework that can be used to deploy attendance information systems. This research aims to conduct an audit of the employee attendance information system using the COBIT 4 framework. This audit was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control, compliance with regulations, and operational efficiency of the employee attendance information system at XYZ company. The research method used is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, including interviews, observation and testing. The research results show that in general the employee attendance information system has been running well, but there are still several findings related to control and compliance weaknesses that need to be improved. The recommendations provided include improving access rights management, monitoring activities, as well as improving procedures and documentation.

This Space Security System is a system that utilizes the existing Internet Network to monitor a room remotely or from a different location. With the aim of making it easier to limit employee access rights and monitor the presence of people in the room.So the author made a room security system tool using the Internet of Things (IOT) which was implemented at the Demak Regency Communication and Information Service. The way this system works is only employees who have access rights who can enter the room by attaching an RFID card to the RFID Reader sensor, and the way the PIR sensor works is to monitor human presence, when there is infrared or human emission it will send data to the web if it is in the room has people and the red LED lights up and the buzzer sounds, while the push button button is when the push button button is pressed the solenoid will open. By making this design, it will help improve room security at the Demak Regency Communication and Information Service, especially the Encryption Room

With the changing times, technology has become more sophisticated and powerful. Even all circles of society also feel the impact, as time goes by many people have taken advantage of this technology, thus making it easier for users to carry out activities in each of their activities. Especially in this millennial era, which predominantly uses everything digital. For example, new students who study to the next level at a dominant university from outside the region who need a temporary residence or what is commonly called a boarding house. The difficulty encountered at first was the difficulty of getting information and locations that were easily accessible by students to campus. In this way researchers take advantage of existing problems by utilizing technology to create an information system. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it easier for students to find boarding houses that match the student's wishes and assist the owner of the boarding house in promoting his boarding house. By making this boarding house application, it is a form of utilizing existing technology so that it can be used anywhere and anytime. By using this extreme programming method, it is software development that gives users access rights to add or change application processes. So a website was created to build applications for boarding houses in the city of Sukabumi.

Entering an increasingly advanced era, the role of information technology is very important in various sectors. Currently, many business people have used information technology as a system in an agency or company. CV. Untung Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of snacks and basic necessities. In its journey, the system used is still using a manual system. To maximize the sales system, therefore an analysis of the sales system design was made using the prototyping method to help improve the existing system. The system used on this website has three users, namely admin, sales, and delivery who have different access rights and have different tasks according to their respective job descriptions. In the analysis of this information system design, a prototyping method is used where the design made must be in accordance with the system to be built. Several features will be added in this proposed design system which did not exist in the previous system, namely the addition of an item tracking feature. This feature allows customers to see how far their orders have been processed. It is hoped that the design of this system can help CV. An application is usually used by several users where each user has access rights to certain forms in accordance with their authority or position. For example, the Inventory application or inventory is used by the Manager to view reports, the Warehouse section to check the stock of goods and the cashier to make purchases and sales transactions. Another example is the Academic Value application used by the Administration to input student and course data, Lecturers to input academic value data and Students to view academic value data. Access rights to use certain forms can be set directly in the program code with the consequence that if there is a change in access rights by certain users, you must change the program code, this is not a problem if the company can still contact the programmer to change the program code according to changes in user access rights but it will be a problem if the program maker cannot be contacted by the company to change the program code according to changes in user access rights.

This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating cash receipts and disbursements. The Accounting Information System for Cash Receipts and Expenditures will be equipped with the use of user log-ins to maintain the level of data security so that not just anyone can misuse the data. The system designed will also be equipped with security of access rights and data storage systems, providing a database using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that holds records of cash receipts and disbursements to be a good report, summarizing the process of moving data from ledgers to becoming cash reports flow, and can document each period's report so that it can be grouped properly. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages, out of 10 R&D stages the author only conducts the research approach to the 6th stage alone. and monitoring cash flow very well. In addition, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

In today's industry competition the use of a technology is very important, including in inventory management. This system is used to enter inventory data into the database so that there are no errors in the report. So that in it often occurs stock report errors in the availability of goods that result in data not being updated, the system that will be created by the author is a system of inventory information that is useful to overcome these problems. This system is also equipped with reports on incoming and outgoing goods data reports, minimum and maximum stock reports, and Web-based stock data reports. With this inventory information system, it is expected to be able to help the existing problems, facilitate data collection, the system built can provide access rights for each user, as well as facilitate the preparation of reports so that the Program is able to handle existing problems.

This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.
