Di lingkungan Polri, Polsekta/Polsek mempunyai peranan penting dalam melindungi, membina, melayani dan menegakkan hukum di lingkungan masyarakat Polsek Tegowanu. Oleh karena itu, Polsek Tegowanu dituntut untuk dapat melayani masyarakat dimana salah satu tugas pokok Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah sebagai pelayan masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu aparat penegak hukum, Nasional Sistem agenda kerja yang lama masih menggunakan cara manual dan memakan banyak waktu serta dengan sistem tersebut akan memperlambat kinerja anggota Polsek. Dokumentasi kegiatan yang dilakukan Petugas Polsek Tegowanu tidak dapat dilihat oleh Kapolsek dan anggota, karena dokumentasi foto hanya disimpan di komputer petugas. Permasalahan lainnya adalah belum adanya penyimpanan data data kegiatan masyarakat dan jadwal kegiatan, karena tidak adanya penyimpanan pada database sehingga pengolahan data belum terintegrasi dengan baik. Dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi Kegiatan Berbasis Kinerja dengan Metode Berorientasi Objek di Polsek Tegowanu Resort Grobogan diharapkan dapat membantu pengolahan data agar lebih terintegrasi dengan baik serta proses pelaporan dan pengambilan data menjadi lebih cepat jika sewaktu-waktu data diperlukan. dan membuat sistem yang terintegrasi dengan database. Informasi yang akan dibangun dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan dan pengiriman informasi serta kegiatan Polsek Tegowanu kepada Kapolsek.

Community service is carried out to the general public, and the target of the service is the al-bayyinah Muslim study group, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember. This service is in the form of training in reading the Koran properly and correctly through the Qira'ati method, the executor first surveys the field what are the current needs of the community. In an effort to popularize the Koran, currently there are various methods that are quite helpful in facilitating the process of learning to read the Koran properly and correctly. However, the general problems encountered in teaching the Koran today are: Quality of Education, Qualifications of Ustad Teachers, Uncertain Study Time, Learning Methods used are lacking/not mastered. Based on the implementation of good and correct Qur'an reading training through the Qira'ati method in Krajan Lor Hamlet, Yosorati Village, Kec. Sumberbaru Kab. Jember is the standard for the quality of learning outcomes for mothers who are not the same. Between one and another, due to differences in educational background and also the family environment, each Muslim congregation must be different in absorbing material, it shouldn't be 100% uniform. but the levels of differences that are too far apart indicate that something is lacking in the learning process, be it from the elements, teacher, means, or methods used. The development of various methods of reading the Koran at this time indeed enriches the variety of the learning process, but if the use of the method chosen by the Koran teacher or institution does not comply with the standards required by the method maker, then from the learning process to the product produced it is definitely not standard. It is often found in our society that the ratio of the teacher of the Koran to the number of students is not balanced. The number of Koran teachers is less than the students who are ready to be taught, and even then the quality of teachers is not evenly distributed, there are even ustad who are reckless because there are no Koran teachers who are ready to teach.

Nusantara: Jurnal Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat 2021 Pusat Riset dan Inovasi Nasional

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

Pencurian dengan kekerasan dapat di antisipasi oleh ibu-ibu pengajian, istilah pencurian , yang mana pada masa sekarang disebut dengan maling tak jarang pemuda bahkan orang tua banyak terlibat dalam hal tersebut. bahwa dalam melakukan pencurian pelaku tidak hanya mengambil barang orang lain, tapi juga melakukan kekerasan . Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir tindak kejahatan pencurian pencegahan dan penanggulangan kejahatan baik itu preventif maupun represif, guna meminimalisirkan semua kejahatan-kejahatan yang sedang terjadi disetiap kehidupan masyarakat. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam tindak pidana ringan, Solusi yang diberikan memberikan pemahaman hukum pada ibu-ibu pengajian. Agar anggota pengajian dapat memberikan edukasi kepada lingkungan sekitar, dan sekaligus membantu aparat Penegak Hukum dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugasnya sebagai aparat pelindung, pengayom, dan pelayan masyarakat.

The craft MSME sector is one of the leading sectors for developed countries in foreign exchange earning country. Products in handicraft industrial centers always have a higher exchange rate profitable and can create added value that is greater than other sectors. Craft Center woven bamboo as an example of a leading industry in Indonesia that is able to absorb labor as well stimulating the micro economy, but cannot be separated from facing problems, including in the field of production and management. In the production sector, the problem faced is still weak application of standards technological procedures, the process of mastering technology where most producers still use equipment simple production leading to low productivity and efficiency. Apart from that, the weak business management which causes them to be unable to increase the scale of their business. From the background of the problems above, In general, this Community Technology Dissemination activity seeks to solve partner problems with introducing appropriate technology and providing business management assistance for quality and the quantity of products from the two prospective MSME partners increased. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebar ke seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia, akibat pengaruh globalisasi  yang  didukung  oleh  kemajuan  teknologi  informasi  dan  komunikasi. Mengglobalnya Covid-19 telah membawa dampak pada kehidupan masyarakat, dunia usaha swasta, dan pemerintahan. Dampak pandemi Covid-19, khususnya bagi Birokrasi Pemda berupa munculnya permasalahan adanya kelemahan pada aspek kelembagaan dan perilaku aparatur birokrasi. Namun di samping itu juga terdapat tantangan dan peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik dalam pembuatan kebijakan untuk mengatasi masalah yang muncul pasca pandemi. Dalam konteks tersebut, penanganan pandemi akan dapat diatasi dengan baik jika didukung oleh adanya good governance dan bikrokasi digital. Pendekatan reformasi kelembagaan dan perilaku birokrasi Pemda akan menjadi baik. Pendekatan reformasi kelembagaan Pemda baik perbaikan bentuk dan misi organisasi, regulasi (kebijakan), prosedur, metode, maupun mekanisme kerja pelayanan publik akan menjadikan birokrasi Pemda mampu menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik dalam mengatasi pandemi. Adapun   reformasi   melalui   perbaikan   perilaku   aparatur   birokrasi   (ASN)   baik   melalui pendidikan dan latihan, kebijakan renumerasi, pengembangan karier ataupun lainnya akan menjadikan birokrasi Pemda dapat menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik pasca pandemic Covid-19 dengan baik.

Perkembangan zaman saat ini yang semakin global di tengah revolusi industry 4.0 dan Reformasi Birokrasi menuntut ASN memiliki kompetensi yang relevan dengan kemajuan zaman agar dapat memanfaatkan perubahan lingkungan menjadi suatu peluang dalam memberikan pelayanan dan perumusan kebijakan yang lebih berkualitas. Perubahan paradigma pengembangan kompetensi mampu mendukung terwujudnya Smart ASN untuk pemerintahan berkelas dunia. Reformasi Aparatur Sipil Negara merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam membangun birokrasi sesuai dengan  Grand  Design  Reformasi  Birokrasi.  Dalam  menajdikan  ASN bertaraf internasional ini tidaklah mudah karena harus didukung oleh semua pihak baik itu regulasi yang jelas dan juga kesadaran dari masing-masing individu ASN. Peningkatan kinerja dan pengembangan kompetensi disini memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan menuju ASN bertaraf internasional karena kinerja dan komptensi inilah yang menjadi modal  dalam  pelaksanaan  pelayaanan  publik  yang  semakin  berkualitas sesuai tujuan Reformasi Birokrasi. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut pemerintah memiliki program yang dinamakan 6P, yang masuk dalam Human Capital Management Strategy. Program 6P itu melingkupi perencanaan, perekrutan dan seleksi, pengembangan kapasitas, penilaian kinerja dan penghargaan, promosi, rotasi, dan karier, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Perangkat Desa, Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dan Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 102 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi Perangkat Desa, Sistem Pengendalian Intern, Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa dengan t-statistik > 1,96. Partisipasi Masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa dengan nilai R2 0,65 atau 65

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. The lack of appropriate and relevant information about HIV/AIDS, and supported by the curious attitude of teenagers, causes them to become one of the populations with high-risk behavior. Prevention of HIV/AIDS needs to be maintained by teenagers or high school students so that it does not have a comprehensive impact on the health of teenagers, which of course is detrimental to the current generation. The solution that can be done is the delivery of material (education) and how to prevent HIV/AIDS for teenagers so that they do not contract this deadly disease. The form of this activity is in the form of health education from a team of nursing lecturers assisted by students with participants, namely high school teenagers who are participants in this activity as many as 44 students. During the implementation of the activity, don't forget to give quizzes and ways to prevent HIV/AIDS and everything related to HIV disease. /AIDS as part of the goal of mastering the material from participants in this PKM activity. Apart from that, an evaluation of the extent of mastery and benefits of this activity is carried out.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI. Fungsi inilah yang kemudian berdampak pada perkembangan pembangunan yang ada di Kota Semarang karena sebagaimana diketahui, aktivitas perdagangan dan jasa, industri dan pendidikan menjadi aktivitas yang paling banyak mengundang manusia untuk beraktivitas di dalamnya. Apartemen di Semarang dengan Gaya Arsitektur Modern Menciptakan kawasan hunian vertikal di Kota Semarang yang ditunjang oleh beberapa fasilitas seperti pusat perbelanjaan, fasilitas olahraga, fasilitas kesehatan, restoran, kafetaria dan ruang terbuka hijau yang berada di dalam lingkungan apartemen. Konsep desain dari Apartemen di Semarang adalah penerapan arsitektur Modern disertai tampilan menarik dengan sentuhan arsitektur visionary sehingga bentuk bangunan tidak monoton dan dengan tampilan yang dinamis. Perancangan Apartemen ini memiliki fungsi untuk menciptakan beberapa unit hunian yang nyaman dan aman, yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa unit hunian yang saling terintegrasi terhadap fasilitas pendukung yang masih berada dalam satu bangunan sehingga diharapkan dapat mendorong konsep bangunan yang menampilkan karakter dalam tampilan bangunan yang mewah sesuai dengan sasaran penggunanya.. Pengaplikasiannya dilakukan secara zoning, denah, sirkulasi, maupun fasad. Tapak berada disekitar pusat Kota Semarang sehingga memiliki kemudahan pencapaian menuju tapak dan menuju tempat-tempat lainnya. Diharapkan rancangan ini berguna dan memberikan inspirasi bagi pembaca.

Human life, cannot be separated from the environment around the house where you live. Both the natural environment and the social environment. We breathe requires air from the environment. Eating, drinking, keeping healthy, everything involves the environment. From the environment, humans can take advantage of parts of the environment such as animals, plants, water, air, sunlight, salt, wood, mining products and so on for their daily needs. A healthy environment in the form of shady plants and trees can be a source of oxygen and become a shelter for residents.
