Money Laundering is an attempt to hide or disguise the origin of money or assets resulting from a criminal act through various financial transactions so that the money or assets appear as if they came from legal activities. The criminal act of money laundering is increasingly complex, and uses increasingly varied methods, one of the crimes originating from money laundering is fraud. The problems studied are how the law protects victims of fraud, what is the mechanism for confiscating and returning assets resulting from criminal acts originating from the assets of fraud victims, as well as an analysis of the basic considerations of judges in the Supreme Court decision no. 3096 K/Pid.Sus/2018. The defendant, who was proven to have not only committed the crime of "Fraud", was also proven to have committed the crime of "Money Laundering", therefore, based on the provisions of Article 39 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 46 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the evidence was confiscated for the state. 

The current phenomenon is that higher education has become a commodity that is needed by society in an effort to improve people's living standards. Where quality tertiary institutions are seen literally by the community from the facilities and infrastructure they have as well as the satisfaction of students within the tertiary institution itself. So the aim of this research is to see the influence of service quality on student satisfaction in the political science study program at Jambi University, both simultaneously and partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Where primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 85 students who were the research samples. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the research tool used is path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, both simultaneously amounting to 75%.

Correctional institutions have very few employees compared to the prisoners who become prisoners. Therefore, the operation of the penitentiary system involves personnel from tamping in order to carry out operations optimally. This study aims to explain the existence of tamping as an auxiliary force for the operation of correctional institutions. The research method was conducted with a descriptive method through a qualitative approach and using data collection techniques with in-depth interviews with 3 key informants and 3 informants. This research is located in an urban area of Bandung, precisely in prisons X and Y. The results state that the prison organization can operate optimally because it is assisted by assistants who are more numerous than prison officers.

To be a good organizer of the legal profession in carrying out its professional duties in upholding the law requires practitioners who have qualifications of attitude, humanitarian attitude, attitude of justice, able to see and place objective values in a case handled, honest attitude, and have technical skills and ethical maturity. the code of ethics of the legal profession actually functions as an ethical controller for those who carry out the legal profession. According to the ethics of the legal profession, legal professionals are expected to possess certain critical individual abilities. The judge, as the main element of the judiciary, places his profession as the representative of God, because the judge's task is to determine law and justice in society, so the responsibility he carries is very heavy but noble. Therefore, with such great power given to the judicial profession, judges are required to have a balanced attitude, full of responsibility to their conscience and ethical values toward their profession. However, when we look at the current reality, there are many problems that arise. There are many cases of judges violating the code of ethics.

This research was motivated by the absence of research on analyzing the quality of tomato sauce using the roasting method. The aim of this research is to determine the quality of tomato sauce using the roasting method regarding aroma, texture, color and taste. As well as knowing how to process tomato sauce using the roasting method, developing creativity in processed food products, adding information about processing tomato sauce, providing information to the public on how to process tomato sauce using the roasting method, increasing sales value, food security and product quality by empowering food ingredients. local. Producing tomato sauce with the best results can also be utilized and preserved by future generations. This type of research is a pure experiment, namely conducting direct experiments on the quality of tomato sauce using the roasting method. This experiment is also called a single factor experiment because it only analyzes the influence of one factor, namely the influence of the roasting method on the quality of tomato sauce. This research stage will be carried out using organoleptic testing, carried out by 3 panelists on the quality of tomato sauce which includes aroma, texture, taste and color. This research was carried out 3 times repeatedly by distributing questionnaires to 3 panelists. After determining the panelists. prepare tools and materials to carry out experiments to be carried out. After that, process the tomato sauce using the roasting method 3 times for the panelists.

People really like hair coloring. However, most people do not know about natural dyes that can be used as basic ingredients for making hair dye and also lack understanding in choosing natural dyes used for coloring. For this reason, safe alternative dyes are needed, namely by developing natural dyes from plants that can be found nearby. This research aims to a) Analyze the results of hair coloring using teak leaf color extract, b) Analyze the results of hair coloring using henna leaf color extract, c) Analyze the comparison of hair coloring results using duan teak color extract and henna leaf color extract. This type of research is pre-experimental. The design used is a one shot case study. The population of this research is students of Cosmetology and Beauty, Class of 2023, Padang State University with 6 samples and 7 panelists. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test and t test. Based on the results of research on hair coloring using teak leaf color extract, the color sharpness aspect is in the sharp category. In terms of evenness, the color has an uneven category. In terms of likes, panelists have categories of likes. Based on the results of research on hair coloring using henna leaf color extract, the color sharpness aspect is in the very sharp category. In the aspect of color evenness, it has an average category. In terms of likes, the panelists have a very like category. It can be concluded that there is a difference in the results of hair coloring using teak leaf color extract and henna leaf color extract. Where the average results of hair coloring using henna leaves are better than hair coloring using henna leaf color extract.

Coal in Jambi is a problem that people continually complain about and causes traffic jams and damaged roads. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive format, aimed at explaining, summarizing various conditions, various situations or various variables that arise in the community which is the object of the research based on what happens. The results of observations from questionnaires that have been distributed by students hope that this alternative will reduce the level of traffic jams and the number of accidents that occur in the community. White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

Public policy is essentially and what is based on authority and power, because public policy is made by a group of people who have legitimate power in a government system. Very often a public policy that is implemented does not side with the people, and only benefits one party. Therefore, public policies provided by the government must have the value of siding with the people so that their implementation is intended to resolve every problem. The purpose of this writing is to discuss conceptual analysis of theories and the process of implementing public policy. The results of the discussion show that public policy is a very important factor in achieving maximum government administration.

The uniqueness of the Sasak community in preparing for the departure of prospective pilgrims to carry out the Hajj can attract the attention of researchers. So this research attempts to look at the traditions that the community carries out when carrying out the Hajj as well as the implications of the Hajj for the Sasak community. This study uses qualitative research using descriptive qualitative analysis by first collecting data through observations regarding what is happening in society, then conducting interviews. Documentation and individual experience to add data about Hajj. The results of this research show that the traditions before going on the pilgrimage for the Sasak people are still preserved today, because this tradition has existed since ancient times, from the time of our ancestors until now, it has been preserved from generation to generation. like tradition. The existence of this tradition has implications for the Sasak community, namely that the community has a stronger sense of solidarity, the community can build its social welfare. And for Hajj pilgrims it will be easy for them to return home.

This research aims to evaluate the Tanjungpinang City Environmental Service's policy towards preventing Tanjungpinang City Landfill Waste. Tanjungpinang City is the capital of the Riau Islands province which will be used as a tourist city in the Riau Islands. However, to make this happen, one of the tasks of the Tanjung Pinang city government is to solve the waste problem in the city of Tanjung Pinang, especially the old city of Tanjung Pinang, which is a slum area that has the largest area among other slum settlements in Tanjung Pinang. The research method uses a descriptive approach which is a method that used to describe a phenomenon or event by relying on data and facts found in the field. The purpose of qualitative research with a descriptive approach is to explain and describe phenomena and their characteristics, as well as having a greater tendency towards how it is implemented or the reasons why something happens. The results of the research show that evaluation is very important so that steps are taken so that the policies made are not arbitrary. -To do this, there must be an appropriate regulatory basis in order to get maximum results because sea cleanliness is the main milestone in the Riau Archipelago, where almost 100% of the Riau Archipelago is sea and is a maritime area, therefore the importance of awareness by both the public and the government so that the economy which is based on the needs of communities in coastal areas and small islands as an effort to empower communities to increase community participation and capacity in coastal and small island management, especially in the field of dealing with coastal and marine waste pollution.

Electricity distribution in Pekanbaru, as in other regions of Indonesia, is handled by the State Electricity Company (PLN) as the largest electricity supply company in Indonesia. PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru ULP Panam branch as one of SOEs that aims to provide services in the field of electricity to the community (Public Utility). Organizational structure that is a primary and absolute requirement for increasing employment, responsibility and achievement of established goals. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints and identify and analyze the inhibitory factors of PT.PLN services in handling customer complaints. This study used Zeithaml's theory of five indicators: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphathy. The methods used in this study are qualitative research methods that are descriptive. With data collection techniques, observation interviews and documentation. The service provided by PLN ULP Panam is still insufficient because of the many customer complaints that resulted in the service process being hampered. The service provided by the officers is not sufficient in responding to customer complaints and the SOP or Service Standards for officers in handling customer complaints do not exist. PLN ULP Panam must take this problem seriously because if there is no SOP or Service Standard, it is detrimental to the service process provided to customers.

Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

This research discusses public information in the Pademangan Sector Police. Public information is an important part of public administration. Public information is all information that is publicly available and can be accessed by the public freely. This information may include government data, public reports, legal documents, or other relevant content. The importance of public information in society is to encourage transparency, accountability and citizen participation in the democratization process. However, effective management and access to public information also raises issues related to privacy, security and ethics. The use of public information is also to provide open and transparent access to information produced or managed by the government or public institutions to the general public. This aims to enable the public to understand, monitor and participate in government and decision-making processes. Public information enables the public to have sufficient knowledge to evaluate government performance, understand public policy, and play an active role in community development and maintaining government accountability. Therefore, it is important for the government and other agencies, including the police, that provide public information to consider the interests of the community and maintain the basic principles of fair and just public information.

HIV/AIDS is an infectious disease which is a sensitive health issue to be discussed. HIV/AIDS can also cause loss of the immune system in humans. Pekanbaru City is the area with the most cases of HIV/AIDS in Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to find out collaborative governance in preventing HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City and to identify the inhibiting factors in preventing HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City. This study uses Purwanti's theory in Aziz Arrasyid (2021) which uses 3 indicators, namely: principled engagement, shared motivation and capacity for joint action. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants of this study, namely the Pekanbaru City AIDS Commission (KPA), the Pekanbaru City Health Office and other related institutions conducted interviews, observations and documentation so that the required data were obtained such as primary data and secondary data and then analyzed so that conclusions could be drawn from the existing problems. The results of this study can be said to be not optimal, because there are still inhibiting factors in its implementation, namely the low participation of the community, especially the suspect community who are reluctant to admit to avoid discrimination from the surrounding community and the limited infrastructure provided.

Waste is a problem that often occurs in an area, one of which is the village of Tegal Sari Mandala I. Waste management that is not complex will create a problem for the village and will require innovative solutions to overcome the problem of waste in the village. The aim of this research is to identify waste management issues and the reasons why waste cannot be managed properly by the people of Tegal Sari Village. This research method uses a qualitative approach, sampling is carried out by interviewing information identified according to their identity and problems related to the area studied. Data analysis used in data reduction research, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The main cause of the waste problem in the village is that the local community's livelihood is scavengers and this causes large piles of rubbish to be piled up by the community, lack of public awareness of managing waste or sorting waste and turning it into a craft with economic value. This research can be used as a guide for villages that have similar problems, by utilizing participatory and innovative waste management in rural areas.

Mutual respect must be built from an early age, before building a generation of accomplished nations, mutual respect must be applied first. the development of the times and technology is none other than the biggest influence in influencing and hindering the building of the national character as expected, this is very much felt when starting kampus mengajar program’s. therefore the purpose of writing this journal is to build an attitude of mutual respect as well as the dangers of bullying among UPT SMPN 10 Medan, Padang Bulan students, with a period of 3 months. With the help of the staged casework method by Zastrow. The stages in the groupwork method include (1) Engagement, Intake, Contract, (2) Assessment, (3) Planning, (4) Intervention, (5) Monitoring, (6) Evaluation, and (7) Termination. This method shows a positive development in the attitude of students at UPT SMPN 10 Medan.

Currently tourism in Indonesia is growing very rapidly. The role of stakeholders is very necessary in planning a tourist destination because it can help to develop tourism potential in a village. This research focuses on discussing community based tourism development collaboration at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what factors inhibit collaboration in community-based tourism development at Pacu jalur events in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how collaborative community based tourism development is at the pacu jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency and what are the inhibiting factors for collaboration in community based tourism development at the pacu Jalur event in Kuantan Singingi Regency using the pentahelix model of 5 stakeholders. This study used qualitative research is descriptive methods. This research found that the roles of each stakeholder are: academics focus on tourism planning based on existing theories, the government focuses on policy makers in developing tourism potential, business actors as nails in creating added value and maintaining economic growth in the surrounding area, and the role of the role of the community is to help manage tourism potential and the role of the media is to promote and help inform the wider community about the spur route. The research results found that collaborative governance has run quite optimally. The inhibiting factors in community-based tourism development collaboration were also revealed, namely, a) Lack of pentahelix coordinators in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, b) Lack of support for road infrastructure access in the development of Pacu jalur tourism, c) Low creativity and innovation at Pacu jalur tourism locations. Through this research, it can be used as an evaluation so that it can increase the efforts of the Department of Tourism and Culture in developing tourist attractions leading to national events.

However, the role of culture is so important, this culture still lacks attention from the government and surrounding communities. The Minahasa cultural museum in Tomohon City is a means of storing and providing information for the community and tourists to find out more about the culture in Minahasa, as a solution. The problem is that there is no Minahasa cultural museum in Tomohon City. With a Deconstruction Architecture approach by creating buildings that contrast with abstract and complicated shapes, so that they can attract tourists but can also attract local people to visit the museum.
