The attitude of Christians to live righteously and live holy is very necessary amidst the lives of people who live evil and unclean lives. Roman Emperors and their followers in ancient times rejected John's prophecies written in the Book of Revelation, so they continued to carry out evil and dirty deeds. Likewise, some members of the Christian congregation in Asia Minor were unwilling to endure suffering because of it offended Jesus Christ through their sinful actions. Christians were constantly intimidated into denying Jesus, so that some did not faithfully follow Jesus to the point of death. The aim of this research is to encourage readers and listeners of the essence of the Book of Revelation not to do evil and unclean things in their lives. The research methodology used is qualitative research with a literature research approach. The result obtained is that if Christian educators become more loyal in teaching Christians (Christian students) in educational institutions, then Christian students will increasingly free themselves from the evil and uncleanness they once practiced. Conclusion: Christians (Christian students) must be taught continuously through the word of God to experience repentance, live righteously, live holy, and not to deny Jesus Christ in their lives.

Based on the International Diabetic Federation (IDF), in 2017, the number of people suffering from DM in Indonesia was 10.3 million people, Indonesia was ranked 6th with the highest number of DM patients. Foot ulcers are often the main cause of hospitalization in DM patients, and DM is the main cause of lower extremity amputation in non-traumatic cases. Currently, Indonesia does not yet have a consensus for the management of diabetic foot infections. Management of diabetic foot infections currently uses guidelines from the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) and the International Working Group of Diabetic Foot (IWGDF) for empirical selection of antibiotics. The basic principles of healing diabetic ulcers are adequate arterial perfusion, proper control of infection, and offloading the ulcer area. Empirical selection of antibiotics often coincides with inadequate information regarding microbiological patterns. Choosing an antibiotic with a spectrum that is too narrow will cause pathogens to be overlooked in infections which are often caused by polymicrobial, and cause clinical deterioration in the patient. Unnecessary selection of broad-spectrum antibiotics can contribute to the increasing problem of antibiotic resistance. Mild and moderate infections can be given antibiotics with a narrower spectrum. Severe infections require parenteral administration to reach therapeutic levels immediately.

Background: Critical care developed starting from a need for patients experiencing life-threatening illnesses that could be better met if the patient was cared for in a different room. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is defined as a decrease in kidney function characterized by a glomerular filtration rate (GFR) < 60 ml/min/1.73 m2 that occurs for more than 3 months (Mahesvara, 2020). Nutrition is an important part of the management of critical patients such as those suffering from advanced Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). Providing nutrition to critical patients is to encourage the healing process. Inaccuracy in administering enteral nutrition can cause complications such as high gastric residual volume, gastric retention, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. High gastric residues during enteral nutrition increase the risk of pulmonary aspiration which is the most severe complication of enteral nutrition. Intermittent feeding is one method of providing enteral nutrition to prevent these complications. The aim of this research is to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). This writing method uses patient intervention and observation carried out for three days, to determine the patient's condition and provide appropriate nursing care which is then documented. Results: Based on the results of the intervention and monitoring carried out, it can be concluded that there are differences in the conditions of gastric residue production before and after the enteral feeding intervention using the intermittent feeding method. With the result criteria of maintaining nutritious food intake increases. Conclusion: In critical patients there is a slowdown in gastric emptying and intestinal motility so that if enteral nutrition is given quickly into the stomach there will be an increase in gastric residue. Nursing action as an evidence base that can be given is in the form of providing enteral nutrition using the intermittent feeding method so that the stomach can be better prepared to receive nutrition because it is given gradually, a stomach that is not completely filled will be able to digest food better and the stomach will empty more quickly, thereby reducing the risk of aspiration.
