Social media has become an integral part of students’ lives and is increasingly being used as a means of interactive learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of social media use in supporting students’ learning process, by highlighting the benefits, challenges, and solutions that can be applied. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, in-depth interviews, and thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that social media provides flexibility in accessing learning materials, increases academic engagement, and facilitates discussion and collaboration between students and lecturers. However, there are several challenges, such as distraction, unguaranteed validity of information, lack of structure in learning, and gaps in access to technology. To overcome these challenges, strategies are needed such as good time management, increasing digital literacy, active roles of lecturers in directing learning, and institutional support in increasing access to technology. With the implementation of the right strategy, social media can be an effective tool in supporting interactive learning, improving students’ academic quality, and encouraging educational transformation in the digital era.

Entrepreneurship plays a vital role in global economic progress and is the main path to financial independence and innovation. Amidst the rapid development of technology and rapid changes, new opportunities for entrepreneurs are wide open, but they also have to face various challenges that require wise management. This article reviews five important aspects for entrepreneurs in the digital era. First, the importance of recognizing business opportunities that arise from technological advances and digital market transformation. Second, the implementation of sustainable innovation strategies to remain competitive in the market. Third, managing risks and uncertainties in the digital business world. Fourth, utilizing technology to improve business operational efficiency. Fifth, the importance of creating a strong brand and building customer loyalty in a competitive market. By understanding and implementing these five aspects, entrepreneurs can maximize their potential and achieve sustainable success in the ever-evolving business world.

Training management is a crucial component in organizing training programs and contributes to creating effective training. This study aims to describe the identification of training needs, training methods, training management strategies, and training success indicators at Sanggar Seni Greget in Semarang. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects include the founder, the head, the secretary, and staff in the field of dance. The research informants consist of an instructor and two training participants. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity techniques utilize source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis encompasses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the identification of training needs at Sanggar Seni Greget involves organizational analysis, job task analysis, and individual analysis. The training methods used are demonstrations, lectures, and simulations. The training management strategy design includes planning, resource management, organizing, training development, promotion, implementation, and evaluation. The success indicators of the training are measured through goal achievement, skill and knowledge enhancement, behavioral changes, participant satisfaction, and productivity.

This study evaluates the pavement condition of 3,300 meters of Adiwerna Highway II using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method based on the ASTM D6433-18 standard. The road is divided into 18 segments to facilitate analysis, with data obtained through visual surveys. The results show five main types of damage, dominated by patches (84%). PCI values ​​range from 38–86 with an average of 69 ("Fair" category), indicating the need for planned maintenance. The most critical segment is at STA 3+100–3+200 (PCI 38). The study recommends a more economically efficient preventive maintenance strategy, and suggests specific treatments according to the type of damage. This study supports the development of data-driven road asset management for infrastructure maintenance optimization.

This study aims to analyze the E-Relationship Marketing strategy implemented by PT. Travel Al-Amar Madani Masyhur Medan through social media in an effort to maintain pilgrim loyalty amidst the increasingly competitive Umrah travel industry in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with management and pilgrims, observation of social media activities (Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp), and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the implementation of E-Relationship Marketing is carried out through four main dimensions: service personalization, digital community building, responsive interaction, and consistency of Islamic brand character. The use of social media is proven effective in increasing trust and emotional closeness of pilgrims, leading to loyalty in the form of repeat orders and recommendations (advocacy). The main obstacle found is the digital literacy gap among elderly pilgrims, which the company addressed through simpler and more intensive communication approaches on the WhatsApp platform.

. The preservation of static archives in the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama/KUA) plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal and administrative evidence of marriage for the community. However, many marriage records created between 1978 and 2002 at the Office of Religious Affairs of Medan Labuhan Subdistrict have experienced physical deterioration due to age, storage limitations, and environmental factors. Based on archival observations, out of 51 archival bundles (2,550 records), 76.4% were categorized as damaged, while only 23.5% remained in good condition. This condition highlights the urgency of implementing a systematic digitalization strategy as an effort to preserve static archives and ensure long-term access. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marriage archive digitalization as a preservation strategy and to examine its effectiveness in maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and accessibility of archival records. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, documentation analysis, and field-based data interpretation. The findings indicate that digitalization contributes significantly to minimizing physical handling, preventing further deterioration, improving retrieval efficiency, and strengthening archival security. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including limited technological infrastructure, lack of standardized procedures, and human resource constraints. The study concludes that digitalization is not merely a technological transition but a strategic preservation effort that requires institutional commitment, proper archival management standards, and sustainable planning. By integrating digital preservation practices into archival governance, the Office of Religious Affairs can enhance the protection of marriage archives as static archives and ensure their continued legal and administrative value for future generations.

Da'wah is an activity that aims to invite people to the path of truth and guidance from Allah SWT, carried out orally or in writing with the spirit of calling and guiding the people. As an integral part of Islamic teachings, this da'wah requires not only sincerity but also good management so that its implementation is effective, structured, and relevant to the development of the times. In this case, management becomes an important element that includes planning, implementing, and evaluating religious programs. The values ​​contained in this management can be reflected in the Qur'an, such as strategy, trustworthy leadership, and a wise approach, emphasizing the importance of integration between da'wah and management. Management is interpreted as an-nizam or at-tanzim, which is a regulatory system that puts everything in its place. The relationship between management and da'wah is synergistic, where da'wah requires a management program and communication media to reach the community effectively and innovatively. A da'i, in this context, also has a very imaudience’s important role, namely as a manager who must understand the audience's characteristics and design the right da'wah strategy. Therefore, the integration of management in da'wah activities is one of the essential needs in building a systematic and competitive da'wah movement amidst modern social dynamics.

Hedging is a financial instrument that uses a risk management approach to neutralize systematic risk against changes in prices or cash flows: individuals and businesses. One alternative that can be done to minimize this risk of banking is hedging. (Hasanah, 2022). This study analyzes hedging strategies to achieve optimal risk management in banking companies. The object of the study is the banking industry, both conventional and sharia, listed on the IDX with an observation period of 2019-2023. The targeted outputs are scientific publications and national journals. The results of the study are Hedging strategies: (1) Forward Contract, (2) Futures Contract, and (3) Money Market. Hedging strategy implementation techniques are (1) Arbitrage (2) Diversification (3) Average down (4) Cash closing.

The aim of this research is to discuss innovation in marketing management of village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through social customer relationship management (SCRM), digitalization and technological guidance assistance. The method used is a systematic literature review method. Systematic literature reviews are used for the process of identifying, evaluating and interpreting research results relevant to research objectives that include research questions, topic areas and related phenomena. One of the main reasons for conducting qualitative research is because the research is exploratory in nature. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that social customer relationship management is defined as a business philosophy and strategy, supported by technology platforms, business rules, processes and social characteristics, which are designed to involve customers in collaborative conversations to deliver mutually beneficial value in a trusted and transparent business environment. Micro, small and medium enterprises need to maintain good relationships with customers and increase their loyalty through knowledge and fulfilling customer needs quickly and precisely. One of the keys for micro, small and medium enterprises to survive in today's competitive business world is through business digitalization, where micro, small and medium enterprises can take advantage of this to develop business performance. Government policy in the form of technical guidance training in the form of training for micro, small and medium enterprises is expected to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and marketing performance.

Entrepreneurship and innovation are two key elements in strengthening economic growth and creating added value across various industry sectors. This study aims to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship development strategies and competitive dynamics in fostering innovation. The research methodology employed includes both qualitative and quantitative analyses of data from various industries and markets. Findings indicate that the use of targeted and adaptive entrepreneurship development strategies can enhance a company's competitive position in a volatile market. Additionally, healthy competitive dynamics and interactions among market players also play a crucial role in stimulating innovation through healthy competition and productive collaboration. The practical implications of this study highlight the importance for companies to develop entrepreneurial strategies that focus not only on creating economic value but also on generating social and environmental value. Moreover, collaboration between companies, governments, and educational institutions is necessary to create an ecosystem that supports sustainable innovation. Mining is a crucial sector in the global economy, yet it faces high risks and serious potential hazards for workers. According to statistical data from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the number of mining accidents in 2023 increased significantly compared to 2021 and previous years, totaling 217 incidents. Therefore, the effective implementation of occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS) is necessary to protect worker safety and health. The purpose of this writing is to review the implementation of occupational health and safety management systems (OHSMS) in mining companies, covering policy establishment, K3 planning, K3 plan execution, K3 performance monitoring and evaluation, as well as review and enhancement of OHSMS performance. This review employs a Literature Study method, sourcing data and articles from Google Scholar, PubMed, and ScienceDirect. Based on the literature study, the analysis of Occupational Health and Safety Management System implementation reveals that, on average, mining companies have their own policies established. Regarding K3 planning, each company has its own K3 planning strategy. However, the execution of K3 plans shows varying levels of implementation across different companies. In terms of performance monitoring and evaluation, companies assess K3 performance using specific indicators and undertake necessary improvements. Finally, review and performance enhancement efforts are undertaken for continuous improvement.

The ever-changing and volatile global economy poses significant challenges for businesses around the world. Faced with this uncertainty, financial resilience strategies are essential to help businesses not only survive but also thrive in a turbulent environment . This article aims to analyze the financial recovery strategies undertaken by PT. Denpoo Mandiri Indonesia in the face of a volatile global economy. Through a case study approach, we explore the specific steps these companies took to turn risks into opportunities, as well as the strategies that proved most effective in strengthening their key financial positions. Taking into account factors such as portfolio diversification, risk management and financial flexibility, we present an in-depth look at how PT Denpoo Mandiri Indonesia has managed to overcome the challenges of the global economy and turn them into opportunities for growth and long-term success.

This study analyzes the impact of information technology advances in global business using a qualitative research approach. The introduction presents the background to the importance of information technology in company expansion, operational efficiency, and business innovation. The research method used is a review of various sources of information which is then compiled into a new study. Results and discussions show that information technology facilitates global expansion through digital communication tools, efficient cross-border collaboration, and integrated supply chain management. In addition, information technology improves operational efficiency through business process automation and advanced data analysis. Furthermore, information technology becomes a catalyst for innovation and business growth through easy access to data and information, collaboration among stakeholders, and adoption of new business models. Prigi Beach, located in Watulimo District, Trenggalek Regency, is one of the tourism destinations that offers significant opportunities for sustainable economic growth for local communities. However, to achieve this, an appropriate and good management strategy is needed. This research was conducted to find out and also analyze effective management strategies for Prigi Beach to encourage sustainable economic growth for local communities. The existence of an appropriate and good strategy is expected to provide significant economic benefits for local communities.

This study analyzes and optimizes production systems in the Industry 4.0 context, examining the fundamental shift from centralized, push-based production models to decentralized, adaptive, pull-based approaches. The research employs a mixed-method approach combining comprehensive literature review and multiple case studies across manufacturing sectors. Findings reveal that integration of Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics enables real-time communication between production components, product personalization, and faster decision-making. Despite significant benefits in efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness, implementation challenges persist, including high initial investment, employee resistance, technical expertise limitations, and integration complexity. Optimization approaches such as mixed-integer linear programming, digitally-integrated Lean Six Sigma, and digital twin simulations effectively enhance performance indicators including flexibility, reliability, and energy efficiency. The study concludes that successful production system transformation requires an integrated strategy encompassing process engineering, digital competency development, change management, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable optimization in the digital era

Background: In the modern industrial era, work safety is the main focus of companies to protect workers and minimize the risk of work-related injuries and illnesses. Implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) has become a strategy adopted by many companies to improve safety and health standards in the workplace. The purpose of this writing is to provide a better understanding of the importance of implementing SMK3 in improving occupational safety and health as well as the factors that influence its success. Method: The research method used is a literature review which is an approach that focuses on collecting, evaluating and synthesizing information from various literature sources related to the research topic. In the case of journals that consider improving occupational safety through the implementation of an Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) Result: Work safety, including the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3), is a shared responsibility of the company and workers' rights to a safe work environment. SMK3 aims to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses with steps such as risk identification and follow-up evaluation. Despite benefits such as increased productivity, implementation is often hampered by a lack of awareness, resources and resistance to change. Overcoming these barriers requires increased awareness, adequate resource allocation, and effective change management. Work safety and the implementation of SMK3 are the keys to creating a safe and productive work environment, requiring commitment and participation from all parties to succeed.

Background: Occupational safety in this context refers to efforts to prevent accidents and protect the physical integrity of employees, while occupational health includes efforts to prevent work-related diseases and maintain the physical and mental health of employees. The purpose of this writing is to find out the relationship between the level of occupational safety and health in the company and employee performance Method: The research method used is a literature review. Researchers collect various sources of information, such as scientific journals, books and other publications related to occupational safety and health levels and employee performance. Results: Occupational safety and health (K3) have a very important role in the work environment, with occupational safety aimed at preventing accidents and protecting the physical integrity of employees, while occupational health includes efforts to prevent work-related diseases and maintain the physical and mental health of employees. Holistic and comprehensive K3 management is an important key in improving employee performance, where a good combination of occupational safety and health has a greater impact on employee performance. The implications of this research are important for company management, because investing in K3 is not only a social responsibility but also a business strategy that can increase company productivity and sustainability. Management needs to prioritize K3 in business strategy, paying attention to supporting K3 factors such as a strong safety culture, quality K3 training, and strict work environment monitoring, to create a healthy, safe and productive work environment.

Padangsidimpuan City Library Service, preservation and conservation of existing library materials has not been carried out as it should. This can be seen when repairing damaged library materials in the processing room. Repairing damaged library materials can be repaired properly, this can be done if the librarian who repairs the library materials understands and understands the repair of damaged library materials so that they are maintained and can be preserved, but the reality is that there are professional staff/librarians who repair, maintain and preserve the materials. library does not have a library education background. Apart from that, to conserve library materials, a room for maintaining and preserving library materials is also needed, not only the processing room but also other rooms. To maintain and preserve library materials, pay attention to the storage or location of the library materials. The type of research used by the author is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative methods are research methods that are intended to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects holistically by describing them in the format of linguistic words, in a specific context experienced and utilized by various scientific methods. This research resulted that the Padang Sidempuan City Library Service has a preservation strategy or several methods used by officers in preserving library materials, namely binding, patching and connecting paper, glue or adhesive, lamination, nails/bolts for books and cleaning the library room. In conservation activities for library materials at the Padang Sidempuan city Library Service, the library team has implemented several strategies that have been carried out in the management of library materials at the Padang Sidempuan city Library Service, including preserving library materials, maintaining library materials, repairing damage to library materials, carry out assistive tools in library material conservation activities, and use methods in using library material conservation activities. Regarding factors causing damage, damage to library materials can be caused by several factors, including internal and external. The Padang Sidempuan City Library Service itself relates to the causes of damage to library materials which originate from biological factors, physical factors, chemical factors, or other factors such as human error.

This research aims to conduct risk analysis on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a case study on XYZ MSMEs using the SWOT analysis method. Risk analysis is crucial in identifying internal and external factors that can affect business continuity. By applying the SWOT approach, this research evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by XYZ MSMEs. By identifying these factors, this research provides a holistic picture of the internal and external conditions of XYZ MSMEs and the risks that may arise. The SWOT method is used as a tool to formulate an effective risk management strategy to increase the competitiveness and resilience of XYZ MSMEs in the market. The results of this analysis can be the basis for more targeted strategic decision making and risk planning in supporting the growth of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.
