This research method is quantitative causality against 64 non-medical employees who have worked for at least 6 months at X Hospital Central Jakarta. The sampling method was total sampling. The data analysis method used was the Three Box Method and the Path Analysis Method with SEM AMOS. The results of the study found that democratic leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive effect on employee commitment with the mediation of the work environment, democratic leadership style does not affect employee commitment, democratic leadership style does not affect the work environment, organizational culture does not affect employee commitment, organizational culture has a positive effect on the work environment, the work environment has a positive effect on employee commitment. Background: Pain is the reason most frequently complained by patients to seek help from a health facility and this condition almost always indicates a disease condition or pathological process. Surgery as one of the causes of pain is an invasive medical procedure used to diagnose or treat disease, injury or body deformity. Objectives: To determine the effect of early mobilization on reducing the pain scale in post-operative patients at K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Hospital Semarang. Methods: This type of research is descriptive research in the form of a case study in November 2023 at K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Hospital Semarang. The sample was 2 post-operative patients. Data analysis by changing the data obtained in narrative form and interpreting the results. Findings: In the first respondent, after early mobilization for 3 days, the pain scale decreased from scale 6 (moderate pain) to scale 2 (mild pain), in the second respondent, before early mobilization for 3 days, the pain scale decreased from scale 7 (severe pain) to scale 3 (mild pain). Implications: provide information for nurses and future researchers regarding early mobilization as a development of nursing interventions to reduce postoperative pain

Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that is not based on a pathological condition. Female students who experience primary dysmenorrhea will certainly feel that their learning activities are disrupted, and this often results in them being absent or unable to attend school. This research aims to determine the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and the learning activities of female students at SMK Bina Putra Nugraha Kadupandak Cianjur, West Java in 2023. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The population is all 38 female students of Bina Putra Nugraha Vocational School. The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with a total sampling technique. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate using the Spearman's Rank Correlation Coefficient test. Based on data analysis, the results obtained were from 38 respondents, the largest distribution of respondents were female students who experienced moderate pain during menstruation, namely with a frequency of 23 respondents (60.5%), and mild pain with 15 respondents (39.5%). while the results of learning activities showed that the majority of respondents were female students whose learning activities were disrupted due to the impacts caused by primary dysmenorrhea with a frequency of 33 respondents (86.8%) being disturbed. From the results of the Spearman rank correlation test, it can be seen that the value of p = 0.003 (p < 0.05). The results of the correlation coefficient show that there is a relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and the learning activities of female students at SMK Bina Putra Nugraha Kadupandak Cianjur, West Java in 2023. Therefore, the proposed hypothesis means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The traditional food and beverage industry in Medan, Indonesia, is undergoing significant changes as Industry 5.0 technology becomes more integrated. This research explores the impact of this transformation through data analysis from 143 traditional culinary businesses. The focus is on evaluating the extent to which Industry 5.0 has been adopted, identifying factors that drive or hinder its adoption, and analyzing how this affects business operations and customer experiences. We utilized Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationship between business characteristics, workforce readiness, Industry 5.0 adoption, and its implications for operational and customer experiences. We used descriptive statistics to understand demographic and technological profiles, while measurement model evaluation demonstrated the validity and reliability of our survey. Path analysis and bootstrap analysis were employed to confirm relationships, while fit model evaluation, R², and Q² provided insights into overall model robustness. Our findings contribute to academic knowledge, provide guidance for business owners in making strategic decisions, and establish standards for future research on Industry 5.0 adoption in the traditional sector.
