Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) culture requires an efficient and low-cost feeding strategy that can support fry growth and survival. This study aimed to analyze the effects of three types of natural feed, namely silk worms, earthworms, and snails, on absolute length growth, absolute weight growth, and survival of Nile tilapia fry. The study was conducted at the Aquaculture Laboratory, Faculty of Science and Computer Science, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo, from January 31 to March 2, 2026. An experimental method was applied using a Completely Randomized Design consisting of three treatments and three replications. A total of 45 Nile tilapia fry were reared in 9 plastic containers filled with 10 L of water, with 5 fish in each container. Growth and survival data were analyzed using ANOVA at the 5% significance level, while water quality was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the type of natural feed had no significant effect on absolute length growth, absolute weight growth, and survival. Descriptively, silk worms produced the highest length and weight growth, with values of 2.99 cm and 6.37 g, respectively. Snails produced the highest survival rate of 86.66%. Water quality remained stable, with temperature ranging from 26.3 to 26.8°C, pH from 7.6 to 7.9, and dissolved oxygen from 5.2 to 5.6 mg/L. These findings indicate that silk worms are potential natural feed for improving growth, while snails support the survival of Nile tilapia fry.

Amid the accelerating rhythm of digital culture, academic competition, and the changing patterns of student life in higher education, the formation of Muslim student character has become an increasingly urgent concern. A campus mosque can no longer be viewed merely as a place of worship; it must also be understood as a strategic nonformal Islamic educational space that nurtures spirituality, morality, social awareness, and student identity in a more contextual way. This study aims to analyze the role of the campus mosque as a space for shaping Muslim student character through the Islamic mentoring program at Masjid Syamsul Ulum, Telkom University. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach based on document study and thematic analysis of scholarly articles, mentoring program documents, and relevant works on campus mosques, religious moderation, and student character education. The findings show that the mentoring program at Masjid Syamsul Ulum is systematically designed through a clear structure, curriculum, methods, evaluation tools, and mentor regeneration, all of which are integrated with the institutional values of Harmony, Excellence, and Integrity. Socioculturally, the program functions not only as a medium for religious instruction but also as a process of value internalization, habituation of religious practice, strengthening of moderation, and construction of Muslim student identity within a technology-oriented university environment. This study proposes a conceptual understanding that the campus mosque can serve as a strategic space for shaping Muslim students who are religious, moderate, collaborative, and adaptive in the digital era.

This research aims to analyze the legal protection of workers' rights during Termination of Employment (PHK) due to company bankruptcy, as well as assessing the conformity between applicable legal provisions and practice in the field. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory and factual approach. The research examines various legal regulations related to employment and bankruptcy, as well as the implementation of these regulations in resolving employment disputes. The research results show that the regulation of layoffs according to Law Number 6 of 2023 concerning Job Creation emphasizes that layoffs are the termination of the employment relationship due to certain things which result in the end of the rights and obligations between workers and employers which is a last resort. In practice, however, workers often experience difficulties in obtaining their normative rights, especially when companies face financial instability or insolvency. Then the responsibilities that can be carried out by companies to realize fair legal protection for workers are divided into 2 (two) efforts, namely preventive and repressive. Preventive efforts include compliance with labor regulations and transparent communication, while repressive efforts are carried out through dispute settlement and fulfillment of workers’ compensation rights. This research confirms the existence of a gap between legal norms and practice in the field. Therefore, it is necessary to increase legal awareness and strengthen regulatory enforcement to ensure the fulfillment of the rights of workers affected by layoffs.

The rise of the digital age has brought significant changes to leadership dynamics and leadership development patterns within the context of Christian ministry. This paper addresses the critical issue of leadership succession failure, which is driven by a generational gap between senior leaders and young leaders-in-training, as well as the underutilization of technology in the mentoring process. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, state-of-the-art analysis, and theological synthesis, this study assesses the relevance and effectiveness of the multiplicative leadership model as a solution to the leadership succession problem. The analysis reveals that multiplicative leadership—which emphasizes discipleship, intensive mentoring, delegation of responsibility, and intergenerational collaboration—can bridge the generational gap while accelerating the multiplication of leaders in the digital age. The integration of digital technologies, such as virtual mentoring, digital training modules, and collaborative media, has proven capable of expanding the impact of the leadership development process and enhancing relational closeness between generations. This paper concludes that the multiplicative leadership model is a strategic and theological approach aligned with the biblical mandate to produce leaders capable of developing other leaders, and is relevant for addressing the challenges of contemporary Christian leadership.

Entering the third decade of the 21st century, the church faces the urgency of redefining its existence amidst the shift to a digital ecosystem. This research aims to analyze the synergy between church management and transformational leadership toward the effectiveness of leader multiplication in the Digital 4.0 era. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach through library research, this study explores the integration of modern management theories and theological principles. The findings indicate that church management serves as a vital infrastructure providing operational stability, while transformational leadership acts as a catalyst for innovation and behavioral change in facing VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) conditions. The synergy between these two elements creates a “Digital Shepherding” model, where the digital space is transformed into a theological medium for character formation and spiritual transmission. The study concludes that the effectiveness of leader multiplication is determined by a shift from person-centered leadership to a system-inspired approach that integrates digital capabilities with biblical integrity. Strategic implications suggest that churches must adopt a digital mindset and establish digital leadership laboratories to ensure the sustainability of their mission among Generation Z.

Modern infrastructure development often involves the use of mass concrete in large structural elements such as pile caps and foundations. However, massive concrete volumes trigger a significant temperature increase due to the heat of hydration that is difficult to dissipate, posing a risk of thermal stress and structural cracking. This study aims to analyze the temperature rise behavior of mass concrete and evaluate the effectiveness of combining chilled water and fly ash substitution in minimizing these thermal cracking risks. The research method employs a quantitative approach through laboratory testing at PT Adhimix RMC Plant Kaligawe. Specimen blocks measuring 40 x 40 x 100 cm were divided into three variations: normal concrete (BN), concrete with chilled water and 15% fly ash (BAF), and concrete with 25% fly ash (BF). Temperature was monitored using thermocouples at the core and surface for 14 days, then validated using the Portland Cement Association (PCA) formula. The results indicate that the integration of chilled water with 15% fly ash and the use of 25% fly ash significantly controlled extreme temperature surges at the 5th hour. The combination of chilled water and 15% fly ash produced the lowest core temperature of 37.3°C, far below the control concrete which reached 62.4°C. This proves that the combination of precooling methods and fly ash substitution is effective in reducing the heat of hydration during the early hardening period, although the use of 25% fly ash was found to be more stable in maintaining mass concrete temperature.

Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) requires a high cement content, which contributes to increased carbon emissions; therefore, this study evaluates the effect of partial cement substitution with fly ash (5%, 10%, and 15%) and the addition of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) waste (0.5% and 0.7%) on the mechanical properties of SCC with a target strength of f’c 30 MPa. The research employed laboratory experimental methods, including fresh concrete tests (slump flow, L-box, and V-funnel) and hardened concrete tests (compressive, tensile, and flexural strength) at 7 and 28 days. The results indicate that fly ash substitution enhances compressive strength, with the highest value of 49.59 MPa achieved at 5% fly ash at 28 days, exceeding normal concrete (34.73 MPa). The addition of PET tends to reduce compressive strength due to increased porosity; however, it significantly improves flexural strength, as the combination of 5% fly ash and 0.5% PET achieved 4.7 MPa compared to 2.9 MPa for normal concrete. Overall, the combination of fly ash and PET waste shows potential for application in structural elements requiring high flexural performance.

Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is one of the most common arrhythmias in the pediatric population, often resulting from re-entry mechanisms involving accessory pathways or dual atrioventricular nodal physiology. Although generally well tolerated in children with structurally normal hearts, its management can be challenging, particularly in recurrent or persistent cases. This study is a case report describing a pediatric patient with hemodynamically stable SVT treated at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital. Data were collected retrospectively from medical records, including history taking, physical examination, and supporting investigations such as serial electrocardiography (ECG), laboratory tests, chest radiography, and transthoracic echocardiography. Management was conducted according to current clinical guidelines, including vagal maneuvers, pharmacological therapy with beta-blockers and antiarrhythmic agents (amiodarone), and monitoring of treatment response based on clinical evaluation and ECG, along with identification and treatment of underlying triggers. We report a case of a 10-year-old female presenting with suspected SVT and pericarditis, who experienced episodes of narrow QRS complex tachycardia that were successfully converted to sinus rhythm following amiodarone administration. Echocardiographic evaluation revealed mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation with preserved ventricular function. Laboratory and radiological findings suggested an underlying inflammatory process, which was considered a triggering factor. This case highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach in the diagnosis and management of pediatric SVT, including addressing underlying conditions and ensuring continuous monitoring to prevent recurrence.
