Digitalization in education has encouraged the need to develop interactive and interesting learning media to increase student interest and understanding. Teaching staff at D-LLA Course, a tutoring institution, needs skills in using technology, one of which is making interactive videos. This article discusses the results of a training program held to improve teacher competency in using the Powtoon application to create interactive video learning materials. Through introductory methods, tutorials, direct practice and evaluation, this activity succeeded in improving teachers' skills in compiling digital learning content. Based on evaluations and feedback from participants, the majority felt that this interactive video learning method was more interesting for students and more effective in explaining the material. It is hoped that the results of this training can be implemented on an ongoing basis in the D-LLA Course to improve the quality of learning.

This Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to develop and optimize the learning guidance (bimbel) activities at GKSI Sungai Maram as a learning platform that focuses not only on improving academic performance but also on the development of character and Christian values in children. In this activity, students, as community service participants, actively play a role in teaching and mentoring students, ranging from elementary to middle school age. The implementation of this PKM is intended to help children enhance their academic understanding outside of school hours, introduce them to the moral teachings contained in the Bible, and strengthen their social skills. With support from the community and the management of GKSI Sungai Maram, this program is expected to have a positive impact on the students' development, both academically and spiritually.The expected outcomes of this program include the improvement of the quality of children's education, the formation of positive character traits, and the growth of awareness regarding the importance of holistic education, which emphasizes not only intellectual intelligence but also moral development and the relationship with God.

Education standards in Indonesia still face various challenges, especially in Tahai Jaya Village where there are still educational problems such as limited Merdeka curriculum books, unstable lesson schedules, and the low reading ability of grade 3 elementary school students, reflecting broader educational challenges. To overcome this, KKN students took the initiative to carry out free tutoring in Tahai Jaya village. The aim of this free tutoring program is to help improve the quality of education in Tahai Jaya village. The method used is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The results of free tutoring activities in Tahai Jaya Village have succeeded in improving the quality of education in the area. This activity involves active community participation and is carried out for a month using interactive methods. As a result, students show increased motivation and learning abilities, especially in completing school assignments. Parents also felt the positive impact of this activity, because their children were more enthusiastic and eager to learn.

The main activities carried out include Walisongo Teaching, an anti-bullying seminar, Ecoprint craft mentoring, additional tutoring, and teaching at the Darussalam TPQ. This program successfully created a conducive and interactive learning environment, while also strengthening moral and religious values among students. KKN students gained valuable experience in managing classes, implementing innovative teaching methods, and interacting with the local community. This program has had a positive impact on both students and the KKN participants, and it is hoped to continue with more varied innovations in the future.

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is one of the lecture programs that must be provided and implemented by every university in order to achieve one of the goals and tri dharma, namely Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM). Mata Lombu is one of the villages selected to carry out the KKN program, but as a village in Indonesia, it is generally not free from several problems. Based on observations and social analysis carried out, there are various problems that need to be addressed including: (1) lack of community understanding regarding local food processing, (2) lack of understanding of farmers regarding preventing pests in crops, (3) lack of literacy and numeracy among students. Elementary and junior high schools in the village, (5) limited access to clean water, and (6) limitations of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in creating jobs. Based on a number of problems found during observations and social analysis, and the description in the background, the main objective of all these programs is to fulfill community service and empowerment in Mata Lombu Village through a project action planning framework or Project Action Plan (PAP). The series of Unkriswina Sumba Regular KKN activity methods includes the stages of program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of this activity show that this activity can increase insight, understanding and new knowledge regarding local food, making bokashi fertilizer, making natural pesticides, and tutoring, and can increase crop yields, food security, reduce the impact of environmental pollution, and increase value. increase the economy of village communities.

The Community Service Program (PKM) of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training is implemented by the university in an effort to increase knowledge in students to gain added value and as a means of increasing insight and experience which can trigger broader knowledge for students. This activity aims to improve student character by using fictional text media and time meter in learning Indonesian and Mathematics, especially for TRI SAKTI Lubuk Pakam Private High School students, to be able to apply and receive Indonesian and Mathematics tutoring well, and be able to demonstrate knowledge Using the Mentimeter application or characters on students after participating in PKM community service activities can help the community, especially students, in completing missed lessons.

In the field of education, especially at the elementary and junior high school levels, literacy and numeracy competencies are made the focus of learning and set as competency standards that students must have. Literacy and numeracy can provide provisions for students to adapt to life outside the classroom. However, in fact, the literacy and numeracy competencies of students in Indonesia are still low and education is also not as developed as it should be, so it is far behind other countries. Community Service (PkM) in Nagori village is carried out by providing tutoring activities to improve literacy and numeracy for elementary school and junior high school aged children in the area where students live.
