The low effectiveness of student organizational performance in designing and managing structured work programs presents a major challenge to strengthening the leadership culture at MTsN 1 Probolinggo. This community service program aims to enhance students’ managerial and leadership capacities through performance mentoring for the Intra-Madrasah Student Organization (OSIM), based on innovations in learning management. The methods employed include training sessions, workshops, and continuous mentoring, all designed collaboratively with school stakeholders. The activity stages began with a needs analysis and problem mapping, followed by the development of training modules, the implementation of organizational management training, and interactive workshops aimed at developing adaptive and applicable work programs. The proposed solutions encompass strengthening foundational understanding of organizational management, enhancing the role of members in program planning, and facilitating the implementation of OSIM activities that support the creation of an active learning environment. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure comprehension improvement, field activity observations, and assessments of work program achievement. The results indicate significant improvements in participants’ cognitive and practical skills, particularly in the planning, execution, and evaluation of OSIM programs that are now more structured and goal-oriented. In conclusion, this community service activity successfully reinforced student leadership competencies through an innovative approach to managing student organizations, while also promoting the development of a sustainable culture of collaborative work. Based on the outcomes, it is recommended that this mentoring model be replicated in other madrasahs and that OSIM leadership development programs be systematically integrated into extracurricular curricula to ensure the continuity and expansion of the positive impacts achieved

This study aims to apply the Discovery Learning model in teaching the solar system in grade VI at SDN Patrang 02 Elementary School in Jember Regency. This model was chosen to overcome learning problems that are still teacher-centered and do not provide opportunities for students to think critically and discover concepts independently. Through this approach, it is hoped that students can be more active, creative, and understand the concept of the solar system more deeply through a direct discovery process. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a participatory strategy. Activities were carried out through the stages of planning, implementation of learning, observation, and reflection with teachers and students. Data were collected through observation of learning activities, interviews with teachers, and documentation during the learning process. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to describe the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning application in improving the quality of learning. The results of the study indicate that the application of Discovery Learning can increase student active participation, critical thinking skills, and understanding of the solar system concept. Teachers also experienced an increase in their ability to design and implement student-centered learning. In addition, this activity encourages the formation of a collaborative learning culture and the growth of teacher leadership in learning innovation in elementary schools.

This study aims to improve the mathematics achievement of third-grade elementary school students through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model within the framework of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted at UPT SD Negeri Kutorejo 1 Tuban and involved 27 students over two instructional meetings. The study was carried out in two cycles, each comprising the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques included learning outcome tests, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches. The findings indicate a notable improvement in students’ average mathematics scores, increasing from 79.47 in the first cycle to 83.91 in the second cycle. This improvement reflects the positive impact of the PBL model on students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving abilities, and active participation during the learning process. Throughout the intervention, students demonstrated increased engagement in group discussions, greater confidence in expressing ideas, and enhanced independence in addressing given problems. The PBL model proved effective in fostering active, collaborative, and meaningful learning. By presenting real-world contextual problems, the model not only enhanced students’ academic performance but also promoted the development of critical thinking, communication, and social skills. These outcomes align with 21st-century educational goals, which emphasize the cultivation of higher-order thinking skills. Theoretically, this study reinforces the effectiveness of PBL as an innovative pedagogical approach for mathematics instruction at the elementary level. It is recommended that educators systematically and consistently implement the PBL model in classroom practice. Future research is encouraged to explore the interaction between individual student characteristics and instructional models, in order to further optimize learning outcomes across various subject areas.

Learning interest is one of the key factors influencing students' success in understanding a subject. In reality, many students struggle to engage with Natural Science (IPA) lessons due to less interactive and conventional teaching methods. The Team Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model is an approach that can be used to enhance students' interest in learning through engaging games and academic competitions. This study aims to increase the learning interest of third-grade students at SD GMIT Nenu in Natural Science (IPA) by implementing the TGT method. The research employs a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 16 third-grade students at SD GMIT Nenu in the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques included observations, learning interest questionnaires, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of the TGT method significantly increased students' learning interest. Before the intervention, only 45% of students demonstrated a high interest in learning, with an average test score of 65.0. After applying the TGT method in the first cycle, learning interest increased to 75%, and the average student score improved to 80.5. In the second cycle, students' learning interest reached 93.75%, with an average score rising to 98.12. These findings demonstrate that the TGT method makes learning more engaging, fosters student interaction, and helps them understand scientific concepts more effectively.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the TGT cooperative learning method is effective in enhancing elementary school students' learning interest. Teachers are encouraged to adopt this method for teaching Natural Science or other subjects that require active student participation. Furthermore, future research can be conducted to explore the effectiveness of this method in higher education levels and in different classroom settings.

In order to boost participation and encourage student participation in homeschooling activities in SMPN 1 Bengkulu, this research aims to: establish plans and regulations; move; control; check the effectiveness of implementation; and remove any barriers that arise during that process. This study employs documentary techniques, observations, and interviews to conduct a qualitative descriptive study. The researchers will investigate and determine whether or not the management of the PJJ program has been implemented successfully. Kushendar model analysis was employed. Data is reduced, presented, concluded from, and verified by researchers. The conclusion is as follows, based on data analysis: (1) Planning is done by creating operational work plans and objectives. (2) Methods for regulating the use of resources, methods for socializing the work plan, and mechanisms for regulating the execution of a work plan that go along with the delegation of tasks and powers are established.
