In recent decades, artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly advanced and shown great potential across various fields, including bioinformatics. This paper examines current trends in AI applications within bioinformatics, highlighting future potentials and the challenges of integrating these technologies. The research utilizes secondary data collection from scientific literature, books, conference reports, and official documents on AI and bioinformatics, sourced from reputable databases like Scopus, IEEE, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Through comparative analysis, similarities, differences, and technological advancements were identified and discussed. Descriptive narrative interpretation was employed to provide a holistic view of AI trends and potential in bioinformatics. Key findings indicate that AI, particularly machine learning and deep learning, is instrumental in genomic data analysis, protein structure prediction, drug discovery, and clinical bioinformatics. Furthermore, the study underscores the benefits of AI in enhancing data analysis accuracy and efficiency, while addressing ethical and technical challenges. Future prospects emphasize the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration to fully leverage AI's capabilities in bioinformatics.

This study aims to analyze the impact of social media marketing strategies and prospective students' perceptions on their decision-making process in choosing an educational institution. The research employs a quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 purposively selected respondents, specifically prospective students considering Institut Teknologi Del as their higher education option. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to process the collected data, examining the causal relationship between the independent variables (social media marketing and perception) and the dependent variable (college selection decision). The findings indicate that effective social media marketing strategies and positive perceptions among prospective students significantly influence their decision to choose a higher education institution. The results reveal that improving the quality and reach of social media marketing, as well as fostering positive perceptions about the institution—such as academic quality, facilities, and graduate career prospects—can increase prospective students' interest in selecting Institut Teknologi Del as their place of study.

In the midst of job competition between countries in Asia, people with disabilities must also fight for their place in the job market. People with disabilities, who may face physical, mental, intellectual, motor and sensory barriers, face the additional challenge of finding employment commensurate with their abilities and barriers. Although the Indonesian government has made efforts to provide equal rights to people with disabilities through laws and policies, many challenges remain. Many people with disabilities are forced to work in the informal sector with low wages, and low participation. Therefore, research on the career prospects and experiences of individuals with disabilities is important in identifying the obstacles faced and exploring solutions that can improve disability inclusion in the world of work. Literature studies can provide valuable insights into the potential and problems experienced by people with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment, and provide a basis for the development of more inclusive policies and more effective support. By encouraging better accessibility and providing appropriate support services, communities and governments can help people with disabilities develop their potential and achieve success in their careers, while ensuring that work environments become more inclusive for all individuals, regardless of background or physical condition.

Cassava is a potential food ingredient that has quite good prospects in the fields of agribusiness and agroindustry. Cassava crackers are made from cassava which is processed into crackers, as well as being another alternative food that contains nutritional value. Based on data from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Timor-Leste in 2009-2010, cassava production reached 47,845 tons. However, cassava production has not been utilized optimally by the people of Timor-Leste as a food ingredient for the nutritional value food industry. therefore, it needs to be developed. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding soybean concentration to each treatment and to find out which treatment is best for each parameter used in the test. The method used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments, namely 0% soybean concentration compared to 1 kg of cassava, 10% compared to 1 kg of cassava, 20% compared to 1 kg of cassava, 30% compared to 1 kg of cassava. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The resulting data will be analyzed using analysis of variance and if necessary, will be presented with a follow-up test of the least significant difference (BNT) at the 5% level. The results of the variance statistical test show that the addition of soybean concentration has a significant effect on the color, taste, aroma and texture of making cassava crackers. This research shows that the best results are 10% soybean concentration in color, taste, aroma and texture.
