The interactive learning video innovation "Human Blood Circulation" through Edpuzzle, with embedded questions, is designed to address the difficulties faced by fifth-grade elementary school students in understanding abstract biological concepts. Science education in elementary schools often encounters challenges in explaining invisible processes, such as the heart's working mechanism and blood circulation, leading students to struggle with comprehension or merely memorize the material. Conventional learning videos tend to make students passive, necessitating media that can transform the learning process into an active one. Edpuzzle, as an educational platform, allows teachers to insert questions at critical points in the video, requiring students to answer before continuing to watch. This innovation aligns with the cognitive development stage of fifth-grade students, who are in the concrete operational stage. The research objectives include product development, validity and feasibility testing, analysis of conceptual understanding improvement, influence on focus and learning independence, and student responses. Media development refers to Mayer's cognitive theory of multimedia and the characteristics of interactive videos according to Heinich et al. Additionally, media development models such as ADDIE and Dick and Carey are discussed. The main benefits of using Edpuzzle include increasing engagement, facilitating real-time formative assessment, and enhancing learning motivation. However, challenges exist such as technology access, teacher readiness, the risk of technology dependency, and long-term evaluation. The practical implications can support digital learning and the transformation of elementary science education.

Banana blossoms are a part of banana plants (Musa paradisiaca) that are often underutilized and considered agricultural waste. However, banana blossoms have significant potential as an alternative food source with high nutritional value. This study aims to analyze the nutritional content of banana blossoms, develop optimal processing methods, and evaluate their economic potential. The methods used include laboratory experimental approaches for proximate analysis, organoleptic tests for sensory evaluation, and cost analysis calculations for economic assessment. The research findings indicate that banana blossoms contain high fiber (5.7 g/100g), moderate protein (1.6 g/100g), low fat (0.3 g/100g), and are rich in calcium (50 mg/100g), potassium (553 mg/100g), and antioxidants. The optimal processing method was a combination of initial boiling followed by stir-frying, which preserved 87% of the nutrients and produced the best sensory profile. Product development, including banana blossom floss, chips, and flour, demonstrated high consumer acceptance (>70%) with a profit margin ranging from 35-55%.This study concludes that banana blossoms have great potential as a sustainable alternative food source with high nutritional value and promising economic prospects. Utilizing banana blossoms can contribute to food security, the diversification of functional food products, and the empowerment of community-based economic development. Therefore, further efforts to enhance the utilization of banana blossoms should be encouraged to support the sustainability of the food and economic sectors.

This study explores the role of sentiment analysis as a predictive tool for understanding and forecasting product launch success in the digital market. Sentiment analysis involves the classification of consumer sentiment expressed on social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram, and it can significantly impact businesses by predicting consumer behavior and product performance. The research highlights the relationship between social media sentiment and product success, demonstrating that positive sentiment is strongly correlated with higher sales and consumer engagement, while negative sentiment can lead to declines. Machine learning models, including Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Random Forest, were employed to classify sentiment from large volumes of social media data and correlate it with product performance indicators such as sales volume and consumer interaction. The study found that sentiment analysis models were highly effective in predicting product success, with positive sentiment generally driving product profitability and negative sentiment posing a potential threat to brand reputation. Moreover, the analysis showed that social media sentiment provides real-time insights into consumer perceptions, enabling businesses to quickly adjust marketing strategies and product development plans. These findings underscore the importance of integrating sentiment analysis into product launch evaluations and strategic decision-making. Future research should explore the integration of sentiment analysis with other predictive market models and investigate the effects of fake reviews and post-purchase consumer behaviors on product success.
