WHO (2020) found that in various hospitals around the world the incidence of patient falls per year ranged from 3.2 - 16.6% or 700,000 -1,000,000 in the United States, England, Denmark and Australia. Data in Indonesia recorded 34 cases of patient falls or equivalent to 14% of fall incidents in hospitals in Indonesia, data from Bhayangkara Hospital has a high prevalence of fall risk, reaching 10.07% or around 1,975 people, especially in the hemodialysis room. One of the unexpected events is the incident of a patient falling, caused by various things, this is also related to the knowledge of nurses in preventing the risk of falls in patients. Objective: To find out efforts to improve nurses' knowledge in preventing the risk of falls in the HD room at Bhayangkara Hospital, Lampung Province. The data collection method carried out on August 20, 2024 was through interviews, documentation studies, and observations. From the pre-survey data, it was found that nurses' knowledge was lacking because there were still incidents of patients falling in the hemodialysis room. The results of the Nursing Management problems found were that the prevention of the risk of falling in patients in the HD room of the Bhayangkara Lampung Hospital was not optimal, the number of nurses in the HD room itself was 19 nurses, 11 of whom had undergone training. The activity plan carried out was education about the importance of nurses' knowledge in optimally preventing the risk of falling in patients. The implementation of the activity was carried out on December 14, 2024 by means of education on the prevention of the risk of falling in patients with a Morse fall scale assessment. After education was carried out on the risk of falling in patients in the HD room of the Bhayangkara Lampung Hospital, the results showed an increase in nurses' knowledge about the risk of falling, as evidenced by the pre-test results of 50-70% and the post-test results of 70-90. It is hoped that with the increase in nurses' knowledge, they can optimize the prevention of the risk of falling in the HD room. So that it can make the quality of nurse services to patients more optimal.

Drug abuse among adolescents is a serious problem that requires a comprehensive prevention strategy. One key element in this effort is family education, which plays a frontline role in protecting adolescents from the negative influence of drugs. Through consistent education, supervision, and emotional support, families can build a foundation for positive behavior and mental resilience in adolescents. Effective family education includes open communication between parents and children, teaching moral and religious values, and creating a safe, harmonious, and warm home environment. Healthy communication allows adolescents to feel comfortable discussing problems or pressures they face, thereby minimizing the risk of falling into drug abuse. In addition to the role of the family, psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) have proven effective in strengthening adolescents' resilience to social pressures and the temptation of drugs. CBT focuses on helping individuals recognize and change negative thought patterns and risky behaviors that trigger abuse. With CBT techniques, adolescents can learn stress management skills, improve decision-making skills, and develop healthier, adaptive behaviors. The integration of family education and CBT therapy results in a more holistic prevention approach. Families provide a foundation of morals, values, and emotional support, while CBT strengthens adolescents' psychological abilities to face life's challenges. This synergy can increase resilience, reduce vulnerability to negative influences, and equip adolescents with effective strategies for resisting drugs. By optimizing the role of the family and combining it with psychological interventions, it is hoped that a healthy, productive young generation will emerge, free from the threat of drugs, enabling them to contribute positively to society and the future of the nation.

Sewing workers at CV Cahaya Setia Mulia Abadi perform static and repetitive tasks, such as prolonged sitting in a bent posture and continuous sewing movements. These conditions lead to various physical complaints, including back pain (78%), lower neck pain (75%), upper neck discomfort (73%), as well as shoulder fatigue, wrist tingling, and lower back stiffness. This research is conducted to evaluate the potential risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) through the application of the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method, determine the body parts most frequently affected using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, and develop posture correction strategies based on anthropometric measurements. The REBA results indicate that most sewing activities fall into the medium-risk category (score 5–7), with some in the high-risk category (score 8). The intervention involved adjusting chair dimensions based on anthropometry, and adding seat cushions and backrests. After the simulation of improvements, the REBA score decreased to 2, placing it in the low-risk category. These findings demonstrate that ergonomic chair design and proper working posture significantly reduce physical strain, increase comfort, and help maintain worker productivity. This study offers practical recommendations for creating a healthier and safer work environment in the manufacturing sector.

Health is a basic human need, so it requires high awareness so that people maintain their health. One way to protect yourself and your family from the financial risks arising from health care costs is by having health insurance. The impact of this insurance provides protection against possible future losses and invests part of the funds collected from policyholders. Health insurance is important not only for reducing the financial burden of health services but also for ensuring that individuals have access to timely and quality medical care. The purpose of this theoretical study is to determine the impact of health insurance on the utilization of health services from a public health perspective. The method used is a theoretical study, which analyzes existing theories and previous research to understand the effects of health insurance. This approach is intended to draw conclusions regarding how insurance affects public health and health service usage. The results of this theoretical study indicate that, from a public health perspective, health insurance has a positive impact in various ways. It helps reduce the risk of disease, minimizes the economic burden when individuals fall ill, reduces financial risks, provides peace of mind, and facilitates access to quality medical services. Furthermore, insurance contributes to preventive care and early treatment. Accessibility to health services is identified as a crucial factor in enhancing the positive impact of insurance on the welfare and health of the community in Indonesia.

Mangrove forests are coastal forests where the water rises at high tide and falls at low tide. Mangroves are found in tropical and sub-tropical coastal areas in the world, including Indonesia and one of them is on the coast of North Sumatra. Mangrove forests are very important to protect because they function to protect coastlines, habitat for plants and animals, store carbon, source of food and fuel, absorb pollutants, and of course greatly help the economy of the surrounding communities. The existence of mangrove forests on the coast of North Sumatra is very concerning and has a negative impact on the environment and surrounding communities, especially local fishermen. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study techniques. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impacts and strategies for controlling mangrove damage on the coast of North Sumatera..

PBA Surya Alam is one of the industries engaged in the natural stone processing industry (PBA) which has a fairly high risk of work accidents due to the lack of hazard control in the production process for workers. The application of occupational safety and health at PBA Surya Alam has been implemented, but its application has not been maximized, such as in terms of worker awareness in using personal protective equipment (PPE). From 2020 the cutting station experienced 7 work accident cases, in 2021 the cutting station experienced 4 work accident cases, and in 2022 the cutting station experienced 2 work accident cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for work accidents, risk assessment, and efforts to control hazard risks in natural stone production process activities. In addition, this study aims to determine the most dominant risk controls and provide suggestions for controlling work accident factors in the natural stone production process. Therefore, this study uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method, which is a method for determining potential hazards that occur, knowing risk assessment to determine risk levels and knowing risk controls to reduce the occurrence of work accidents. The results of calculations using the HIRARC and 5W + 1 H methods show that there are 6 cases of potential hazards recorded at PBA Surya Alam with each risk, namely 6 cases of potential hazards with extreme risk, then as many as 8 potential cases hazard with high risk (high risk), as many as 5 cases of potential hazard with high risk. Whereas for the 5 W + 1 H method in the process of cutting Natural Stone from the results of observations and observations in the field making control proposals such as installing SOP signs at Natural Stone production stations so as a reminder when operators are working, safety controls for employees and safety helmets to minimize falling products (PPE), and controlling the use of gloves.
