This study aims to analyze production performance and the factors influencing the productivity of mining operations at PT. XYZ during August 2025. The evaluation covers production achievement against the corporate work plan (RKAP) and the owner’s operational plan, equipment availability (Physical Availability), the productivity of loading and hauling units, and various types of loss time that reduce effective working hours. The results indicate that production realization reached only 65% of the RKAP target, while achieving 102% of the owner’s plan for total material. Low equipment availability, high loss time such as no hauler, wait operator, and front preparation, as well as the underperformance of 80-ton and 100-ton units, were identified as the main contributors to production deviation. Additional influencing factors include unit reassignment, suboptimal haul road conditions, and insufficient operational fleet numbers. The study recommends optimizing fleet management, enhancing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, reorganizing hauling workflows, and controlling dominant loss time sources to improve operational efficiency and production target achievement in future periods.

The rapid development of technology has greatly assisted human work in various fields, including education. One tangible outcome of technological progress is the availability of Microsoft Office applications, which consist of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Microsoft Word functions as a word processing software that allows users to create, edit, and format documents, while Microsoft Excel is used for managing numbers and data, and PowerPoint plays an important role in preparing engaging presentations. However, the teachers at SD Masehi Kadu Eta are not yet able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint optimally, as the school has never conducted any specific training. Therefore, this community service program focused on providing training on how to utilize Microsoft Office for teachers at SD Masehi Kadu Eta. The training aimed to improve teachers’ knowledge and skills in using information technology, particularly in operating Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Through this program, teachers gained not only new experiences but also basic skills that can support their daily tasks, such as preparing school administration documents, creating reports, and developing more systematic teaching materials. The results of the program showed that the training provided significant benefits. Teachers demonstrated strong enthusiasm, actively participated in every session, and showed improvement in their understanding of Microsoft Office applications. They also expressed their expectations for similar activities to be carried out regularly so that their skills could continue to improve and better equip them to face the ongoing development of information and communication technology in the future.

Traditional markets play a central role in the local economic system and the social life of communities, particularly in Medan City. However, the dynamics of urbanization, competition from modern retail, and changes in consumer behavior have posed significant challenges to their sustainability. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the strategic location of traditional markets and their economic performance using a mixed-methods approach and spatial analysis. The research focuses on six traditional markets in Medan City: Petisah Market, Sukaramai Market, Beruang Market, Ikan Lama Market, Sei Sikambing Market, and Pringgan Market. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed descriptively and correlationally, while qualitative data were gathered through field observations and in-depth interviews to interpret the socio-spatial context of each market. The key variables include accessibility, commodity diversity, and environmental comfort, which are linked to economic performance indicators such as visitor numbers, buyer loyalty, and sales stability. The results show that Petisah, Pringgan, and Ikan Lama Markets scored highest in these variables and demonstrated better economic performance. Correlation analysis identified commodity diversity as the most influential factor on economic performance, followed by environmental quality and accessibility. To strengthen the analysis, a SWOT model was also applied to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by traditional markets. This analysis reveals that the primary strengths of the markets lie in their location and social interaction, while the main challenges stem from a lack of modern management and pressure from digital markets. This study recommends development strategies based on local advantages, infrastructure modernization, market information digitalization, and cultural promotion as steps to sustainably enhance the competitiveness of traditional markets amid urban spatial changes.

The research project of the Open University and the National Research and Innovation Agency is taking place at the Open University, to design a turbojet engine that produces the targeted thrust at a speed (M), the height of the pilot with the rotational speed (RPM) set in the research activity. This paper presents the design of the performance of a single spool turbojet engine at Design Point (DP) and Off-Design Point (ODP) conditions. The calculation of the DP condition is solved using equations that have been provided in the literature, to obtain the appropriate mass flow rate. In the calculation of ODP with variations in temperature, pressure, Mach numbers using the C.N.Reffold semi-dimensional mass flow (SDMF) method to find the compressor pressure ratio. The purpose of this article is to present an ODP calculation that avoids the use of "nested" repetitive calculations and simplifies the solution process by using manual calculations with a success rate of less than 5%.

The “AntriSmecone” queuing system was implemented in the PPDB process at SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto to improve efficiency by up to 70%. However, the system encountered several issues, such as race condition conflicts in queue numbers and code execution errors caused by automatic translation. This study employs the IT-IL V3 framework, focusing on the Service Operation domain to analyze IT service management, particularly in the subdomains of incident management and request fulfillment. The research methodology includes interviews, observations, questionnaire distribution, and literature studies. The analysis results indicate that the system's maturity level is at level 4 (Managed and Measurable), with an average score of 3.74. The system has structured and monitored procedures, allowing deviations to be effectively addressed. Recommendations were formulated to optimize incident management and fulfill user requests. This study contributes to the development of the “AntriSmecone” system to ensure service quality and efficiency in the PPDB process.

Stock-taking is one way to maintain stock inventory by physically counting the stock of goods in the warehouse. However, it is not uncommon for companies to face data mismatches between existing records in the system and actual conditions in the warehouse on an ongoing basis. This problem can cause losses for the company in terms of quality, quantity, and storage costs. The DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is one method that can be used to overcome this problem. Based on data processing, it is obtained that the causes of stock-taking mismatches are outgoing goods that have not been inputted in the system, returns of goods that have not been inputted in the system, errors in inputting incoming goods into the system, different part numbers, incoming goods have not been inputted in the system with the largest percentage of causes being outgoing goods that have not been inputted at 49.60%. As for one of the efforts to control stock-taking discrepancies by making reports based on stock-taking deviation data within a certain period of time so that it can continue to reduce the occurrence of stock-taking discrepancies.
