In demographic studies, population growth refers to changes in the number of inhabitants over a given period, measured by calculating numerical differences in population size and expressing them within specific time units to illustrate patterns of increase or decline. Based on data from Tembalang District in Figures 2025, the population growth rate in Kedungmundu Village rose by 0.51% between 2016 and 2025, with most residents relying on clean water services provided by PDAM Tirta Moedal as their primary source of drinking water. This study aims to estimate clean water demand based on projected population growth and to design a pipeline network system capable of meeting future needs. The analysis of water demand applies population projection methods, including arithmetic, geometric, and least square approaches, to compare their levels of accuracy, while the clean water distribution network is modeled using EPANET 2.0. One of the main challenges faced by PDAM is that service coverage has not yet been fully optimized. The ten-year projection results indicate that the arithmetic method provides a correlation value closest to 1, estimating a future population of 14,904 people with a total clean water requirement of 3.48 liters per second. To support this projected demand, the proposed network design utilizes High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes with diameters of 12, 10, and 8 inches to ensure efficient and sustainable water distribution.

ARP spoofing attacks are a serious threat to network security, particularly in vulnerable Internet of Things (IoT) environments. This final project aims to detect ARP spoofing attacks on IoT net-works using a combination of Random Forest (RF) and Robust PCA methods. RF is chosen for its classification capabilities and handling of non-linear data, while Robust PCA is used for di-mensionality reduction and handling outliers in the data. The dataset used is "MITMArpSpoof-ing.pcap.csv," which contains network traffic data. The data is processed by performing prepro-cessing, feature scaling, and converting labels to binary (0 for benign, 1 for ARP spoofing). Subsequently, Robust PCA is applied to reduce data dimensions, and then the data is trained using the RF model. The test results show that the RF model with Robust PCA achieves an accu-racy of 96.02% in detecting ARP spoofing attacks. This method has proven effective in identify-ing and classifying ARP spoofing attacks on IoT networks.

The rapid development of the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) has introduced new security challenges, particularly in protecting Controller Area Network (CAN Bus) communications from cyberattacks such as Denial of Service (DoS) and spoofing attacks. This study proposes the implementation of the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm combined with Information Gain feature selection to improve intrusion detection performance in IoV environments. The CICIoV2024 dataset, which represents both benign and malicious traffic, is used as the primary data source. The research process includes data integration, preprocessing, feature selection, data splitting, and model training using a 5-fold cross-validation approach. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves outstanding performance, with accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score exceeding 99.99%, and an Area Under Curve (AUC) value approaching 1.00. Furthermore, Information Gain successfully identifies the most influential CAN payload features, enhancing model efficiency without sacrificing accuracy. These findings confirm that the combination of Information Gain and XGBoost is highly effective for developing a fast, accurate, and efficient intrusion detection system in IoV networks.

The rapid advancement of information technology demands that the younger generation possess adequate digital literacy from an early age. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a community service activity focused on educating junior high school students at SMP Ma’arif NU 1 Purwokerto about computer systems and computer networks. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, as well as pre-tests and post-tests. The activity involved students from classes 9A, 9B, and 9C, who participated in interactive learning sessions covering basic materials on computer systems, computer networks, and digital safety. The results indicate an increase in students' understanding of information technology concepts, as reflected by improved comprehension scores and positive responses toward the program. Students demonstrated high enthusiasm, actively engaged in discussions, and were able to explain the material presented. These findings suggest that an educational approach based on hands-on practice is effective in enhancing digital literacy among students. The implication of this activity highlights the importance of continuous technology education at the basic education level to prepare the younger generation for the challenges of the digital era and to encourage their active contribution to a technology-based society.

Every company is required to plan the need for goods as effectively as possible in order to maximize profits. Bintang Makmur Building Shop is a building shop that provides building materials, especially cement. Cement is one of the basic materials for buildings. The need for cement has recently continued to increase due to the large number of developments, both housing projects and road construction. In addition to the increasing demand for cement, cement prices also experienced price volatility which tended to fluctuate. This is done so that there is no stockpiling or even a shortage of cement. With prices that tend to go up and down if there is too much stock, it will cause losses if there is a price decrease. Vice versa if there is a shortage of cement stock, it can cause disappointment to customers. To deal with the above, it is necessary to build a prediction system that can predict cement needs in prosperous shops. The system that will be built uses an Artificial Neural Network (Artificial Neural Network) which is part of the science of artificial intelligence which has been widely used to solve various kinds of problems related to prediction or forecasting by utilizing the Backpropagation Method. The system is designed with the MATLAB programming application. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it was found that the total demand for Andalas cement for January of the following year is 0.2532 or 2532, thus the predicted total demand for Andalas cement is 2532 sacks.

This research aims to analyze the scheduling of the fiber optic network construction project in Lemo-Lemo, Bulukumba, using the Critical Path Method (CPM). This method was chosen to improve time and cost efficiency in project implementation. Research data were obtained through field observations, literature studies, and interviews with related parties. Analysis was carried out by mapping project activities, estimating duration, and calculating resource requirements and project costs. The results showed that the application of the CPM method was able to accelerate project completion from the initial estimate of 40 days to 21 days, with time savings of 19 days. In addition, the project cost which was initially estimated at Rp. 38,386,680 was successfully reduced to Rp. 37,000,000, resulting in a savings of Rp. 1,386,680. In conclusion, the CPM method proved to be effective in improving time and cost efficiency in fiber optic network construction projects. Therefore, it is recommended that this method be applied consistently in similar projects in the future.

A substation is a transmission installation that distributes power to a load in a certain area. The Sekayu 150 KV Substation is the center for controlling electrical power load requirements and functions as a center for securing electrical power system equipment and as a center for the normalization process for disturbances in the Sekayu transmission area. The electrical power distribution system does not rule out the possibility of disturbances, especially disturbances caused by nature. If there is an unpredictable disturbance, appropriate and reliable safety equipment (protection system) is needed to be able to increase the distribution of electrical power to the load (consumer).

In this digital era, network speed is very important, because nowadays many people use the internet as a companion in various events. Data communication is one of the means to allow several devices to communicate with each other. To simplify and speed up network usage, the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and User Datagram Protocol (UDP) protocols are used as the transport layer during data transfer. In running this simulation using the Cisco Packet Tracer simulation application using bus topology as the topology type.

In the present day, many have used communication tools to share data as text, video, images, or sound and the like. There is a speed of data transmission depending on the delivery method, if there is a system error then the data is likely not to be sent, therefore there are various types of data managers so that there are no obstacles or errors during the data transmission process. The star topology was chosen for its advantages in network management, trouble shooting and providing reliable and easy-to-organize connectivity. The main focus is to evaluate the efficacy and effeciency of the star topology in handling different amounts of data traffic using performance characteristics including packet loss, jitter, delay, and throughput. And the use of switching in the star topology can provide optimal and stable performance under high traffic load can provide reliability and efficiency in data traffic management.
