This study aims to examine the application of group guidance in improving students' learning processes at the secondary school level. Group guidance is one of the services in guidance and counseling that allows students to discuss, share experiences, and develop problem-solving skills in a group setting. The background of this research stems from the observation that many students experience difficulties in their learning process, including low motivation, ineffective learning strategies, and an inability to manage academic pressure. The method used in this study is a literature review approach that examines various relevant research and theories. The results show that group guidance has a significant positive impact on improving students' learning processes, including increasing learning motivation, developing effective study habits, enhancing social interaction among students, and reducing academic anxiety. Group guidance also provides a safe space for students to express their academic difficulties and receive constructive support from peers and counselors. The implications of this research suggest that group guidance services need to be consistently and systematically implemented in schools as part of a comprehensive guidance and counseling program. Schools are recommended to design structured group guidance programs with clear objectives and methods tailored to students' developmental needs. This approach is proven to be effective in supporting students' academic achievement and personal development.

This study aims to analyze the negative impact of learning pressure on early childhood development at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Mawadah Warahmah Medan. The background of this research is based on the increasing academic demands on early childhood, particularly in reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, which are often inconsistent with their developmental stages. The research employed a qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that learning pressure negatively affects several aspects of child development, such as causing learning stress, reducing intrinsic motivation, limiting creativity, and hindering social- emotional growth. These findings emphasize that early childhood education should focus on play-based approaches, exploration, and holistic potential development rather than solely on academic achievement. The contribution of this research is expected to provide valuable insights for teachers, parents, and educational institutions regarding the importance of reducing academic pressure and implementing learning methods aligned with the principles of early childhood education.

This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research was conducted with the goal of understanding how academic supervision influences teachers' pedagogical competence and, in turn, affects student motivation. The results show that structured and continuous academic supervision can significantly improve teachers' pedagogical competence, which in turn has a positive impact on student learning motivation. Collaborative supervision, providing constructive feedback, and focusing on improving the learning process have proven effective in creating a conducive and motivating learning environment. Teachers who receive regular supervision become more reflective and are better able to adapt their teaching strategies to meet students' needs. Consequently, this results in higher student engagement and a more enthusiastic learning atmosphere. Thus, academic supervision plays a strategic role in encouraging student learning enthusiasm by improving the quality of learning and ensuring that students are motivated to achieve better academic outcomes.
