This community service initiative aims to educate and assist in the implementation of an Internal Control System ICS at Minimarket Malika as a strategic effort to safeguard assets and enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency. The ICS applied includes a systematic recording process for inventory, purchase prices, and selling prices. These records are intended to ensure that all transactions are properly documented and accountable.Internal evaluations are conducted regularly through annual stock-taking activities, which involve verifying and matching inventory data recorded in the system with the actual physical stock in the store or warehouse. This activity serves as a critical benchmark for assessing business stability, the accuracy of inventory records, and the overall effectiveness of inventory management. Any transactional errors identified during sales operations are corrected immediately in real-time to prevent error accumulation and potential financial losses. The role of management is essential, particularly in maintaining business continuity through improved service quality and the timely fulfillment of customer needs. In response to intense competition and dynamic market changes, Minimarket Malika adopts adaptive strategies such as price adjustments, excellent customer service, and a broader product assortment to meet diverse consumer demands. To prevent fraud, the minimarket has installed CCTV cameras at strategic locations and provides training for employees on how to detect counterfeit money and suspicious behavior. The ICS also supports risk management in inventory by monitoring the movement of goods in real-time, allowing management to make accurate decisions about which products need to be stocked in accordance with current consumer demand trends.Through the consistent and comprehensive application of an internal control system, Minimarket Malika is expected to improve its competitiveness while maintaining the integrity and sustainability of its business operations amid ongoing economic challenges. Furthermore, this approach serves as a practical model for other small and medium enterprises (SMEs) aiming to strengthen their internal governance and adapt to an increasingly complex retail environment.

The current administration system for apartment buildings in Pontianak city still relies on manual data recording methods, which tend to cause various recording errors such as delays in data processing, incorrect data entry, and difficulties in accessing information. This condition has an impact on suboptimal service to apartment residents. As an alternative to address this problem, it is proposed to develop a web-based information system that can digitize data from various business processes in apartment management. This system is designed using the Laravel framework, a popular framework for web application development. The stages in this community service include in-depth analysis of system requirements that are suitable for the conditions of apartment buildings in Pontianak city, designing a user-friendly and efficient system, building the system based on the design that has been created from manual form recording, and conducting training for apartment managers to be able to operate the system well. This technology transfer has a positive impact on the change in the administration model and it is expected to create more effective and efficient apartment management and is easily accessible because it is online. Some other benefits that occur include increased accuracy of resident data, ease of accessing information, data transparency, and improved service quality for residents

E-Government and Digital Governance serve as crucial foundations in the transformation of public services, leveraging information and communication technology. The primary focus is to provide easy and efficient access for the community. Through innovations such as the "Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan" (Administration Retrieval Initiative) within the Kalimasada program, the Surabaya city government expedites administrative processes by utilizing the Klampid New Generation (KNG) website. This research aims to optimize this innovation in the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district of Surabaya. Standards of public service regulated by laws serve as benchmarks for enhancing service quality, covering procedures, processing time, costs, service offerings, infrastructure, and staff competencies. The research findings indicate that service procedures run smoothly, processing times are relatively fast, services are provided free of charge, service offerings include various citizenship documents, and infrastructure is adequate. This innovation reflects the integration of technology into governance, accelerating and streamlining public administration processes.
