This research aims to enhance the productivity and profitability of the small-scale tempe industry in Malang City through the determination and utilization of optimal working capital. Effective management of working capital is crucial for businesses, particularly in relation to sales growth and the need for immediate and close funding of current assets. However, many tempe industries have yet to analyze their working capital requirements, hence this study is expected to contribute valuable insights for the relevant industry to develop their business. The average balance method and the cash inflow-outflow method were employed in this research to determine the required amount of working capital. The sensitivity analysis conducted on Pak Didiek Karim's tempe industry showed that a decrease in production capacity of up to 80% and an increase of soybean up to 60% is still profitable, but an increase in soybean prices can negatively impact profitability. Overall, this research provides a clear overview of the working capital requirements for small-scale tempe industries in Malang City.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran usaha industri rumahan (home industry) keripik tempe dalam meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, dan juga penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dan sumber literasi yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT. Analisis SWOT sendiri merupakan salah satu instrumen yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran, analisis SWOT dapat menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, serta ancaman yang termasuk dalam faktor internal dan eksternal usaha. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dalam strategi pemasaran masih perlu  untuk diperbaiki sehingga diharapkan dengan memperbaiki dapat meningkatkan daya saing.

Dimasa yang serba modern ini Perubahan terjadi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat di seluruh penjuru yang ada di dunia ini merupakan suatu kondisi yang sangatlah normal, dampak serta pengaruh yang terjadi tersebut menyebar dengan cepat ke belahan lain dunia ini, hal tersebut juga bagian dari berkembangnya komunikasi yang kian modern. Munculnya banyak inovasi penemuan baru yang ada di bidang teknologi, terjadinya proses perubahan yang cepat atau biasa dinamakan dengan revolusi, modernisasi dan yang terjadi kedepanya dalam suatu daerah, memungkinkan kita secara cepat dan efisien dapat mengetahui berbagai informasi yang kita butuhkan. Kemajuan tersebut tentunya juga tidak luput dari peran kemajuan dalam bidang perindustrian yang menghasilkan teknologi tersebut. Berbagai kemajuan yang terjadi menyangkup berbagai aspek itu dinamakan modernisasi. Modernisasi yang muncul di bidang industri dinamakan industrialisasi. Tentu banyak efek positif yang dapat diambil dari proses industrialisasi itu. Namun, dilain sisi tentu juga menyebabkan dampak negatif ataupun meningkatnya risiko yang muncul didalam masyarakat. Risiko yang muncul didalam lingkungan masyarakat merupakan konsekuensi yang harus diterima oleh masyarakat sekitar baik yang terlibat maupun tidak sebagai bentuk dari dampak dari adanya industri. Pada kasus ini teori masyarakat risiko digunakan sebagai acuan yang digunakan didalam eb sebagai bentuk dari pencegahan dari dampak yang mungkin saja timbul. Sebab dalam suatu kegiatan atau aktivitas tentu ada yang namanya risiko walau sekecil apapun pasti terkandung unsur risiko didalamnya. Mengapa risiko sangat penting untuk diminimalisir sebab risiko merupakan suatu bentuk ketidakpastian yang muncul didalam suatu hal dan memiliki unsur bahaya didalamnya. Oleh karena itu risiko sangatlah penting untuk diminimalisir karena bahaya yang memungkinkan datang dimana saja, kapan saja dan kepada siapa saja.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 encourages everyone to do routines quickly, easily, and efficiently, activity carried out online that only uses gadgets and networks that may be done anywhere. One example of the application of the industrial revolution 4.0 is the emergence of e-commerce which is also accompanied by the emergence of a term called Marketplace. Marketplace is a market where sellers and buyers meet which there are many products and various kinds of stores, only done online and online. Only with gadgets, ordered goods have been received and delivered by shipping services (expeditions). But with this, it does not rule out the possibility that unpleasant things do not happen such as damage or even loss of ordered goods. With this, this study aims to determine the form of legal protection and legal remedies provided to overcome these problems. This research uses normative research methods through principles, legal rules, etc    

Kualitas merupakan salah satu komponen bagi industri agar dapat bertahan dan bahkan dapat unggul dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif ini, sehingga perlu menjaga kualitas produk agar mematuhi serangkaian kriteria persyaratan kualitas yang ditentukan atau memenuhi persyaratan pelanggan, perlunya dilakukan pengendalian kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengendalian kualitas agar dapat mengurangi  cacat produk coran aluminum alloy wheel pada proses casting dengan menggunakan metoda Seven Tools, yang dilanjutkan langkah perbaikannya dengan menggunakan konsep PDCA. Hasil Analisa menggunakan diagram pareto , dan diagram sebab akibat , yang dilanjutkan tindakan perbaikan dengan konsep PDCA, menunjukkan  bahwa cacat shrinkage yang merupakan cacat produk coran terbesar, yang semula 7,17% , turun menjadi 3,95%. Sedangkan secara keseluruhan prosentase  cacat produk coran yang awalnya 12,89% turun menjadi 6,61% . Penurunan prosentase cacat produk coran yang penting ini setelah rekomendasi langkah perbaikan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil tindakan perbaikan, serta menjadikan langkah perbaikan kerja sebagai pedoman untuk kerja selanjutnya, diantaranya yaitu pelatihan karyawan dan pengawasan kerja karyawan, pengendalian parameter proses casting dan melting yang terutama  pemeriksaan pada perbedaan ketebalan di tiap posisi rim contour,   dan pengawasan berkala temperatur saat   logam cair dituang  ke dalam cetakan.   Keywords: Fishbone diagram: Pareto diagram: PDCA; Quality control; Seven tools

Salah satu instansi pendidikan di Surabaya merupakan instansi yang bergerak dalam bidang perkapalan dimana praktek dilaksanakan di laboratorium. Salah satu laboratorium yaitu laboratorium motor bakar, dimana praktek selalu dilakukan dalam bengkel tersebut. Untuk memberikan kenyamanan dalam ruangan, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap ventilasi yang terjadi dalam laboratorium motor bakar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sistem ventilasi di laboratorium motor bakar sudah sesuai standar atau belum terhadap higiene industri. Metode penelitian melibatkan pengambilan sampel aliran laju udara di laboratorium motor bakar. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan parameter yang ada di SNI untuk menentukan efektivitas sistem ventilasi dalam mengurangi potensi penyakit akibat kerja (PAK). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ventilasi yang efektif dapat secara signifikan mengurangi potensi PAK. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan sistem ventilasi di laboratorium motor bakar dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan higiene industri dan mengurangi risiko penyakit terkait pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian sistem ventilasi pada laboratorium motor bakar sudah sesuai standart dan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya inspeksi dan perawatan berkala pada sistem ventilasi.

In times like today, it is certain that people in their lives will experience an event called risk. This incident is bound to happen to everyone in any way. Therefore, to minimize the negative impact due to these risks, it is necessary to have a solution on the risk side to deal with these risks. Risk is a synonym of the English-speaking Risk Society, which means that in reality in social life there must be a problem or uncertainty that is experienced. In 1986 risk could be described in a structural situation, for example, industrialization, the emergence of the modernization era, and so on. Because basically the era of modernization gave rise to many technologies that are easy to use so that they can affect existing life. According to Anthony Giddens, modernization is a culture of risk. The risk community is a meaning used because something has changed towards something new in people's lives at this time. In addition, the figure who discussed the risk community was Ulrick Beck. He stated that criticism of mathematical morality from expert thinking is that public discourse about risk making is something that can be avoided from the structural conditions of society. Then the figure who also discusses the risk community is Mary Douglas, an anthropologist who discusses cultural theory.

Technological developments that are currently happening have an impact on church planting, thus with digitalization it makes fulfillment of all aspects of human life, otherwise it will be left behind, and this acceleration is also triggered by the covid-19 virus, while the core problem that will be put forward is what Church Planting Strategy, what is the Success of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era, and seeing the Urgency of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to put forward strategies and successes for Christian youth to carry out ministry in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is data collection qualitative method. The strategy and success of planting this church also includes the role of the Holy Spirit in every believer so that they continue to fulfill God's call. Therefore, we need Christian youth who open their hearts to serve God, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy to realize the goals, objectives, vision and mission of an organization as outlined in a strategic plan. Punishment or punishment is a form of procedure or action given to individuals or groups for mistakes, violations or crimes that are made in the form of negative reinforcement or suffering in the context of fostering and improving behavior so that it does not happen again. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at PT. Deli Rubber Industry especially in the R1B section. The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.

This study aims to contribute knowledge about Indonesian consumer behavior and marketing strategies through social media that can help businesses increase their product sales in the increasingly competitive Murung Raya district market. A qualitative research method was used in this study. The research location is the Batu Makap Industrial Tourism Village in Murung Raya Regency. In Batu Makap village, researchers conducted structured interviews with respondents from SMEs and digital village managers. The existence of this information technology has an impact on existing markets and existing business agreements. Steps will be taken to introduce SMEs to digital marketing and attract them to participate in loan programs to use digital marketing techniques. In addition, MSME players will also learn about marketing strategies such as digital marketing, online shopping, and product development. Digital marketing enables marketing and selling products based on customer location. Some MSMEs have mastered using technology to sell their products. In developing a digital village in Makapu Village, Murung Raya District, digital marketing has enabled MSMEs to lead their marketing. Steps have been taken to introduce MSMEs to digital marketing and encourage them to participate in lending programs and use digital marketing techniques.  

The purpose of this article aims to analyze technological developments in the industrial sector. SCADA requires a communication protocol. To increase efficiency in the industrial world, the SCADA system has been widely used in various industrial fields, such as manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, telecommunications and transportation. Control over the arrangement of an electric power distribution network can be effective and efficient and will be equipped with a SCADA system. Control of the electric power network based on the SCADA system is really necessary considering that the growth of electric power is very high and adds to the increasing complexity of the electric power network system. The SCADA system ((Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) itself is a system created for data retrieval, storage, analysis and also for controlling a plant/system that has been used remotely.                                                                        

This article aims to review and seek to inform about the concept of reviewing tourism marketing through information technology as a tourism industry management plan. The research method used is qualitative and literature studies or library research Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded theoretically that to understand tourism marketing reviews through information technology as a management model planning in the tourism industry requires several important things including: (a) Travel consumer, (b) Trends in tourism technology, (c ) Digital Marketing (DM) and (d) Virtual Reality (VR). Technology is a central element and a foundation for actors in the tourism industry promoting media that is relevant to the development of information technology, especially in the form of social media and websites.

The aim of this digital marketing training activity is to increase participants' knowledge in terms of utilizing digital platforms, as well as provide alternative livelihood options for participants to increase their income. Therefore, the identity of the product itself is needed in the industrial era 4.0. This research method was carried out offline using two sessions, namely, an explanation regarding labeling and digital marketing and practicing how to make labels. Therefore, KKN students carry out a work program in the form of regular assistance to MSME business actors related to making labels to make attractive packaging. The training for labeling and digital marketing has gone according to the wishes and expectations of two parties, namely the owner of the Soybean Crackers "BERKAH" UMKM and also from the East Java UPN "Veteran" Community Service Students. It is hoped that the holding of this training can support and further develop MSMEs in the Bendo Village area, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City.

In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . In this study using field research techniques where the author conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company accompanied by industrial supervisors and maintenance division employees for 1 month.

Even thought it is a small business unit, a development strategy is needed so that the business can run well and survive amidst the motivations of other businesses. The innovation needs to be supported by good financial management so that the innovations created by home industry owners can be realized. Meskipun harus bersaing secara ketat dengan toko online, tetapi ritel offline masih diinginkan oleh konsumen. Ritel offline mampu bertahan karena sebagian konsumen masih memilih untuk datang ke toko dan melihat produk terlebih dahulu sebelum membelinya. Salah satu ritel besar yang populer di Indonesia adalah Transmart yang sedang mengalami penutupan 39 gerainya sepanjang 2021-2023. Tetapi ada beberapa gerai yang masih sangat potensial salah satunya adalah Transmart Cempaka Putih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang mendorong konsumen untuk berbelanja secara offline di Transmart Cempaka Putih. Responden penelitian adalah orang-orang yang pernah mengunjungi Transmart Cempaka Putih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa previous experience berpengaruh terhadap store layout, store merchandise dan store service. Sedangkan store familiarity tidak berpengaruh terhadap store layout, store merchandise dan store service.  

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work stress and work life balance on employee productivity at PT. Pacific Medan industry. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and population questionnaires used are employees who work at PT. Pacific Medan Industri, with a population of 207. The number of samples drawn using the Slovin formula, the sample obtained was 68 respondents with = 0.1 . Data processing using SPSS Version 23 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of the research variable work experience partially positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang rekayasa struktur memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap proses perencanaan dan analisis pondasi gedung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan analisis Value Engineering pada struktur pondasi footplat Gedung UPT Logam Kota Pasuruan dengan fokus pada optimalisasi dimensi dan jumlah pondasi guna mencapai efisiensi biaya tanpa mengorbankan kualitas. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data dimensi dan biaya pondasi eksisting. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak STAAD.Pro untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan dimensi pondasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan merekomendasikan ukuran baru pondasi 180 x 180 x 40 cm, penghematan biaya sebesar 29% tercapai dibandingkan dengan dimensi awal 210 x 210 x 50 cm dan 240 x 240 x 50 cm. Penggunaan ukuran baru ini tidak hanya memungkinkan efisiensi biaya, tetapi juga mempertahankan kualitas dan performa struktural yang sesuai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan value engineering memiliki potensi besar untuk mengoptimalkan proyek konstruksi dengan efisiensi biaya, pengawasan mutu yang baik, dan kelancaran pelaksanaan, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan industri konstruksi yang berkelanjutan.

Temprina Media Grafika is a manufacturing company with printing and packaging services. The products are produced from PT. Temprina Media Grafika are packaging paper for various industrial products. However, the production of PT. Temprina Media Grafika still has a few problems that impact the product flaw. The purpose of this study is to identify the quality of Choco Wafer Roll packaging and offer improvements to improving the Choco Wafer Roll packaged products in PT. Temprina Media Grafika. The study was used are Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Based on the results of research on Statistical Quality Control (SQC), the most dominant defects were color not appropriate (27,2%), after that shiny color not right (23,4%), uneven colors (21,9%), Spots appear on the pack (15,3%), and packaging design cut (12,3%). Based on the results of research on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the problem causing disability with the highest RPN value of 168 is the machine factor with the cause of dirty UV polymer containers. Recommendations for improvements that can be made are Eliminating uv polymer containers after uv laminate processes.

This study explores the determinants of tax compliance among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), focusing on factors such as financial literacy, regulatory environment, and perceived fairness of the tax system. Through a survey of SMEs across various industries, the research reveals that higher levels of financial literacy and a supportive regulatory environment encourage tax compliance. The study offers recommendations for policymakers to improve tax compliance rates among SMEs.
