This research aims to explore the level of acceptance among Muslim consumers towards foreign products, with a focus on Eskrim Mixue in the environment of students at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews with students who have consumed Eskrim Mixue, while secondary data consists of literature related to Islamic marketing, consumption in Islam, and factors influencing purchase interest. The research findings indicate that factors influencing consumer purchase interest in Eskrim Mixue include affordability, attractive packaging, product branding on social media, product quality, as well as product cleanliness and hygiene. Consumers also pay special attention to the halal label on products as a sign of both halal status and good quality. Islamic marketing is considered crucial in supporting the purchase interest of Muslim consumers. This research provides insights into how Muslim consumers at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan accept foreign products, particularly Eskrim Mixue, while considering aspects of Islamic marketing and adherence to Islamic principles in consumption. This study is expected to assist manufacturers in designing marketing strategies that align with Islamic values and create products that are better accepted by Muslim consumers..    

The problem of stunting is still a serious challenge in various regions in Indonesia, including in Teluk Pambang Village, which is a coastal and outermost area. Stunting is a condition of lack of optimal growth in children due to malnutrition and other risk factors, with long-term impacts that have the potential to hamper children's physical, cognitive and social development. Rembuk stunting is an effective method of involving various stakeholders, such as local communities, nutritionists, health workers, and other related parties. This activity aims to identify and address stunting problems and find alternative solutions to prevent stunting in Teluk Pambang Village. The community service program used a qualitative approach. The work procedure approach in this activity includes needs identification, team selection, focused discussions, situation analysis and strategy selection and evaluation. The results obtained found that this stunting meeting was effective in increasing community awareness, participation, and cooperation in stunting prevention efforts.

Based on the results of the research, data was obtained that (a) Head Raudlatul Athfal's understanding of the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely the head of RA An-Najah had understood the qualifications and competencies of RA An-Najah Teachers. Where the academic qualifications of Teacher RA An-Najah have an undergraduate background. Teachers have also met all teacher competency standards, namely pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. (b) Head Raudlatul Athfal's strategy to improve the competence of RA An-Najah Teachers, namely by involving teachers in training, training and seminars; involve teachers in KKG; motivating Teachers; carry out Supervision; complete the Facilities and Infrastructure; enrich digital knowledge; apply the PAKEM method; developing a learning curriculum; and hold a meeting. (c) Supporting factors for Head Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competency at RA An-Najah, namely: (1) Environment, (2) Teachers are members of IGRA, (3) Teachers are certified, (4) Teachers have a great willingness to learn , (5) Cooperation, and (6) Adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the Head of Raudlatul Athfal to improve teacher competence at RA An-Najah is the lack of willingness and opportunity for teachers to participate and attend coaching in improving teacher competence.    

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi.

Literary works always contain the author's perspective on reality as a social institution created by the author. These problems are often combined into a view or criticism of life. This certainly describes social life as a reality that occurs in an environment. One type of literary work that contains a view of reality is W.S Rendra's poem entitled "Poem of Hot People". The aim of this research is to determine the effort to explain the social impact of the poem entitled "Poetry of the Overheated People" by W.S Rendra. The poem depicts social and political inequality between the needy class of society and the ruling class of society. Through this research, I hope to make us more sensitive to circumstances and conditions. The reason I chose W.S Rendra's poetry was because the language was very clear and specific. With poetry that uses clear and specific language, the meaning of the content is accurate and complete. The poem is analyzed using the perspective of the social impact that occurs on a phenomenon. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a literary sociology approach. The technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The researcher sees himself as the only tool. This process involves recording factors related to aspects of social impact as documentation of analysis and as a source of understanding. The results of the research show that the poem "Poetry of Hot People" describes social inequality. Based on these findings, researchers concluded that poetry can be used as a means to criticize existing injustices and express feelings of dissatisfaction with social situations.      

This research has several objectives, including understanding the role of Posyandu Anggrek cadres in community health empowerment and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Posyandu Anggrek cadres' role in community health empowerment in Olehsari Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency. The research method applied in this study is qualitative research. Several data collection techniques were used, including observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, the researcher serves as the instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is the interactive technique with steps including data collection, data display, reduction, and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, data validity testing in this study used data triangulation and member checks. The results of this research indicate that the role of Posyandu Anggrek Cadres in community health empowerment in Olehsari Village is very important and influential. With strong support from the government, the community, and relevant institutions, as well as the enthusiasm and commitment of Posyandu Anggrek cadres, efforts to empower health in the village can successfully create a healthier, more productive, and higher quality environment for the community, especially for children experiencing stunting. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited accessibility, lack of community understanding, limited resources, political and social instability, and insufficient involvement of the government and relevant institutions in carrying out the cadres' duties.  

This research was conducted to address the negative impact of globalization that can diminish a sense of patriotism and to improve the quality of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKN) in SDN Pengadilan 2 Bogor by integrating local wisdom. The research aimed to understand how the introduction of local wisdom in PPKN teaching could shape the values of Pancasila in student profiles and help students grow into intelligent and character-driven generations. The research method employed was qualitative with descriptive analysis. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The results revealed six Pancasila student profile values in the implementation of local wisdom introduction at SDN Pengadilan 2 Bogor. Out of the 40 participating students, 3 students (8%) fell into the "below average" category, 13 students (33%) were rated as "satisfactory," and 24 students (60%) were deemed "good" in applying these values. The research demonstrates that Pancasila values have been continuously integrated into students' daily lives, forming strong characters and producing morally upright, critical-thinking, and socially adept generations. Challenges in implementing Pancasila student profiles involve both student and teacher factors. Alternative solutions include contingency planning, classroom preparation, pre-activity training, student motivation, and appropriate instructional media usage.

The Pancasila student profile is designed to answer one big question, namely students with what kind of profile (competency) the Indonesian education system wants to produce. In this context, the Pancasila Student Profile has a competency formulation that complements the focus on achieving Graduate Competency Standards at each level of educational unit in terms of cultivating character in accordance with Pancasila values. The Pancasila student profile competency pays attention to internal factors related to the identity, ideology and ideals of the Indonesian nation, as well as external factors related to the life context and challenges of the Indonesian nation in the 21st century which is facing the industrial revolution 4.0. Apart from that, Indonesian students are also expected to have the competence to become democratic citizens and become superior and productive human beings in the 21st century. Indonesian students are expected to be able to participate in sustainable global development and be resilient in facing various challenges. The Pancasila student profile has various competencies which are formulated into six key dimensions. The six are interrelated and strengthen each other so that efforts to realize a complete Pancasila student profile require the development of all these dimensions simultaneously. by students, but rather increase appreciation and practice in everyday life. Islamic religious education is a benchmark for how Islam and its people have played their role in various social, political and cultural aspects. Therefore, by following developments in the modern era, Islamic religious education throughout Indonesia must increasingly develop and be distributed in all areas of life in today's world. The position of Pancasila Education and Islamic Religious Education is very important, namely that it is related to Islamic sciences which are the foundation in life that need to be known and understood properly.

The importance of education makes someone who lives in society experience growth that is oriented towards safety and the highest happiness in life. "Education is a demand in the life of children's growth, meaning that education is demanding all the natural strengths that exist in children so that they as humans and as members of society can achieve the highest safety and happiness." Apart from making someone achieve safety and high happiness, education will also lead someone to a peaceful life, who has faith and devotion to God Almighty, has noble morals, is skilled, socialist, intelligent and independent. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of akhlakul karimah students at SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi in the school environment and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of akhlakul karimah for students in Class XII Hospitality at SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research location was at SMKN 2 Bukittinggi, the research subjects were teachers and students. This research was conducted in June 2022. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique is technical triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the Akhlakul karimah students of SMKN 2 Bukittinggi had been implemented at SMKN 2 Bukittinggi. The steps in instilling akhlakul karimah students in the school environment are through habituation, evaluation of school regulations. Supporting factors for akhlakul karimah include the willingness of students, the example of teachers, and the environment. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of environmental student desire, facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive.

This research discusses how the activity of drinking becomes a space that differentiates between the home and the workplace, serving as a means of release from hierarchical structures present in the working world. The objective of this study is to understand the role of drinking activities in the lives of Japanese workers. This qualitative research was conducted using the thematic analysis approach. The data for this study were derived from two Japanese dramas titled "Platinum Town" (2012) and "Hanzawa Naoki" (2013), with a focus on scenes depicting social drinking gatherings. Data collection involved identifying relevant drinking scenes, followed by data cleansing and subsequent analysis. The concept of this "third space" serves as a medium for employees in Japan to release status and hierarchy constraints within their work environment. Additionally, this third space also functions as a means of maintaining harmonious relationships in Japanese society, supported by the cultural factors of "Uchi" and "Honne."

Information technology that is developing faster and faster encourages various aspects to develop as well, including crime. One of the crimes that follows the development of technology is gambling, in the past gambling was done conventionally in casinos or in stalls, now gambling can be done via the internet or what we often know as online gambling. This research aims to find out the efforts of the police in law enforcement against online gambling crimes and understand the procedures for handling cases of online gambling crimes at the Central Java Regional Police. This research is an empirical legal research using a legal sociological approach. The results of the study explain that in efforts to enforce the law on online gambling crime, the police apply preventive efforts through socialization, patrols in cyberspace, and cooperation with the Ministry of Communication and Information. Apart from preventive efforts, the police also apply repressive efforts with investigations and investigations. In this law enforcement effort, there are several inhibiting factors, including the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure and the vulnerability of securing evidence. The procedure for handling online gambling crimes is in accordance with the SOP, which includes police reports, investigations, investigations, arrests, searches, seizures, examinations, filing and the last is the submission of case files and defendants along with evidence to the public prosecutor.

Sexual violence involves forced sexual acts by an adult on a child or a child on another child. This study aims to identify the factors that influence children to commit such crimes, apply a restorative justice approach to child perpetrators of sexual violence, and analyze the court decision at the Pamekasan District Court in case Number: 8/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022 /Pn. Pmk. The method used is a normative juridical approach with a qualitative descriptive approach, as well as data collection through documents and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out following the theory through the stages of condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verifying results (Miles et al., 2014). The results of the study show that the factors that influence children to become involved in this crime include the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim that is used by the perpetrator, as well as environmental influences such as isolation or activities without parental supervision. The restorative justice approach is used in dealing with cases of sexual violence against minors. Analysis of the judge's decision in case Number: 8/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/Pn. Pmk shows the judge sentenced him to one year's prison sentence at Pamekasan Prison and job training at Upt. Contribution to Social Services on Jl. Ronggo Sukowati, Pamekasan Regency for three months.

This article aims to analyze and identify the quality of tourist attraction of Alamendah village and its application to the management of tourist attraction in Alamendah village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of tourism. Tourism is a trip made by a person or group from one place to another, temporary, this tourism aims as recreation, pleasure in seeking environmental balance in social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Through survey and observation methods analyzing Alamendah tourism, this study collects data on tourists' perceptions of the tourist experience, quality of service, quality of physical tourism products, and sustainability of the attraction. Research findings show that a satisfactory travel experience is a key factor in determining the quality of Alamendah's tourist attraction. The results showed that the potential strategy of tourism villages that become tourist attractions, the types of tourism in Alamendah Village, factors that influence the increase in tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village such as glamping activity tour packages, tours and sports tourism as well as plantation tourism and digital tourism development strategies can increase tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village, The role of tourists in the development of Alamendah Village

Science, technology and strategy which currently control the progress of mankind are still determined in this world as carriers of various kinds of inequality and pollution, both physical, social, biological and cultural. Some of these problems were identified as factors indicating that the characteristics of HR competencies in improving employee performance at SMC Hospital were not optimal, thus affecting employee work productivity. This can affect the performance of employees who are less effective so that the implementation of their duties often does not run optimally. This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya is different, but the work assigned can still be carried out as long as the job responsibilities given are in accordance with the education taken by the employees. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Bandung municipal government interacts with homeless persons and to pinpoint the factors that support and impediment this interaction. This study employs a descriptive methodology and is qualitative in nature. The research subjects include the Mayor of Bandung, the Director of the Bandung City Social Service, and the sprawl of the City of Bandung. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is feasible to draw the following conclusion: The 2019 Bandung City Regional Regulation Concerning the Treatment of Vagabonds and the Homeless regulates how the municipal government is to handle gepeng. Two barriers are the sluggish homeless culture and the cash-on-hand culture.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

This research is motivated by the problem of employee performance that is still not optimal. The prnyrbabya factors are the quality of human resources, the use of social media and business capital. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the use of social media and business capital on the performance of employees at CV Karisa Pratama in Pangandaran. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method, with the following research results. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Tuberculosis (TB) is still a major global health problem and is spreading all over the world, including in Indonesia. In recent years, the incidence of TB in Indonesia has continued to increase. Data in East Java also shows that TB is increasing at any time and one of the largest is in Jember. This is caused by various factors, such as the lack of public knowledge about TB, high poverty rates, and lack of access to health services. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public knowledge about TB and how to prevent its spread. The aim of this program is to provide education related to TB disease prevention among the people of Banjarsengon, Patrang District, Jember, East Java. The target of this program is the general public who are at risk of contracting TB, such as migrant workers, farmers and informal workers. The method used is presentation using actual references and socialization. Socialization can be done through various media, such as leaflets distributed to participants. The socialization material presented included an explanation of TB symptoms, ways of transmission, ways of prevention, and access to health services. Apart from that, educational media is also made, which can be in the form of short videos as an illustration for the participants of this education for prevention and early detection. With increasing public knowledge, it is hoped that it can reduce the incidence of TB among the community in Banjarsengon
