the impact of multinational corporations (MNCs) in influencing the sources of international law. MNCs play a significant role in the global economy, especially in developing countries, which require foreign investment. The existence of MNCs contributes to the formation and amendment of international treaties, even though these companies are not directly recognized as subjects of international law. The sources of international law evolve over time, including international treaties, international custom, court decisions, as well as scholarly teachings. While MNCs do not have the capacity to litigate in the International Court of Justice, they can play a role in international arbitration and influence the legal policies of the countries in which they operate. The influence of MNCs on the economies of developing countries often leads to the inability of those countries to enforce national laws, due to fears of loss of investment. Therefore, while there is debate over the status of MNCs in international law, they still have a major impact in shaping and influencing the rules of international law through economic cooperation and international treaties.

The Halal Industrial Estate (HIE) in East Java has enormous potential to capitalize on the global trend of increasing demand for halal products. As a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia is expected to seize this opportunity through regulations that support the development of HZs, which can not only improve the competitiveness of local products but also expected to contribute to overall economic growth. However, challenges in the development of HEC need to be overcome through close cooperation between the government, industry players, and the community. Socialization of the importance of halal certification and its benefits for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) should also be improved to motivate business actors. This study takes a qualitative approach and literature review to understand how government regulations can support the development of the halal industry in Sidoarjo. The findings show that with the right regulations, KIH can function as a halal industry center that meets local needs and can compete in the global market. The strategic steps recommended by the government include increasing local production capacity, strengthening the halal ecosystem from upstream to downstream, and creating a competitive market environment. With these strategic steps, it is expected that East Java can optimize its role in the halal industry.

This work explores the potential of PennyLane and variational quantum-classical algorithms (VQCA) to forecast lung cancer using a structured dataset. The VQCA model performs exceptionally well, with flawless training, validation, and test accuracies of 1.0, demonstrating its capacity to identify patterns in the dataset and provide reliable predictions successfully. Contrarily, the accuracy of the quantum neural network (QNN) and classical neural network (NN) models is lower, demonstrating the benefits of utilizing quantum computing methods for enhanced predictive modeling. We provide a complete examination of the data, stressing the better performance of the VQCA model and its promise in correctly predicting lung cancer. The results highlight the importance of quantum-classical algorithms and help us understand the benefits and drawbacks of various strategies for predicting lung cancer. The study highlights the potential applications of quantum computing techniques in advancing the field of healthcare analytics. It shows the capability of the VQCA model to predict lung cancer using a tabular dataset accurately. Further research in this area is needed to explore scalability and practical implementation aspects. In summary, this study showcases the potential of VQCA and PennyLane in predicting lung cancer and underscores the benefits of quantum computing techniques in healthcare analytics.

Islam considers that health is part of Allah's greatest favor. Medically, fasting can cleanse toxins and substances that accumulate in the digestive tract, kidneys, and other organs of the body due to preservatives, dyes, artificial sweeteners, cancer-causing carcinogenic substances, cigarette smoke and others that accumulate over the years. Although our body's mechanisms have the ability to treat themselves, the body's capacity also has its limits. By fasting, the protection of the body's organs can be perfect. The purpose of this research is to inform Muslims that fasting is mandatory for us to carry it out. In the Qur'an, surah al-Baqarah 2:183. Allah SWT said, "O you who believe, it is obligatory to fast on you, it is obligatory to those before you, so that you may fear Allah". Fasting is one of the pillars of Islam that must be done by every Muslim who is mukalaf (who has reached puberty and has intellect) and who is not in hindrance (uzur). The type of research used is from various literature and the development of various references. The method used is analysis. The data of this study was obtained by collecting data related to the journal theme, then grouping, sorting, and deleting unnecessary data. Next is to present and conclude from various data collections. The results of this study are described systematically and concretely according to the order of focus that has been previously explained. The first step is to explain what fasting is. The second step is to quote all the sentences that describe the relationship between fasting and health according to leading experts
