This article is made to find out the description of the situational approach study regarding a person's personality that is influenced by conditions or situations that occur in a particular environment. This article is prepared based on a literature study by comparing books, journals and other literature, this writing uses literature study writing. This situational approach explains that a leader must be effective in a variety of organizational settings that relate to the tasks of the organization. There are four styles of situational leadership: S1 is high command-low support, S2 is high command-high support, S3 is low command-high support, and S4 is low command-low support. Situational leadership is related to the level of development of employees or subordinates. The leader's behavior must be able to adjust to the situation and conditions of subordinates who are different from one another and the indicators that influence it are the dimensions of telling, selling, participating, and delegation. The advantage of situational leadership compared to other leadership is that in this situational leadership depends on the level of maturity of the subordinates who will be influenced by the leader.    

This article aims to describe the concept of transformative leadership in organizations or companies. This article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a library research method. The results of this article explain overall about transformational leadership which includes understanding, principles, styles, various factors, characteristics, steps, advantages and disadvantages of transformational leadership. The conclusion obtained in this article is that leadership with a new approach is an inevitable need in facing the demands of the times that are so fast. One of them is the need for a transformative leadership model that is able to develop the potential of themselves and their subordinates innovatively, empowering staff and organizations with changes in thinking, developing vision, understanding and understanding of organizational goals, and bringing the organization towardssustainable change.    

The purpose of this study is to describe the types of metaphors, namely, anthropomorphic, animalistic, and synesthetic as well as the meaning in the text of the ri Kajang tide as the embodiment of the local culture of the Kajang people. This research was conducted for about two months in the Kajang Ammatoa Area, Bulukumba Regency. This research is a research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the use of figurative language in the text of the ri Kajang tide, it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that there are various forms of figurative language found in the text of the ri Kajang ri. contained in the text of the tide ri kajang. The findings related to figurative language metaphor and the meaning of the text of the ri kajang pair are as many as 13 data. There are four data of anthropomorphic metaphors, five data of animal metaphors, and four data of synesthetic metaphors.

This study aims to improve students' ability to write poetry creatively through the discovery-inquiry method for class VII students of SMPN 2 Marioriwawo. This research is a class action research (PTK) meaning class-based research in which the procedure is carried out with various actions (action research). Classroom action research can be defined as a part in the form of a reflective study by action actors, which is carried out to increase the rational ability of the actions taken and improve the conditions in which the learning practices are carried out. This classroom action research is intended to develop new skills or approaches to solving problems with direct application in schools. Classroom action research is also carried out thematically by following certain procedures or steps. This study uses a class action research design (CAR) with two cycles, namely the action process in cycle I and cycle II. In the first cycle aims to determine students' skills in creative writing poetry. While the results of the process research held in cycle II aimed to determine the level of students' abilities in writing poetry after making improvements in student teaching and learning activities. Cycle I aims to determine students' poetry creative writing skills, from cycle I it is used as a reflection to carry out cycle II. While the second cycle aims to find out the increase in students' poetry creative writing skills through the Discovery-Inquiry method after making improvements to the implementation of the teaching and learning process based on cycle I. Students' poetry creative writing test scores in cycle I reached an average of 56% of students in class or the class doesn't understand about creative poetry writing. The average results of cycle II tests reached an average of 75% for the number of students in the class or in the good category. The students' poetry test results from Cycle I to Cycle II increased by 19%. This increase was caused by the adaptability of students in cycle II with the discovery-inquiry learning method used by researchers.

The study of leadership includes autnetic leadership. This focuses on the genuineness and authenticity of authentic leadership. Authentic leadership is about authentic leaders and their leadership, as described in this method. In order to understand what authentic leadership is, authentic approaches, authentic components, and authentic variables must first be identified. Although the information used in this study is secondary. Secondary data is information that researchers have gleaned from pre-existing sources or from the findings of studies and documents that have been preserved as research artifacts. The conduct of leaders and followers is positively impacted by authentic leadership style. Although it can happen, genuine development is difficult to construct

The purpose of this research is to know the importance of the trait approach in an organization. In this study, we define leadership according to individual perspective and the aspect of the symptom that attracts the most attention. The research method uses the method (Library research) the purpose of this study is to find out the importance of leadership theory.

This study aims to explain the concept of servant leadership and describe how this approach can build a sustainable and positive impact organization. The research method used is literature study by reviewing academic articles, journals, books, and other relevant sources. The results of the analysis show that servant leadership emphasizes the importance of creating a wider positive impact on society and the environment. Servant leaders consider the social, economic, and environmental implications of their decisions and actions. The family is an institution formed by God on this earth, but often believers do not involve God in their household when problems arise in the family. Parents should educate their children gently, but there are parents who educate their children in a harsh tone. Christian parents educate their children based on the word of God, but there are parents who educate their children not based on the word of God. Parents should educate their children with love, but there are parents who educate not based on love, and often even embarrass their children in public. Educating children in the family has a target to glorify God, but there are parents who don't understand that. The purpose of this research is to find out the theological studies on how parents educate their children in Christian families. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach to find articles that are relevant to the topic of discussion. The results of this research are educating with good examples, educating with faith, educating with love, educating patiently, educating meekly, educating humbly, educating by not being angry and educating by forgiving. As a conclusion from this research, parents need to set a good example, through faith, love, patience and gentleness.

A quality paper is a good and correct paper the writing code, the synthesis of it, and the aspects of its meaning. However, incorrect papers on writing are often found. It would be necessary to analyze the syntax error on the paper to identify any of the existing syntax errors and to provide the corresponding explanation. The approach researchers use is a methodological approach and a theoretical approach. The methodological approach that researchers use is a descriptive qualitative approach, while the theoretical approach is a syntax approach. A descriptive qualitative approach by gathering data, identifying, analyzing data, and defining analysis results. The syntax approach by reading, analyzing, analyzing, and noting the results of syntax analysis. These two approaches are what researchers use in analyzing syntax errors in the paper. The object of the study that researchers are using is a paper entitled the Theory of Learning and Learning. Research in this article shows that the KBBI and EYD codes still vary in number. This article examines the analysis of sentence types in the History Text of Class XI Sociology Books in the Merdeka Curriculum. The content of this study uses narrative text. The purpose of this study is to describe functions, categories, and roles at the syntactic level. sentences in the presentation of sociology book material for class XI SMA/MA contained in Chapter 2 Social Problems Due to Social Grouping pages 41 to 81. This research is a literature study. Therefore, the method used in collecting data is reading and taking notes. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. In qualitative research, data is analyzed inductively, which means that specific things found during the research are grouped and conclusions are drawn from these results. This approach does not use the collected data to prove or disprove the hypotheses that have been made before but rather focuses on describing data to facilitate understanding. The writing method of this research adopts historiography as the main approach. Sentence structure analysis is also used to improve grammar skills and abilities to better understand. Sentence structure analysis itself is a topic that is rarely discussed. To improve the application of linguistic rules in writing historical texts, a good understanding of grammar, a broad vocabulary, and a habit of reading and writing historical texts are required. Therefore by analyzing sentence structures in historical texts in Sociology Class XI books SMA/SMA/ MA Kurikulum Merdeka, this research provides an overview of the variations in the use of sentence structures and the importance of correct grammar in understanding texts. It is hoped that this research can improve understanding of syntax and grammar which will facilitate understanding of sociology and historical texts.

Minimarket development today has increased dramatically, the increase was driven by consumer behavior which makes shopping as a necessity to meet their daily survival. This study aims to analyze (1) the marketing mix, market competition and quality of service for the mini choice for shopping. (2) the dominant influence of the marketing mix as a mini-shopping options. This research is quantitative descriptive study using observational approach. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, study documentation, and questionnaires. The population in this study are all consumers minimarket (Alfamidi, Indomart and k-circle) in South Sulawesi. The sampling method used is proportional stratified purposive sampling. In analyzing the data in this study used multiple linear regression analysis technical. The results showed that the variables of the marketing mix, market competition and quality of service simultaneously strong and positive impact on the choice of minimarket in South Sulawesi. These results prove the first hypothesis testing. Partial test, it was found that the marketing mix variables dominating influence minimarket choice, it is asserted that the second hypothesis can be accepted. All independent variables (the marketing mix, market competition, and quality of service) has an influence on the mini choice of 42.6%, while the remaining 57.4% is explained by causes (variables) other than this study.      

The development of tourism in each region is indeed a trend that occurs in many districts or cities. Wonomerto Village also has various tourism potentials such as the Sumber Biru Tourism Area and the Tomb of Prince Benowo which have become economic drivers for the local community. The addition of a new spot at Sumber Biru Tourism Area is a good step to continue to increase the attractiveness of this tourist destination. The Participatory Action Research method can be an effective approach in the development process. In this context, community participation can involve them in the planning, decision-making and implementation processes of tourism development projects. Communities can provide valuable input, ideas and local knowledge in identifying tourism potential that has not been fully utilized around the Sumber Biru Tourism Area. In addition, involving the community in tourism development activities can also open up opportunities for them to be involved economically, for example through micro-enterprises or local crafts that support the tourism sector. This can increase the income of the local community and encourage sustainable economic development in Wonomerto Village.         

A 52 year old male patient with complaints of weakness in the body. Initially the patient was brought to the Health Center with complaints of weakness since 3 days. Weakness is felt suddenly throughout the body and feels continuously. Complaints of weakness are also accompanied by a feeling of dizziness in the head. The patient also complained of frequent urination at night, urinating more than 10 times in one night. The patient also constantly feels thirsty, but his appetite has decreased since the last 2 years or so. The patient feels a loss of weight. In addition, the patient also complained of a wound on his left leg which had not healed since 1 year ago. Primary data were obtained through anamnesis and physical examination by conducting home visits, filling out family folders, and filling out patient files. The assessment was carried out based on the initial holistic diagnosis, process and end of the visit both quantitatively and qualitatively. Patients and families are given education about diabetes mellitus including the symptoms and complications that will arise, education about the patient's motivation to take medication regularly as well as educating and teaching patients about foot care and diabetes exercise. An approach with family doctor intervention is able to improve habits that are influential in the treatment of diabetes mellitus.

This study aims to: 1) find out the concept of teacher ethical values ​​in the book Adabud dunya wa addin by Imam Al Mawardi, 2) find out the specificity of teacher ethics in the book Adabud dunya wa addin by Imam Al Mawardi, 3) find out the actualization of teacher ethical values in the adabud dunya wa addin book if it is applied in the present. The background of this research is based on several issues regarding teacher ethical values, in which educators must have good ethical values ​​but there are still many educators/teachers who do not understand that, so it is necessary to carry out a process of implementing these values. good teacher ethics in various ways or methods that have been taught by previous figures or scholars. This study uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is library research. In collecting data using documentation methods and online data tracking. Then, data sources were obtained from primary data sources and secondary data (adabud dunya wa addin books, references related to teacher ethical values, previous research, articles and internet sites). The analysis technique used is content analysis technique. Where content analysis is observing the content of information in writing. The results of the study show that: 1) The concept of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book is to make an educator/teacher aware of how important it is to have good ethical values ​​in order to be a role model/good example for their students so they can creating a generation of educators with good morals; 2) The specificity of teacher ethics in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin is the special ethical values ​​contained in the book Adabud Dunya Wa Addin taught by Imam Al Mawardi as a teacher must have ethics, as follows: tawadhu', practicing his knowledge, being generous for his knowledge, guiding students, ridding themselves of doubtful jobs, aiming to hope for the blessing of Allah, respecting their students, and giving advice and being gentle with their students. That is also the objective of an educator's benchmark, namely to make educators become human beings who have good morals; 3) the actualization of teacher ethical values ​​in the adabud dunya wa addin book when applied today is also an illustration that in fact there is still a teacher who applies these teacher ethical values ​​properly in an institution, forum, or between individuals. This is a race that anyone can and can apply these ethics properly.

This thesis aims to: 1) find out the implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 2) to find out about programs of Islamic religious and moral education activities at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 3) to find out strategies for strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 4) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. As for data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that: 1) The implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo is carried out almost every day and routinely, as a habituation activity to shape the character of students with noble character. 2) Programs to strengthen the learning of Islamic religious education and morals consist of routine daily programs, namely: congregational prayers, weekly routine programs, namely: Friday prayers, women's affairs, religious literacy every Friday morning, and KKI activities (Islamic study groups), and programs annual routine, namely: Maulid Nabi, isro' Mi'raj, and Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. 3) Strategies carried out by the school in increasing student motivation using various models of methods, including lectures, discussions and questions and answers, and through pamphlets and social media. 4) The supporting and inhibiting factors of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals make the benchmark for the success of activities carried out in schools.

Easy access to health information and consultation is important in improving the quality of life and welfare of the community. Currently, a digital health application has emerged that allows the public to get quick and easy access to health information and to conduct online consultations with medical personnel. One popular application is Alodokter, which provides online health consultation services via mobile devices. The purpose of this study is to provide counseling to the people of Sumberejo Village about the convenience of online health consultations through the Alodokter application. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods with an observational study approach. The counseling technique is carried out using a combination of lecture techniques and demonstrations using the Alodokter application. Through this counseling, the public can understand and know how to use the Alodokter application as a means to obtain health information and conduct medical consultations online

This study aims to find out how the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) for Wings Air airline cargo officers by PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharudin Airport, Sumbawa and to find out how efforts to maintain the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) for Wings Air airline cargo officers by PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharudin Airport, Sumbawa The research design uses a qualitative research approach, namely research used to examine the condition of scientific objects where a researcher is the key instrument. From the results of the research that the author has done, that is, every company, especially those with high-risk interactions, must have a standard operating procedure (SOP), and every officer must receive monitoring at work to use personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with the procedure, then from the level of awareness of each Each officer already has an awareness of the risks of their work and every time they start or when they are finished, a briefing is carried out to remind them of the risks and hazards at work. and in an effort to maintain the implementation of OSH, training is usually carried out once a year, then for steps to anticipate hazards, officers usually double-check before and after use, and for each officer to have concern for work risks, for example, by reminding one another the other at work.

This research is to discuss the leadership strategy of the head of the community learning activity center in developing life skills for the inner children in Bajubang District, Batang Hari Regency, as for the problems that can be encountered in this study are: how the leadership of the head of the community learning activity center in developing life skills for the inner tribe, how the strategy of the head of the community learning activity center in developing life skills These and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing life skills for the Orang Rimba tribe? This research uses a qualitative approach by taking data derived from primary and secondary data through observation, interviews and documentation. Which is then analyzed using the usual stages so as to get the correct results efficiently. The results of this study are to answer the formulation of the problem that has been raised, with the hope that the results of this study can provide an explanation of the stages and strategies of a leader in developing life skills even in formal and non-formal education.

. School as an organization certainly has a culture of organization which becomes an important role in the realization of the vision and mission of school. The culture of school organizations is the norms adopted and implemented by all components to achieve the vision and mission of the school effectively. This study aims to describe the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan for preparing superior human resources and programs to support  the culture of school. The approach of this study was quantitative observation, interview and documentation were used as the instruments of eliciting the data. The research subjects included elements of school residents, namely the deputy headmaster, teachers, and students. The results of this observation showed that (1) SMK Negeri 1 Medan has three superior cultures namely the culture of discipline, cooperation, and the culture of industrial work, (2)  there are several programs for students in the application of school culture, (3) there are supporting and inhibiting factors for the realization of an effective school organization culture.  According to observations, the culture of school organizations in SMK Negeri 1 Medan can be said to be effective.

Meanwhile, the collection method used involved several sources, such as relevant books and journals.
