The duty of a teacher is to provide broad insight to his students. To help and apply Islamic religious knowledge to students, a teacher must have an interesting learning method. Interesting learning methods will help students be enthusiastic and active in studying Islamic religious education. Islamic Religious Education is carried out in schools with the aim of fostering faith, piety, and noble character in students. The purpose and function of Islamic religious education in schools is the realization of the ideals of Islamic teachings. To carry out the mission of human welfare in order to become servants of Allah SWT both physically and spiritually in this world and the hereafter. In the Big Indonesian Dictionary it is said that effective means effect, influence, and impression. Effectiveness is how an organization succeeds in obtaining and utilizing resources in an effort to realize operational goals. Effectiveness is related to the implementation of main tasks, achievement of goals and timeliness as well as the active participation of members. The group investigation method is a method that emphasizes group learning that involves students in the learning process. Slavin said the GI learning method is a learning system that involves students working together in groups, so that students know each other's abilities among group members.

Earthquake is one of the natural disasters that can occur without being used. Earthquakes originate from vibrations in the bowels of the earth that travel to the surface caused by fractures in the earth breaking and shifting violently. To prevent material and inmaterial losses, this research can be carried out by utilizing hardware technology in the form of Raspberry PI and Piezoelectric Sensors. Raspberry PI is a small single-board computer (SBC) used for electronics projects. Raspberry PI has 40 pins divided into two modes, namely BCM and BOARD. For making a Piezoelectric Sensor value reading program using the Python Programming Language. The results of reading the output of the Piezoelectric Sensor integrated with the Raspberry PI are in the form of a voltage value. The output of the voltage is sent to the Website Page in real time. The collection of output data can then be analyzed if there are indications of an earthquake. The trial form was carried out by dropping the weight of objects weighing 2 and 3 Kilograms with the drop points being 25 cm, 50 cm and 95 cm. The experiment was carried out 3 times based on weight and falling point. From the test results, the value of vibration on the piezoelectric sensor was obtained with the lowest value of 107787 and the highest 568785063. For the criteria for an earthquake or not, it is divided into 2 categories, namely weak or strong. If the vibration value is more than 880000 it is interpreted as a strong category otherwise if it is less than 880000 it is categorized as weak. The sensor reading results are then stored in the database and displayed on the Website Page.

Rencana pembangunan jangka menengah daerah (RPJMD) Kota Semarang, Pemerintah memulai menerapkan urban farming pertanian ditengah kota sejak 2018 yang menjadi solusi alternatif terbaik dalam upaya penghijauan. Sasaran utamanya adalah Agro Wates. Tujuan pendampingan membantu program pemerintah secara tidak langsung dan secara khusus membantu pengelola dalam pengelolaan manajemen usaha bisnis agro melalui wisata edukasi. Metode Pendampingan kepada mitra sasaran dari tim STIEPARI adalah melalui analisis potensi agro, pendampingan program wisata edukasi, FGD dan praktek manajemen bisnis agro melalui edukasi bersama wisatawan. Hasil Pendampingan adalah adanya 3 konsep pendampingan dalam pengelolaan Agro Wates sebagai wisata Edukasi yaitu perencanaan didalam ruangan, diluar ruangan dan juga di melalui Pendidikan. Dampak menjadikan pengelola percaya diri sebagai guide wisata Ketika adanya wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Wisata Agro Wates, terbentuknya pengelolaan manajemen bisnis usaha agro.

Tujuan dari diadakan penelitian ini adalah sebagai penjelasan dan simulasi langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mitra Shopee pada toko Retail, dengan 1 pelaku Toko Retail. Menggunakan metode pelaksanaan: beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini sebagai berikut: (1). Persiapan awal, 2) Pelaksanaan yang berupa pemaparan materi, sosialisasi dan pembuatan akun shopee , 3) Pendampingan penggunaan Mitra Shopee. Dari pelaku Toko Retail yang sebelumnya menggunakan pembayaran tunai, belum pernah menggunakan Mitra Shopee, atau bahkan tidak mengetahui adanya Mitra Shopee tersebut. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada Oktober 2022 hingga awal November 2022. Adanya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam penelitian ini  pelaku Toko Retail memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap diberikannya sosialisasi penggunaan Mitra Shopee. Dengan menunjukkan hasil penelitian yaitu adanya Mitra Shopee memberikan pengaruh yang baik kepada pelaku Toko Retail berupa efektifitas dan efisiensi terhadap transaksi digital. Dengan menghemat waktu dari terlepasnya mencari uang kembalian sehingga lebih meningkatkan produktivitas pada  Toko Retail tersebut, terlebih lagi apabila melakukan transaksi digital yang jumlah besar sehingga tidak terjadinya kesalahan teknis yang tidak diinginkan.

Nowadays social media offers a variety of content for entertainment and others. One form of content that is widely presented is the theme of self love. Self-love which means loving yourself is a form of appreciating and creating happiness in oneself without worrying about other people's talk. But not all self-love is interpreted wisely by young people or adolescents. They interpret self-love in the form of staying in place, not improving themselves for the better, and making criticism as something to ignore under the pretext of self-love. The different meanings taken by young people make them mentally vulnerable and fragile. So that young people seem not to have the mental steel to face the world because they are trapped in self-love in the wrong meaning. For this reason, it needs to be straightened out that self-love must actually be able to make you more developed yourself, do your best, but make you at the top instead of staying in place.

Saat ini di era digital perkembangan teknologi mengambil peran hampir seluruh aktivitas kehidupan manusia dan harus dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. Untuk itu PT Pos Indonesia meluncurkan suatu layanan yang terbaru kepada konsumen yaitu layanan Pospayment. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini ialah meningkatkan kesadaran dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi keuangan berbasis android. Subjek sasaran adalah mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini ialah edukasi, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Target luaran program ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan, modul penggunaab aplikasi artisan, logbook kegiatab pelatihan aplikasi artisan, lapiran kegiagan aplikasi artisan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ialah strategi yang digunakan untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman diera revolusi industry 4.0 dengan melakukan inovasi transformasi digital yang mana dengan satu aplikasi dapat digunakan untuk kemudahan dalam berbagai transaksi.
