. In the ever-growing information era, video editing has become an important part of television news production. This study investigates the use of video editing on TVRI North Sumatra news programs. This research focuses on the editing software used, the editing methods used, and how the use of this editing impacts the quality of news production. To gain a better understanding of video editing techniques at regional news stations, we conducted direct observations, interviews, and document analysis through qualitative research methods. The research results show that video editing at TVRI North Sumatra is carried out by professional programs. To improve the visual and audio quality of news broadcasts, adjustment techniques such as visual transitions, color adjustments, and sound effects are often used. In the use of broadcast video editing, issues such as limited time and resources are identified as important elements. Improved time management, more training for production teams, and more technical resources are recommended. In other words, this research provides a comprehensive analysis of video editing methods in TVRI North Sumatra news production. The results could improve the industry's understanding of video editing methods in regional news contexts and help develop more creative and high-quality news production methods.

This study aims to: (1) Describe the intrinsic elements in Hamka's novel Exile. (2) Describe the values of life in Hamka's novel Exile. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this study is Hamka's 125-page novel Terusir, published in Jakarta by Gema Insani in 2020. The data collection is carried out by documentation techniques. The results showed; 1) themes of struggle, romance and betrayal; 2) characters and characterizations: Mariah a loyal, loving and patient woman, Azhar is a hardworking but careless man, Haji Abdul Halim is so wise and patient, Sofyan is a loyal, intelligent and wise person, Emi is a good girl, intelligent and loyal, pakcik wife is jealous, Wirja has a vengeful and spiteful nature; 3) The setting is in the house of Mariah's uncle, the house of Mr. and Mrs. Van Oost, the Elephant Building, the Sofyan Office, the prison and the airport. The setting of the events in this novel takes place around the 1900s during the Dutch colonial period. The setting is depressing, romantic and emotional; 4) The plot contained in this novel is a forward plot; 5) The point of view is an all-knowing third-person point of view. In addition to the above elements, the novel Exile has value, namely: teaching about modesty, so that we remain grateful and surrender to the creator and do not slander.

This study aims to determine the performance of the Makassar City Tourism Office in 2020-2022 in terms of economic, efficiency and effectiveness elements. This research is a descriptive research study with the object under study is data on the realization of financial achievements contained in the Financial Report and Performance Report (LAKIN) of the Makassar City Tourism Office in 2020-2022. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis on economic, efficiency, and effectiveness measurements. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the performance of the Makassar City Tourism Office in terms of Economic, Efficiency and Effectiveness elements has almost met the requirements of Value for Money where each element almost reaches the maximum ratio value which is accompanied by budget savings every year. So it can be stated that the financial performance of the Makassar City Tourism Office almost meets the requirements of Value for Money where each allocated budget is able to be managed quickly in carrying out each program that has been determined.

This research focuses on analyzing the short story "The Man Who Suffers When He is Praise" by Ahmad Tohari with an objective and mimetic approach, and using qualitative descriptive methods. The data source used is the short story "The Man Who Suffers When He is Praise" by Ahmad Tohari which was analyzed carefully and critically. Through an objective approach, this research aims to identify intrinsic elements such as theme, point of view, plot, setting, characters, characterization, language style and message in short stories. Meanwhile, a mimetic approach is used to find social elements in short stories that can be connected to the reality of everyday life. It is hoped that this research can encourage a deeper understanding of Ahmad Tohari's literary works and broaden readers' perspectives on the meaning of this short story in a social context. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a more comprehensive insight into the quality of literature and the social message conveyed through the short story "The Man Who Suffers when He is Praise."

Literary works are the author's reflection of the life of reality. This study aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the short story "School Theft" by Portgas D Fahri with a mimetic and objective approach. The method used in this study is through qualitative descriptive analysis with a mimetic and objective approach in literary works. The data analysis technique used is to read and observe short stories, collect data, describe, and draw conclusions from the results of the study. The results showed that there are values of life reality in the form of social reality, the reality of life struggle, the reality of the real world contained in the short story "School Theft" with a mimetic approach. The conclusion of this study is that there is a phenomenon of reality values in short stories, in the form of bad experiences when entering a new school for the figure of "me".

This study aims to analyze a short story entitled "Gubrak!" by Seno Gumira Ajidarma using Charles Sanders Pierce's Semiotics approach. Pierce developed a theory of semiotics involving three main elements: sign, object, and interpretant. Pierce's semiotic theory provides an in-depth understanding of how language signs are used to represent objects in the real world as well as how meaning is generated through the interpretation of these signs. But the author only focuses on one of them, namely on the Icon contained in the short story. We found several marker icons in the short story "Gubrak!" by Seno Gumira that we can analyze together.

Marya Bernadeth Tukan writes her story using a third person point of view, this is indicated by the use of the names "Waban, Ia, and Dia". The language style used in the short story is simple and descriptive. The author uses clear words in describing the environment, characters and events in the short story. The setting used is a grass field and a house with wooden walls in the morning and a peaceful atmosphere. The message contained in the short story is the importance of living life with comfort and happiness as the main focus.

The purpose of this research is to find out how class teachers try to instill honest character education through the method of telling stories to children at the Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. This research is descriptive qualitative field research (filed research). The research was located at Kemala Bhayangkari Muara Bungo Kindergarten. The key informants were the class teachers and the supporting informants were the study teachers and the school principal. This research technique is snowball sampling, and the data collection techniques for this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that class teachers and field teachers tell stories through the Sikancil & Simonyet fairy tale and the Honesty Cup because fairy tales, one of the intrinsic elements in fairy tales, is that they have a message or moral message. Fairy tales can really be used as social media that can shape a character. children because fairy tales have moral values that children can learn. Telling stories using puppets can improve children's pronunciation because it can attract students' attention so that students are happy and can easily understand what is being told and taught. Telling stories using picture media, students will be able to read the contents of the story by looking at the pictures shown by the teacher, telling stories using picture media, students will be more enthusiastic about listening to stories presented by the teacher, telling stories using picture media will help to clarify messages or events so that children pay more attention to the story being told.

Corruption crimes that occur in Indonesia are increasingly developing in various sectors and are not only carried out by individuals but by corporations. However, the fact is that law enforcement still rarely touches cases of crimes committed by corporations, let alone holding these corporations accountable. The problems raised in this paper are: 1) What is the criminal responsibility of corporations as perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption in the case of the Nanti Agung road improvement project, Seluma Regency. 2) What were the judge's legal considerations in sentencing 8 suspects, including the former Head of the Seluma DPU Department? The approach method used in this research is literature study. Based on the research, the following results were obtained: 1) Corporate criminal liability as perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption in the case of the Nanti Agung road improvement project, Seluma Regency is the imposition of criminal liability on 8 suspects including the former Head of the Seluma DPU Department. 2) The basis of the judge's legal considerations in sentencing to 8 suspects, including the former Head of the Seluma DPU, was that the elements of the Corruption Crime were fulfilled, juridical considerations, as well as aggravating and mitigating factors. The author believes that the appropriate model of criminal liability is the imposition of criminal liability on corporations and corporate managers, so that there is a deterrent effect for corporations.

The objectives of this study are (1) To find out the factors that cause land disputes between residents in Tainsala Village (2) To find out the role of the Tainsala Village government in resolving land disputes between residents in Tainsala Village. The research method uses empirical research, namely data obtained directly from the field. This research uses empirical legal research, using a qualitative approach method, namely an approach based on the type of data and data analysis. The data used includes primary, secondary data, data collected through interviews, and non-participant observation. Also, using qualitative descriptive analysis, where the data is presented by describing the results of research on efforts to resolve land disputes between residents by the village government. The results showed: (1) Factors that cause land disputes between residents in Tainsala Village, due to unclear land ownership status, the influence of customary settlements (belis), the increasing needs of life and the high price of land and conflicts between sellers and buyers of land. (2) The role of the village government in resolving land disputes between residents in Tainsala Village, settlement by mediation, namely the village head as an arbiter in resolving disputes between two parties and settlement in a family manner, namely settlement carried out by peaceful means involving family elements from the parties to the case. The suggestions are: (1) The village government must provide direction to the community to clarify the land certificate. (2) The village government must make a statement letter if the settlement of land disputes is carried out in a family manner.

The author uses qualitative legal research with secondary data sources in this research. In this article, the research method used is the normative news method. The Police of the Republic of Indonesia have direct authority to carry out all criminal acts, including theft with violence. This is in accordance with the police's duty to maintain security and public order, protection, protection and community service, as well as law enforcement. The preparation and formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Management Principles of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development must go through the stages of the process of drafting and formulating draft village regulations with the aim of ensuring that the village regulations do not conflict with the public interest and/or higher statutory regulations. However, the Village Government in Bintan Regency has not implemented the stages of the process of drafting and formulating village regulations which have not been maximized, resulting in village regulations that are not in accordance with the systematicity of statutory regulations and it is feared that village regulations will conflict with the public interest and/or statutory regulations. higher invitation. Based on these problems, this research uses normative and empirical legal research methods. The research results show that this arrangement does not contain definite elements of an evaluation and clarification team, and has not been running optimally in practice, there are obstacles in the field. The implementation of the stages of drafting and formulating Village Regulations has not been carried out and well coordinated so that the results of village regulations have not been optimal. The obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge, understanding and experience of village officials' human resources regarding the preparation of village regulations, the geographical location between villages and sub-districts and districts, not all of which can be reached by land and not all of them require quite a short time, coordination is not optimal. As for suggestions from the research results on the need for statutory regulations that contain an attachment to the technical format for drafting village regulations, the Regional Government of Bintan Regency can carry out outreach to all village governments regarding the preparation and formulation of village regulations, and strengthen human resource capacity.

The branch of mathematics that studies history is usually known as ethnomathematics, and the concept of ethnomathematics has made a major contribution to improving mathematics learning. It turns out that many cultures cannot be separated from mathematical calculations, including historical buildings that are simple but have many meanings and meanings. So this research was conducted to describe and identify mathematical concepts in Betawi Warehouses in the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with an ethnographic approach. The results of the research show that there is a mathematical concept in the Gudang Betawi house building in the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village, namely the shape of the Gudang Betawi house which has a rectangular pattern from front to back, there are many philosophies in ornaments that have sizes and shapes, and there are geometric elements found in the building. Betawi Warehouse Houses are like whole numbers in measuring activities, equivalent comparisons in calculating the length of time to build a Warehouse House, there are corners in the building, there are flat geometric elements found in the length, area and perimeter of the building, there is also space geometry which has content and volume , there is a geometric transformation in the ornamental part of the Gudang Betawi house, and there is a congruence of flat shapes that can be seen on the door of the Gudang Betawi house.
