Mental disorders are one of the public health problems in Indonesia. In general, mental disorders are caused by psychological pressure both from outside the individual and from within the individual. Some of the things that cause this is the ignorance of the family and society about this mental disorder (Hawari, 2007). According to WHO or the World Health Organization (2002) states that the prevalence of mental health problems is currently quite high, 25% of the world's population has suffered from mental health problems, 1% of which are severe mental disorders. The potential for a person to be susceptible to mental disorders is indeed high, every time 450 million people around the world are affected by mental, nervous, and behavioral problems. One form of mental disorder that is found throughout the world is a severe mental disorder, namely Schizophrenia (Hawari, 2007). Schizophrenia comes from two words, namely schizo which means cracked or broken and phrenia which means soul. Thus, people who suffer from schizophrenic mental disorders are people who experience mental fractures or personality cracks. Schizophrenia can arise because of the integration between biological, psychosocial and environmental factors (Sinaga, 2007). In schizophrenic patients there is personal disintegration and personal division. Emotional and intellectual behavior becomes ambiguous (compound), and has serious disorders and has regression or total dementia. Schizophrenic patients escape from the reality of life and remain silent in their fantasy world (Kartono, 2010).

In women with prolonged labor, there is an increased risk of death due to atonic uterus, birth canal lacerations, infection, fatigue, and shock, however in infants, prolonged labor is not associated with an increase in infant mortality, decreased APGAR score, trauma, and infection. Philosophically about the concept of mashlahah al-Ghazali, is not just an effort to gain benefits or avoid mafsadat. But more than that, the real key to maslahah lies in maintaining maqashid al-syari'ah al-khamsah, namely the guarantee of safety or preservation of religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property. The meaning of freedom from the perspective of maslahah al-Ghazali is a person's mental attitude that describes a sincere and sincere acceptance in carrying out an obligation as a manifestation of his religious awareness. Freedom has absolutely nothing to do with choice, because it is a positive response from an individual in carrying out his duties as a servant of Allah, whether he chooses it or not. So the essence of freedom here is sincerity. Namely, the ability to carry out the provisions of the Shari'ah without feeling any pressure. This is the freedom of fiqhiyah, a nuance of freedom that releases a person from fear, anxiety and worry, as well as all forms of worldly 'miracle' bonds, which are born as a psychological effect of one's loyalty in carrying out divine values sincerely and correctly.

Abstract. The Koinonia ministry is one of the tri-duties of the church's vocation which at this time seems to have begun to weaken quite a number of churches due to the development of the times which requires that the koinonia strategy must be improved or in other words quality. Therefore, a quality Koinonia ministry is able to protect the congregation to remain faithful in fellowship. A good Koinonia is to divide certain categories to improve the quality of the congregation in its growth in quality and quantity. In this paper, I provide Koinonia services by dividing into five categories, namely: Child Category (Age 0-2, 2-5, 6-12), Youth Category (Age 15-35 years), Early Adult Category (Age 17- 22, 22-28, 28-33, 40-45 years), Middle Adult Category (45-65 years old), and Advanced Adult Category (over 60 years old). Each category has its own portion and needs according to their psychological condition and situation, which should be seen from the point of view of their age. This will make it easier for the church to improve or even improve the quality of Koinonia's service to the congregation, especially in today's churches that require an increase in their Koinonia.

Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. This is because any knowledge or behavior gained by habituation will be very difficult to change or eliminate it so that this method is very useful in educating children. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.
