Art education in kindergarten is part of the process of forming a whole individual in accordance with the goals of national education. Art education includes dance, music, visuals and drama. This activity aims to provide assistance to kindergarten / early childhood teachers in artistic creativity and creativity, especially painting activities using local wisdom-based media so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten / early childhood education. As for art and reativity, what is meant is not only to form skilled students at imagination through fine arts, but also to form appreciative and creative personalities through the experience of art processing. This activity can contribute not only to the development of teaching materials, but also to the ability of kindergarten / early childhood teachers to create art, especially art and creativity which can have a positive effect on the development of teacher skills by packaging teaching materials based on art and creativity according to the needs of garden children childhood and early childhood education. This PKM activity was attended by Kindergarten / Early Childhood Teachers who are members of the entire West Semarang District, Semarang City.

Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

This article dsiscusses the importance of parental assistance in the process of learning to read for grade 1 students at SD KARANGUNTUNG VILLAGE. Parental involvement at home plays a very important role in building a strong early literacy foundation for children. Through effective assistance, students will more easily understand reading learning material, improve their literacy skills, and increase their confidence in communicating. This research aims to understand the role of parents in supporting children's learning to read at home and to provide practical recommendations for parents in carrying out this role. The methods used in this article are literature studies and field observations which provide a real picture of the positive impact of parental assistance

Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of participants in Moringa processing; increase participants' knowledge about the potential of Moringa leaves as a healthy food ingredient, and produce Moringa chicken nuget products and Moringa leaf sticks. The activity method used is mentoring with activity stages; 1. preparation, 2. implementation, 3. evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of the participants in processing Moringa leaves, participants knew that Moringa leaves have good nutritional potential and can be developed as a healthy food processing ingredient, and participants are skilled in processing Moringa leaves into Moringa chicken nuggets and Moringa leaf sticks. . Given the large benefits of this activity, it is advisable to carry out further activities in the form of assistance in marketing Moringa leaf processed products in order to increase people's income.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

In their life, the people of Siwal Village cannot be separated from the use of oil. Moreover, the majority of Siwal Village residents work as food or fried food sellers on the roadside. Repeated use of cooking oil can have harmful effects on health. In addition, used cooking oil that can no longer be used is usually dumped in careless places and causes environmental pollution. Another problem in Siwal Village is the lack of skills of children due to the influence of gadgets. With these things in mind, training on how to process used cooking oil into an alternative material for making used used wax is one of the right solutions. Activities consist of a location survey, implementation, results and discussion. Implementation includes; 1) preparation 2) counseling 3) training 4) mentoring 5) evaluation 6) advanced stage training. This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding the essence of 4C Implementation in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning which consists of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity, and provide theoretical clarity and understanding better about learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in Primary Schools. The implementation will be held on Monday, July 15 2020 in the SD Mojosongo III Surakarta classroom with a 6 hour implementation time pattern, starting at 8.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB. English learning for children called English for Young Learners (TEYL) is developing in various parts of the world, especially in developing countries including Indonesia. This policy began in Indonesia since the enactment of the 1994 Curriculum, and its implementation continues to be increasingly necessary. This is related to the government's efforts to prepare reliable and quality students, who will be able to compete at the national and international levels. English has become a very important language in the international community. Therefore, everyone is expected to be able to learn, master and understand English well. In Indonesia, English occupies an important priority as the first foreign language that must be studied and mastered by students and has been taught in schools ranging from kindergarten to university level. In learning English, there are four (4) language skills that must be learned by students, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. One of the important language skills to be learned by students is speaking. One element of language that needs to be improved to support speaking skills is vocabulary. Vocabulary plays an important role in word recognition. The more English vocabulary that is owned and mastered by students, the better they are at understanding various learning materials delivered in English. Mastery of a large and extensive English vocabulary can also improve students' ability to communicate using English. The introduction of English vocabulary in SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar can use learning media that is fun, easy and effective. The learning media is Word Webs. The Word Webs media has the benefit of increasing students' knowledge of English vocabulary and strongly supports speaking skills. Word Webs learning media is a learning media that can be used in the teaching and learning process of English especially Vocabulary. Through this Community Service Activity or Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, learning English using Word Webs media at SDN 01 Suruh Karanganyar feels more fun and memorable. This will make students feel enthusiastic and happy in learning English provided by using Word Webs media. This media can also help teachers in teaching English vocabulary to support students' speaking skills with fun.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.

This research was motivated by the results of the BPJS assessment of the Guguk Panjang Health Center where the impression value of the Guguk Panjang Health Center was 66.25%. The research method used is a quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis uses Outer Loading and Inner Loading Analysis, while data processing is assisted by using SemPLS software. Based on the research results, the authors conclude that the quality of basic health services is related to patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between the dimensions of service quality simultaneously. From the results of the study, it was found that the variable dimension of service quality that has the greatest effect on patient satisfaction is the Assurance (Skills) dimension with an Original Sample value of 0.222, the second is environmental comfort with hypothetical results (p value 0.017), while the smaller dimension is Empathy. (p.Value 0.50%). Whereas for the dimension of Staff Reliability there is no relationship with Patient Satisfaction with a hypothesis value of 0.449 > 0.05 as well as the Responsiveness and provision of information dimension has no relationship with patient satisfaction with a value of 0.535 > 0.04. Thus patient satisfaction with services at the Bukittinggi City Health Center is prioritized for an increase in the dimensions of Reliability and Responsiveness of Officers.

Mountainous areas have a lot of tourism potential, including organic agriculture-based agro-tourism. However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks

The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress. The differences are influenced by the motivation of work and that can lead to different performance of each faculty. The problem in this study were 1). Work motivation could affect on the performance of lecturers STIE Totalwin Semarang. 2). Which was the factor of work motivation could dominant affected the lecturerperformance in STIE Totalwin Semarang
