A healthy and well-maintained environment is a shared responsibility. However, problems often occur in the environment because many people do not care. Especially in the upstream part of the river which is always used as a place for laying the results of river backfill every year. Another problem is the narrow area due to the dense population of the area. Narrow land occurs everywhere, not familiar with urban areas or semi-urban villages. In carrying out community service activities, the service team uses the following activity methods: 1. Observation 2. Project planning 3. Evaluation and sharing. In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. Background: Nutritional problems that occur in early life have serious consequences. Underweight in children under five accounts for 4.7% of deaths or two million deaths from all deaths of children under five in the world. Mother's Milk Breast milk is the best food because it contains balanced and perfect nutrition for baby's growth and development. However, considering that when mothers are unable to breastfeed or can only breastfeed partially, there is a legitimate market for breast milk replacement products (PASI) for infants as an effort to fulfill infant nutrition. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach using a cross sectional design. This study aims to determine the relationship between the provision of breast milk substitutes with the nutritional status of infants at the UPT Puskesmas Aek Natolu, Lumban Julu District, Toba Regency in 2021. The population in this study were all infants aged 6 months in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Aek Natolu as many as 32 babies. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling so that the number of samples was 32 infants. Data analysis was carried out by statistical tests using chi-square with a significance degree of = 0.05. Results: Most babies were not given PASI, as many as 22 people (68.7%) and a small portion were given PASI, namely 10 people (31.3%). Most of the reasons why babies were given PASI were recommended by family/friends as many as 5 people (50%), because 3 people did not get breast milk (30%) and a small part because the mother worked as much as 2 people (20%). Most of the baby's nutritional status is normal, as many as 25 people (78.1%.) and a small portion of the abnormal status is as many as 7 people (21.9%). The results of the chi square test obtained a p-value = 0.019, this value < 0.005, this means that there is a significant relationship between the provision of Breast Milk Substitutes (PASI) and the nutritional status of infants.

Snack bars are known to meet consumers' needs for nutrition, taste and practicality. There needs to be additional raw materials that are high in nutrients so that the products produced are beneficial to the body and also provide health effects. One plant that is high in nutrients and also provides benefits for the body is the Moringa plant. Moringa is known to contain more than 90 types of nutrients, namely in the form of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory. Our body needs antioxidants that can help protect the body from free radical attacks, considering that very many free radicals come from outside the body, namely in the form of foods that contain preservatives, dyes, fats, pesticides, pollution, dust and ultraviolet radicals. The process of making snack bars, roasting temperature and the proportion of flour are among those that can affect the characteristics and maturity levels of the resulting product. This study was conducted to determine the effect of temperature and flour formulations on sensory, texture profiles and antioxidants. The study used RALf (complete random design of factorial) 2 factors. From the results of this study obtained the results of roasting temperature affecting the profile value of the texture parameters hardness / hardness, gummieness / stickiness, chewieness / chewing power but has no effect on the results of antioxidant activity and hedonic sensory. The formulation of cornstarch and moringa flour on the results of the texture profile affects the parameters of resielience / snack bars. Formulation of corn flour snack bars and Moringa flour has a real effect on the antioxidant activity value of corn flour snack bars and moringa flour. Where the addition of moringa as much as 10% with a temperature of 120oC has a value of %ibhibisi as much as 87.66 and flour formulations also have a real effect on all hedonic sensory parameters, namely aroma, color,  taste and overall.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities carried out by individuals or groups that aim to prosper individuals and groups. One of the problems faced by MSMEs Dapoer Cesky is a lack of knowledge and understanding of the benefits of branding, they do not have a good entrepreneurial spirit and they have not received training or assistance regarding technical branding strategies. Assistance and development through product re-branding is carried out in several steps, namely surveys and designing logos and supergraphics. It is important for MSMEs players to understand that the branding of a product is the single most important factor to ensure its successful use by the general public or other target markets.
