Education should be a center of attention in Indonesia, education services for the community, must continue at the level throughout the country. Implementation and service of education in Indonesia is still uneven, still focused on big cities. Many areas in Indonesia find it difficult for the public to obtain educational services, Jakarta as the national capital, as if everything is there and available there, but it must be admitted for Banten Province which is adjacent to the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2016, shows that the average length of schooling in the Banten region is only 8.37 years, in Serang District some students have to risk their lives because the school is damaged, so that classrooms are used alternately. Based on data released by the Ministry of Culture and Culture, there are 48% of schools in Banten that have been damaged and are not suitable for normal use as school rooms. The Banten Education Office stated that there are many problems driving the low net enrollment rate (APM) in schools in Banten, including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, educational services are not evenly distributed, and the community's level of education is still low. This research is intended to identify and examine the existence of the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure in influencing students' interest in continuing their education to a higher level. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification properties. The analysis tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 25 program. This study aims to determine the integration level of Southeast Asian stock market with the world stock market using an international capital asset pricing model. The countries that were sampled in this study were Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. The sample period starts from January 2000 until August 2016. This study uses an partially-segmented international capital asset pricing model by including the assumption of residual that were correlated between asset pricing equations. Because of this assumption, the seemingly unrelated regression (SUR) estimation method is more appropriately compared to the ordinary least square (OLS) method. The results of this study indicate that the integration level of Southeast Asian stock market varies. The Singapore and Thailand stock markets are fully integrated with the world stock market, the Indonesian and Malaysian stock markets are partially integrated with the world stock market, while the Philippine stock market is segmented with the world stock market. This finding shows the difference in the effectiveness of the stock market liberalization process in Southeast Asia

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on various sectors of life, including a shock effect for the banking industry. The decline in bank credit growth in mid-2020 is evidence of the shock effect. To anticipate various effects, the central bank supports the government by issuing various policies. BPR is growing rapidly in both urban and rural areas. BPR is seen as able to directly touch the community and small business owners with various financial activities. However, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, OJK recorded a very high credit restructuring value. Similar conditions were also experienced by BPRs in the Residency of Semarang. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference (which is a shock effect) in the financial performance of BPR before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The sample obtained by purposive sampling method is as many as 62 BPR located in the Residency of Semarang. This study uses secondary data in the form of quarterly BPR financial reports. Financial performance analysis was carried out using the CAMEL method. As a result, financial performance in terms of the capital ratio (CAR) and liquidity ratio (LDR) was proven to be affected by the shock effect of the COVID-19 pandemic because there were significant differences between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Financial performance in terms of asset quality, management ratios and income, each of which is measured by the ratio of NPL, ROA and BOPO, it is proven that there is no difference between before and during the covid-19 pandemic.

The intelligence of students in the contemporary era is no longer traditionally measured from cognitive achievement alone. The development of research on children's intelligence states that the ability to multi-intelligence is currently needed in the era of Society 5.0. Because at this time one's intelligence is required to be able to balance the development of an increasingly fast era and changing situations that are uncertain. In Islamic education, human intelligence is based on divine values contained in the Qur'an as the core principle of intelligence. Because the core of Islamic teachings is aimed at developing one's potential as well as leading to an optimal direction. This study is a library research, data is collected from various literatures, then the data is processed by synthesizing various relationships between existing data and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that in order to increase the intelligence of students in the 5.0 era, it is necessary to strengthen contemporary learning models that are relevant in Islamic education. This learning model increases critical-religious reasoning which becomes the capital for students not only to think rationally but also to strengthen the awareness of divinity.

tempe chips are the product of Sumber Agung Home Industry. This business is a hereditary effort in order to strengthen the family economy. Tempe chips are a product that is liked by the community, besides being delicious, nutritious, affordable prices are also easy to obtain. This housing business is widely cultivated, in addition to materials that are around the business location, the production process is relatively simple, the capital is not large, the market share is wide open. So it is not surprising that in the development of the Sumber Agung Home Industry, it faces competition, especially in product marketing. This is because in determining the selling price of Sumber Agung, it should be based on the cost of production which is calculated accurately. This has not been able to be done. So far, Sumber Agung has not carried out the process of making the cost of production in business. The FE Unisri Service Team tries to provide assistance in making production prices so that Sumber Agung can set an accurate selling price so that they can compete in selling products. With the determination of the cost of production, Sumber Agung can always develop real expenditures from its production costs in the form of: raw material costs, auxiliary materials, labor costs and factory overhead costs.

Samples were taken based on the purposive sampling technique. This research uses the data pool regression analysis. Then the selection of the best estimate based on the Chow test to select the Pooled Least Square (PLS) estimate with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Then the Hausman test was carried out to select the FEM estimate with the Random Effect Model (REM). The test results found that FEM was the best for further analysis. From the FEM output, it is concluded that Third Party Finance (TPF) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a positive effect on bank credit. Meanwhile, Non Perfoming Loan (NPL) and Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR) do not affect bank credit. Then Economic Growth affects bank credit negatively. This research on profitability aims to examine the effect of firm size on capital structure. The population in this research are tourism, restaurant, and hotel companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2020. The sample in this research was selected through purposive sampling, so that a sample of 31 companies was obtained. The statistical test tool uses multiple regression analysis. Capital ctructure in this research was measured using Debt to Equity Ratio, while firm size was measured using total assets. The results show that firm size has negative and insignificant effect on capital structure. The size of the company has no effect on management decisions to manage capital structure, whether management will use accounts payable or use its own capital. The bigger the company, the management will decide to manage using their own capital. There is a possibility that the larger the size of the tourism, restaurant, and hotel companies, management will tend to use capital originating from within the company, especially to reduce risk. This is exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic which has caused a sluggish tourism worldwide. Investors may withdraw their money in tourism and divert their funds to other fields that are considered more profitable.
