E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community.

The function of this study is to determine the concept of sustainable development and its principles.To develop a development plan based on the concept of sustainable development, it is necessary to understand what elements are needed as well as what factors and tools are needed to develop sustainably. This research aims to analyze the implications of business law on business ethics practices in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, where data is collected from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that business law has an important role in shaping business ethical practices in Indonesia. Business law regulates the rights and obligations that arise from agreements and engagements in business practices. In addition, factors such as national development developments, business ethics, internal and external factors, and legal awareness influence the implementation of business law in ethical and responsible business practices. Therefore, the solutions and recommendations provided to improve the implementation of business law and ethical business practices in Indonesia include strengthening regulations, effective law enforcement, education and awareness, collaboration between government and the business world, transparency and accountability, and the establishment of a supervisory body. independent. It is hoped that the implementation of this solution can create a business environment that is fair, transparent and has integrity, as well as making a positive contribution to economic development and social welfare in Indonesia.  

The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the form of directive speech acts and the background of the speech in the short story collection Rokat Tase by Muna Masyari. This research is a type of qualitative research. The approach used is a sociopragmatic approach. The data collection techniques used are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is a data card for the classification of forms of directive speech acts. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. Presentation of the results of data analysis is carried out informally. The forms of directive speech acts found were (9) directive speech acts of giving advice, (31) directive speech acts of commands, (8) directive speech acts of requests, (3) directive speech acts of ordering, and () directive speech acts of criticism. Meanwhile, the background causes of speech are influenced by physical environmental factors, social influences, culture, social status, social relationships and work. This research can have implications for literature learning at junior high school level.

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze about "Arabic Content Interpretation: Students' Views on the Use of Arabic in the Digital Age". This research aims to examine how students view Arabic content in the digital era. Then what are the challenges faced by students and how are the solutions. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection technique is through filling out a questionnaire with 42 students as respondents. Data analysis techniques are carried out through several stages, namely: data collection, data processing, descriptive analysis, and data presentation. The results showed that there are several student perspectives related to Arabic content in the digital era. This point of view can be caused by several factors, one of which is the development of information and communication technology such as social media.

Islam and Karl Max are an interesting topic in Indonesia. Apart from the majority of Indonesia's population being Muslim, there are also gaps and gaps in the economic sector. This Research deals with the effect of exposure to Instagram social media advertising, Electronic world of Mouth on buying interest in TehPucuk Harum products. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence between the variables studied such as social media instagram, Electronic world of Mouth, and purchase intention. This research was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population was 125 respondents and the research sample used was 125 respondents. The selected population is an Instagram social media user who is a follower of @pucukharumid, as well as a minimum age of 18 years which by law has been declared as the age of legal capacity, and respondents must have seen advertising content for the Teh Pucuk Harum product on Instagram social media. Then sampling using convenience sampling. The techniques in quantitative analysis used in this study are t test, F test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between Instagram social media on buying interest, Electronic World of Mouth, has a positive influence with buying interest. The results of this study are expected to help advertisers to find out some of the factors that influence buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products on Instagram social media, so that Instagram social media users can have buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products.

The development of technology and the Internet that is happening now is very rapid so that it causes many phenomena that occur in public life. Education involves a complex process consisting of interactions between teachers, students, and the learning environment. The ability to complete learning is an important indicator of the success of the education system in conveying understanding and skills to students. This research is intended to investigate the factors that influence students' ability to complete learning well. The research method applied involves secondary data analysis from several related studies, surveys, and interviews with teachers and students. The research results show that elements such as teaching methods, student motivation, parental support, and availability of learning resources have a central role in the ability to complete learning. The use of innovative and student-focused teaching methods has proven successful in increasing students' understanding and interest in learning. Student motivation, whether it originates from the student or is stimulated by the teacher, has a positive impact on student learning efforts. Parental support and the availability of adequate learning resources also contribute to creating a supportive learning environment. In addition to these factors, this research highlights the importance of a holistic approach to learning, where students' emotional, social and psychological aspects are considered in a balanced manner. Therefore, the ability to complete learning includes not only academic achievement, but also the development of relevant life skills. The results of this research contribute to our understanding of how to improve the education system to be more effective in helping students achieve optimal learning completion abilities. Practical implications of this research involve expanding innovative teaching approaches, increasing parental support, and increasing access to learning resources. Thus, learning is not only a process, but also an achievement that has a positive impact on students' lives in the long term.

This study aims to describe how students develop during the elementary school period (6-12 years) in Indonesia. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection method is a literature study obtained from several sources such as books, journals and research articles that are appropriate to this research. The research results show that the characteristics of a child's development are different, and it depends on the factors that influence a person's development. The developmental characteristics of school-aged children include physical, motoric, intellectual, language development, social & emotional development, religious moral awareness. There are many factors that influence development which will cause problems in development. These factors include genetic factors and environmental factors. In this case, teachers must have knowledge in maximizing aspects of children's development. Apart from that, teachers must be able to foster good cooperation with parents, the community and all people involved in the smooth running of the education process at school.

This research is motivated by the fact that the curriculum used in schools is not yet optimal. There are still many student behaviors that tend to be selfish and show an attitude of not caring. This research aims to determine the character of Muhammadiyah 1 Seyegan Middle School students through the hidden curriculum that is applied. This research method uses a qualitative type and descriptive approach taking the background of Muhammadiyah 1 Seyegan Middle School. The results of the research show that the form of hidden curriculum implemented at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Seyegan consists of spiritual and social aspects which include 5S culture (smile, greeting, greeting, politeness), morning tadarus, routine infaq, congregational prayer, memorizing surahs, reading write the Koran, reading corner and blessed Friday. The implication of the hidden curriculum is to instill in students religious character, discipline and responsibility. Supporting factors include teacher example, teacher motivation and parental support. The inhibiting factors are yourself and your peers.

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions regarding PTPN IV Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Marketing Mix 4P includes four main components, namely product, price, place and promotion, which are interrelated and have the potential to influence consumer decisions. In this context, Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea were chosen as retail products offered by PTPN IV. The research method used in this study involves interviews with willing sources as a means of collecting data. Research respondents were consumers of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea who were randomly selected. The data collected will be analyzed using the narrative analysis method to identify the influence of each 4P Marketing Mix component on consumer decisions. The hope is that this research can provide more in-depth knowledge about the factors that influence consumer decisions in choosing Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea. Moreover, the main aim of this research is also expected to provide broader understanding for PTPN IV in optimizing their marketing strategy to increase product interest so that it influences consumer decisions. The conclusions from this research can contribute to knowledge and understanding of the influence of the 4P Marketing Mix on consumer decisions in the context of Butong Tea & Tobasari Tea retail products. Companies need to consider the principles of justice, business ethics, managerial skills, social responsibility, and halal transactions in marketing strategies and consumer decisions. This research can also provide practical input for PTPN IV and the tea industry in general in developing effective marketing strategies to increase sales and consumer satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of consumer behavior consisting of culture (X1), social (X2), personal (X3), and psychological (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) for furniture at the Udin Surya Store. The sample in this study was furniture buyers at the Udin Surya Store who met with researchers from June to July 2023 using incidental sampling techniques and the number of samples obtained was 50 people. Buyers as the sample in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 25 statements. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before multiple linear regression analysis was carried out using the SPSS application. The results of testing the research instrument, namely the questionnaire, show that the 25 statement items are valid because r count > r table. Apart from that, all statements are reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.60 (0.915 > 0.60). The regression equation obtained is Y = 7.308+0.015X1+0.168X2 +0.199X3+0.535 X4. The correlation coefficient value is 0.789, this shows a strong relationship between consumer behavior consisting of culture (X1), social (X2), personal (X3), and psychological (X4) on the decision to purchase (Y) furniture at the Udin Surya Store. The coefficient of determination value is 0.589, which means that consumer behavior consisting of cultural (X1), social (X2), personal (X3), and psychological (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) for furniture at the Udin Surya Store is 58.9% while the remaining 41 .1% is influenced by factors not included in this study. Simultaneous testing shows that the value of Fcount > Ftable (18.553 > 2.58) so it can be concluded that there are consumer behavior variables consisting of cultural (X1), social (X2), personal (X3), and psychological (X4) which influence jointly on decision to purchase (Y) furniture at the Udin Surya Store. Next, a partial test was carried out by looking at the calculated t value for each sub-variable of consumer behavior consisting of culture (X1), social (X2), personal (X3), and psychological (X4), each of which was 0.052; 1,283; 1,211; 4.804 which when compared with the t table of 2.01410, then psychological (X4) is 4.804 > 2.01410, the dominant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) for furniture at the Udin Surya Store because t count > table. Meanwhile, culture (X1), social (X2), personal (X3) do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) for furniture at the Udin Surya Store because the calculated t value < t table.

This article discusses the impact of self-assessment, tax socialization, and tax information systems on the compliance level of taxpayers using a qualitative method and literature review from various sources. Its aim is to evaluate the influence of three main factors: self-assessment emphasizing direct responsibility on taxpayers, efforts in tax socialization to enhance public awareness, and the impact of tax information systems on the ease of taxation processes. The findings indicate a beneficial and significant impact of these three factors on the compliance level of taxpayers.

The business sector is one of the most potential fields to become a significant driving factor in realizing a Digital Village. Business legality plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of a business, as it represents the authorization granted by the competent authorities for conducting business activities. The lack of understanding among business operators regarding the importance of business legality is one of the factors that hinders them from obtaining business legality, posing a challenge for the village to achieve its goal of becoming a Digital Village. This community service aims to provide understanding to business operators regarding business legality and marketing strategies, as well as to assist them in obtaining business legality. The method used in this community service involves data collection through observation, followed by a series of activities such as socialization, mentoring, and workshops. The results of this service are successful in helping MSME actors obtain business legality and empowering business actors through workshop activities.

Social stratification is the grouping of a society into certain classes. Where this grouping can show differences in status that exist in society. Every society has something that is valued, maybe in the form of money, maybe land, maybe objects of economic value, maybe also in the form of power, knowledge, piety in religion, or descent from certain families, occupations and others. It is well known that education and the learning process are very important needs in human life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of social stratification in the economy of urban communities. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that those with low socio-economic status tend to have high social relationships while those with high socio-economic status tend to have relatively low relationships. In other words, what influences the pattern of social interaction or social relations in urban communities is socioeconomic status, type of work, income level and education level. In addition, there are other factors that determine the pattern of social interaction or social relations in the city.

Based on the results of this study, researchers found many factors and habits of students in the field, students feel burdened in completing assignments as a responsibility, students view the task as a heavy burden in doing the task as the responsibility of a student. Whereas students who have an academic attitude should, the more tasks, the more students work hard to add insight into doing tasks as the responsibility of an academic student. As for this research method, the researcher uses a qualitative research method with a library research approach. As for the findings of this study, researchers found that many students of the Ecumenical Theological College of Jakarta delayed in completing assignments as a responsibility that must be done optimally. After conducting research, researchers found many factors that hinder students in completing assignments, namely: playing games, playing social media, piling up tasks, difficulty finding references, easy sleepiness, no one motivates and hanging out with friends discussing something that is not important, so that the time to do the task is limited. The strategies that researchers can list to improve the stability and quality of motivation in completing assignments as the responsibility of students of the Ecumenical Theological College Jakarta include: Students make a priori scale.

The curriculum is an important part of the education system because it is one of the determining factors in achiefing goals. Likewise, the Islamic religious education (PAI) curriculum also plays a central role in various curricula to achieve the direction and goals of Islamic education itself. Islamic education aims to develop all human potential based on Islamic law. However, in reality, the PAI curriculum still has problems in real life. For example, the education model is still docmatic, old-fashioned, redundant, and the religius concept taught are no longer relevant to modern life. Teachers and all scool staff mus be able to trully understand and design the curriculum. In developing an Islamic religious education (IRE) curriculum, a special approach is anneded that ensures that the designed curriculum can bring students to the desiret changes. Teachers can choose several approaches that suit their teatching model, taking into account the specifics of Islamic education itself. Four approaches can be used in curriculum development: academic, humanistic, technological and social reconstruction approaches. The developed curriculum can then be used by various PAI teachers in the teaching and learning process at school.
