The influence of the theory or understanding of legal positivism and legal utilitarianism affects law enforcement, especially in Indonesia, so that it is known as positive law.  The view of legal positivism in law enforcement is limited to enforcing the sound of laws that emphasize justice in it. Benefit and legal certainty should not be abandoned so that it gives rise to a utilitarianisme view that is more on benefit and legal certainty which is part of law enforcement in Indonesia. That way the author will examine the paradigm between the theory of legal positivism and the theory of legal utilitarianism and how the theory affects law enforcement in Indonesia. These two theories have an influence on law enforcement in Indonesia where legal positivism theory emphasizes justice and legal utilitarianism theory emphasizes legal certainty and expediency. In addition to the benefits of these two theories have weaknesses where the theory of legal positivism is more focused on existing rules while the theory of legal utilitarianism views a psychological approach. So that both of them certainly need the right pull so that the composition of the application in law enforcement in Indonesia can fulfill the principles of law.

Oxidative stress can be reduced by consuming exogenous antioxidants (antioxidants from outside), where green tea is thought to be able to reduce oxidative stress. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of steeping green tea on blood glucose and Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in male Wistar Strain white rats exposed to psychological stress. The design used in this research was Randomized Post Test Only Group Design. There were 5 groups of mice; 2 are a normal control group and a stress control group, and 3 treatment groups. Previously, the mice were given psychological stress 1 x 24 hours in the form of disturbed sleep patterns, so that the experimental animals experienced oxidative stress, then green tea was given to the treatment group with a single dose of 3.6 ml/head in the 1st hour in the group. treatment 1, 6th hour in treatment group 2, and 24th hour in treatment group 3. Statistical analysis used the Manova test.  Based on statistical analysis, it shows that there was a decrease in blood glucose and Malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in all treatment groups given exposure to psychological stress and steeping green tea.  A single dose of green tea brewing in experimental animals experiencing oxidative stress was proven to be able to neutralize oxidative stress in the 1st hour after administration of green tea brewing and the antioxidant activity still lasted up to 24 hours.

The Brief Symptoms Inventory (BSI), which measures psychopathological symptoms before therapy (pretest), after therapy (posttest), and during a two-week follow-up test, was administered to all participants. With Z = -3.339 and p = 0.000, data analysis using the Mann-Whitney U revealed a significant decrease in symptoms. Abortion is a complex issue involving moral, legal and health considerations. Legal exceptions to abortion are a key focus in unraveling the dynamics of this complexity. Legal views and norms regarding abortion have undergone significant changes, reflecting social changes and understandings of women's reproductive rights. This study aims to analyze the regulations and legal views that define legal exceptions to abortion in Indonesia and how they relate to mitigating women's health risks. The research method involved a literature review and juridical analysis. The results show that the Health Law and Criminal Code provide exceptions for abortion under certain medical conditions, but the 40-day maximum time limit has been criticized. The role of certified health workers and constantly updated regulations play an important role. Implementation of legal exceptions remains challenging, especially in remote areas. In responding to this debate, regulations need to consider the humanitarian and psychological aspects of rape victims.
