Uncontrolled diabetes could lead to serious complication. Diabetes therapy consists of four pillars where nutrition education is very important in managing the disease. Objective : To analyze the effect of nutrition education (Diabetes’ four pillars management) through android mobile application on the knowledge of Diabetes’ four pillars management in patients with DMT2. Method : A quasi experiment research with a pretest posttest control group design. Twenty-six participants were selected by simple random sampling method. Data were collected based on identity and knowledge which were done by interviewing with questionnaires. Changes on knowledge levels were determined by Mann Whitney test. Result : There were significant changes on knowledges related to diabetes (p=0.034), medical nutrition therapy (p=0.008) and physical exercise (0.014) between intervention and control groups, and there was an increase in pharmacological therapy knowledge but we did not observe any significant differences between intervention and control group (p=0.976). Conclusion : Nutrition education (Diabetes four pillars management) through android mobile application can increase knowledge of diabetes, medical nutrition therapy and physical exercise

The rapid development of the internet greatly affects business changes. Many business activities have changed with the availability of the internet today. One of the significant changes in business activity is marketing or marketing. Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they want and need through creating and exchanging products and value with others. Marketing is also the process of designing and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. E-marketing describes company efforts to inform, communicate, promote and market products and services via the internet. Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities will later be integrated with a database that will store the required data. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Each product should have an attractive packaging design, containing information on the product name, company name, net weight, expiration date, composition, nutritional content, Indonesian National Standard or SNI, Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) and halal marking. 2. In making the packaging design there are aesthetic and identity factors, there should be the words and the Bananation logo, and use a combination of several colors, and add various images to make the packaging more colorful and catchy so that it is easier for everyone to remember. Security and distribution factors must also be a concern of the company without compromising aesthetic value by using corrugated paper type cardboard on the outside and food grade plastic material on the inside so that it is guaranteed durability in shipping and is also environmentally friendly

Online Single Submission (OSS) is an application that functions to make business licenses or business legality online for both micro, medium and large scale businesses. As a form of empowering MSMEs in the Bareng Village, the authors carried out socialization activities regarding the importance of having a business legality or in this case a Business Identification Number (NIB) and also conducted a survey of every MSMEs actor in the Bareng Village. The purpose of this research is to make it easy for business owners to obtain capital assistance in the form of supporting or supporting tools, capital money, and business development funds. Apart from being used as a business identity, NIB ownership is what brings benefits to business owners. This study uses a qualitative method by surveying every MSMEs actor and also using a quantitative method. The results of this study explain that NIB can stimulate MSMEs products so that they have an identity to be recognized by the wider community so that they can prosper MSMEs actors and Become a Legal protector of business that are officil and recognized by the state throught the OSS or Online single submission.

MSMEs are supporting the nation's economy, however, some MSME actors still experience various difficulties in running a business. One of them is the difficulty in the field of marketing, in the current era of social media marketing development, several micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in the Majalaya sub-district, are facing difficulties keeping up with the times in terms of product marketing. From the survey that has been conducted, MSME actors in the Majalaya sub-district admit that they have difficulties in marketing their products and developing markets. This is due to the product's lack of awareness of the branding of MSME products where MSME actors do not highlight the identity and superiority of the products offered, thus reducing the interest of potential consumers to buy these products. As a solution to the problem above,mConduct dedication in the form of education and training regarding product branding in social media marketing.

Islam Nusantara is a model of thought, understanding and practice of Islamic teachings packaged through considerations of culture or traditions that developed in the Southeast Asian region (but this study is limited to Indonesia), thus reflecting a methodological nuanced Islamic identity. When this identity was disseminated among Muslims, especially its thinkers, it was responded with controversial responses: some rejected the Islamic Nusantara identity because there was only one Islam, namely Islam taught by the Prophet. On the other hand, many Islamic thinkers who accept Islamic identity cannot be separated from that, Islam Nusantara is a part of acculturation as a carrier of Islamic teachings through the acculturation of existing cultures so that Islam Nusantara is present, none other than to broadcast the Islamic religion through peace between culture and religion.

Pesanggrahan Village, Kesugihan District, is one of the innovation villages launched by the Cilacap district government in 2022. The Kesugihan area has potential local food sources that have the potential to be developed by the community. Nuri Snack is one of the business actors engaged in food processing in the form of various chips in the form of cassava, taro and banana chips. Marketing that has been carried out at this time is selling to markets and serving purchases at home, there has been no innovation in expanding marketing to modern shops and online shops. The aims of this study were 1) to design informative packaging labels in accordance with labeling standards and 2) to develop packaging designs according to the wishes of consumers using the kansei engineering method. The method used is the kansei engineering method which translates consumer feelings into design specifications. Implementation The results of this study are in the form of label and packaging design concepts, design actors include uniqueness, product identity colors, complete product information, complete packaging information, neat, protected products, easy to carry, easy to store, have licensing and attractive designs, and the proposed packaging uses white standing pouch window doff 500z packaging with size 14cm x 23cm and chromo sticker as packaging label design. Conclusion The proposed label design already has permits and has an elegant design and is made of standing pouch plastic with a ziplock.

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a special form of community service activities carried out by students. KKN is an intracurricular lecture activity in the form of community service carried out by students in an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral manner. This activity aims to increase students' sense of sensitivity and social cognition and assist the development process. Social media is an important factor for business actors in product marketing. One of the efforts to market their products is by creating achievement accounts on social media or market places. In practice, when creating a profile, you need a logo as the characteristics of the business, the symbol or identity of the business actor. This service was carried out in Sukorejo Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. Our assistance target is the Limunite UMKM. The steps taken are creating social media and websites, creating social media content, website design, and providing assistance to MSMEs regarding the use of social media and websites

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational politics towards career motivation with the Career Motivation variable based on (London, 1989) and Based on the variable Perception of Organizational Politics (Ferris and Kacmar; 1996). The method used was a descriptive analysis method with a sample of 76 employeesusing Proportional Random Sampling and analyzed with a model AMOS structural equation. Communication is a natural way for humans to convey ideas, identity, ideas and their existence to others. One type of communication is intercultural communication. This is communication that occurs between communication participants who have different cultural backgrounds. Sumbawa University of Technology is a tertiary institution that has foreign students from various countries in the world, it is this condition that makes Cross-Cultural Communication intertwined here. The purpose of this research is to find out the barriers to cross-cultural communication experienced by foreign students at the Sumbawa University of Technology. This research is categorized as a qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews. Three informants have become participants in this study who were selected based on a purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, data were analyzed using the Milles & Huberman model with 3 stages; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the barriers to Cross-Cultural Communication experienced by foreign students at the Sumbawa University of Technology are language, misunderstanding of nonverbal behavior, a tendency to judge, and high anxiety.

This community service activity involved three MSME partners, namely the Dua Putra Putri Banana Chips UMKM, the Arjuna Coffee Powder MSME, and the Twin Princess Traditional Herbal Medicine UMKM. One of the problems faced by SMEs is the marketing process. This is based on product photos used for social media promotions that are less attractive to consumers. In product photo activities, guidance is provided on how to take good product photos. With good product photos, consumers will more easily understand an advertisement based on product photos alone. The aim of the product photo activity is to become an identity for MSME actors and can increase the value of the MSME product itself. The methods used in this community service activity are surveys and observations, interviews, discussions, and applications. The result of this community service activity is that there are enhancements to product photos that look clearer and have aesthetic value that are interesting enough to be published via e-commerce and social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook and Instragram.

Digital marketing is a marketing concept that is widely used in this modern era. Many manufacturers choose to use digital marketing in their marketing process because marketing goods through digital media saves energy and costs. In the process of digital marketing or digital marketing, a high creative process is needed because digital marketing requires producers to make content as attractive as possible for consumers to see and be interested in the products offered. In this case we examine how useful the application of digital marketing is in the marketing process of Bamboo MSMEs located in the Kepanjen Kidul Village, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The descriptive method is used to describe the efforts of UMKM Bambu "Arunika Art" in developing their marketing with digital marketing. Meanwhile, a qualitative approach is used to explain the process of implementing digital marketing in line with the development of its business. The mentoring work program carried out for bamboo MSMEs is to utilize digital marketing, carry out digital content creation. Through a strong brand identity and an effective digital marketing strategy, bamboo MSMEs in the Kepanjen Kidul Village can experience significant empowerment.

Business legality plays a very important role in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Business legality is a business identity and a form of protection offered by the government to MSME actors. The problem that often occurs is that many UMKM do not understand how important business legality is. In addition, it is suspected that the complicated management of business legality is one of the causes of UMKM reluctance to take care of their legality. Therefore, the researchers assisted one of the UMKM in Gedog Village, namely Kedai Panji Laras, to legalize their business through Online Single Submissions (OSS). The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge to business owners and also the community about the importance of NIB for micro and small businesses and to obtain an NIB certificate. The learning method used with preparation, manufacture and submission. The results of this activity are increasing the knowledge of business owners about the introduction of OSS and NIB, the importance of businesses having an NIB, the benefits of NIB, the requirements and procedures for making an NIB and the steps for making an NIB through OSS. Product branding is a form of marketing strategy and the identity of a product that can differentiate it from other products. Branding aims to attract consumers with the value offered. Apart from branding, business legality, one of which is NIB also provides a sense of security for consumers to buy products. Most of the business actors in Ngampungan Village do not have a brand and NIB, such as MSMEs Banana Chips owned by Mrs. Khusnul and Jamu owned by Mrs. Jumaidah. Seeing this problem, a solution is provided by assisting in making business legality, making brands, logos and product labels. The method used is interviews with business actors and then analyzes the existing problems. The purpose of these activities is to increase market competitiveness and also expand market share. The output produced by the author provides logo designs and business labels, assists in making Instagram social media, and helps make NIB.

Businesses that are recognized by society and the government are businesses that have legality because legality is the most important element in a business and is also an identity that legalizes or legalizes a business entity. The problem that will be faced in this dedication to the community is a lack of insight and views on the legality of business, especially in MSMEs. The majority of people in Kedungdalem Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, are micro, small and medium businesses such as chip businesses, herbal medicine businesses, catering businesses, cooking spices, wet snacks, pastries, and other businesses. The purpose of this service activity is to provide business legality socialization for MSMEs in Kedungdalem Village. The activity implementation technique consists of several levels, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of community service activities are that business actors experience an increased understanding of business legality, the benefits of business legality, the consequences of not having business legality, and also business actors having a Business Identification Number (NIB)..

Socialization is a very useful thing in raising and conveying positive values to individuals, the socialization process is education through individual understanding and acceptance of the connections that occur in an activity that can provide input and output feedback. Learning from the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 which was marked by the decline in the joints of the economy caused by the rupiah exchange rate falling or dropping drastically against the dollar exchange rate. In 1998 many big entrepreneurs fell in Indonesia, but MSMEs were still able to survive and even increased in number. In this way, UMKM contribute to supporting the economy of a country so that the existence of UMKM is highly expected in the development and progress of the country's economy and is able to absorb the number of unemployed. In this background, MSMEs can be used as a part in expanding employment opportunities, play a role in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase foreign exchange earnings for the country of Indonesia because its market can reach national to international. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an agricultural producing village in the form of rice, corn, sugar cane, soybeans, vegetables, chilies and others. The livelihoods of the majority of the population are farmers, self-employed, and partly in the government. UMKM problems often occur due to capital problems and licensing matters, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of a business license issued by the "Online Single Submission (OSS)" agency, helping to fulfill the legal and administrative aspects of UMKM and providing advantages in funding. Then the socialization and technical guidance was carried out by Group 1, then the output of the socialization was to help UMKM actors in the Village with the method of opening a post at the Village Hall/Village Office and the door to door method or direct permits to the homes of UMKM actors. At the same time creating a logo that is useful in brand equity as trustworthiness with the product name and symbol, providing additional value to a product. The direction of the arrow as a direction for the location has the aim of providing instructions for potential consumers and customers to find homes for UMKM actors to get products or order products.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is an organization that is oriented towards community empowerment, especially the welfare of housewives. PKK members in the Kauman Village consist of 19 people led by Mrs. Ratna. PKK has several activities including catering and trade. During its activities, the PKK sparked a new idea to make a product as a result of empowering the potential of its members, namely Es Cendol Suji with a weekly turnover of Rp 350.000,-. However, the product does not have a strong identity to be able to compete in the market. From this problem, the author took the initiative to help PKK by providing assistance regarding branding through making a logo as a business identity. The purpose of this activity is to give a new identity to the Es Cendol Suji product which is expected to increase PKK  income turnover so as to create prosperity for all PKK members.

This Community Service activity aims to analyze the role of branding in the success of the Rengginang Bu Anik UMKM. The Community Service Activity method used is qualitative, by combining in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and content analysis. The results of Community Service Activities show that branding plays a significant role in building a positive image and reputation for MSMEs and differentiating themselves from competitors. The process of establishing a brand identity, selecting visual elements, logos and packaging that support the brand image, as well as the use of social media and online marketing have a positive impact on the success of MSMEs. Apart from that, an effective communication strategy and the influence of branding on increasing sales and business growth also proved important in the context of Rengginang Bu Anik. However, this Community Service Activity also identified several obstacles faced by MSMEs in implementing branding strategies, such as limited resources and a lack of understanding of the importance of branding. Therefore, solutions and recommendations are provided to overcome these challenges and take advantage of opportunities in developing MSME brands. This Community Service activity provides in-depth insight into the role of branding in the success of MSMEs and can provide practical guidance for other MSMEs in developing their brand.
