The law of engagement is a concept that has existed since ancient times. In the past, engagements often relied on customary law and social norms applicable in a particular society. However, with the increasing development of society and trade, there is a need to have more formal legal rules to regulate agreements and agreements. The term "engagement" refers to the equivalent of the Dutch term "Verbintenis" (Fuadi, 1999: 1). The term contract law includes all provisions in the third book of the Civil Code. The research method uses empirical methods where this method is through observations made by the public. Then it is studied through the customs of the people of Southwest Sumba, especially in kodi regarding the legal relations of engagements that occur with the traditional ritual of removing the bones of ancestors. The data was obtained from an interview with a native Kodi resident named Andreas Ikit Bani, a native descendant of Kodi who often participated in bone dissection rituals. The Galih Tulang event is a traditional ritual carried out by the people of Southwest Sumba to move the bones of their ancestors from old graves to new graves. This ritual is part of a sacred traditional ceremony and is considered important for the people of Southwest Sumba to honor the spirits of their ancestors (Andreas Ikit Bani, 2023). This event has a meaning and purpose that we must know, namely Galing Tulang is a ceremony that must be held to honor our deceased ancestors. The aim is to pay respects to the spirits of deceased ancestors, ask for blessings, and/or give them their proper place in the afterlife.

The aim of this research is to address the role of the KUA in overcoming unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) in Kota Tengah District, Gotontalo City and the factors that hinder the role of the KUA itself in unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri). This type of research is Normative Empirical research using a qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing information and interpreting qualitative data.          The research results show that the role and efforts of the KUA have not been effective in dealing with unregistered marriages (Nikah Siri) even though they have implemented a government program, namely the marriage guidance program (Binwin), which provides pre-marital guidance and the formation of sakinah families in order to build superior human resources and reduce the divorce rate. by providing counseling about marriage registration and sakinah families to prospective couples who are about to get married and also by conducting outreach to the wider community. The factors that hinder the KUA in preventing unregistered marriages for couples who are not legally married in Kota Tengah District are caused by 2 factors, namely, internal factors, namely the lack of competent human resources who can provide socialization to the community, and the lack of adequate facilities and other factors. Other external factors include indifferent attitudes, non-compliance with the law, and low legal awareness in society. Therefore, we must work together with agencies such as the KUA in building character and also informing millennials about the impacts of having a relationship before marriage so that there is no such thing as an unregistered marriage. 

The study of the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in protecting banking customers is an important topic in the context of consumer protection and the stability of the financial system. OJK has the authority to end operational supervision procedures related to bank and non-bank exchange transactions, as well as providing legal certainty for customers. It is an Islamic economic perspective, OJK also has a role in protecting sharia banking customers. Legal protection for depositing customers has been regulated in various laws and regulations, including Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning OJK. OJK also has an important role in resolving consumer complaints in accordance with those regulated in the Consumer Protection Law. In addition, OJK is also involved in regulating national economic stimulus policies that have an impact on the spread of COVID-19. Through regulations such as OJK Regulation No. 48/POJK.03 Year 2020, OJK plays a role in loving the guarantee for financial losses felt by depositing customers. Thus, the role of OJK in protecting banking customers is very important in maintaining public trust in the financial system.

Big data processing has become an important aspect of computer science and various industries in the digital age. Efficient and timely programming algorithms play a central role in addressing the challenges presented by big data. This journal focuses on various optimization methods and techniques that can be applied in the development of programming algorithms for processing big data. Supporting and relevant references are used to illustrate the concepts and techniques presented in this paper. Discussions include parallel methods, data compression, indexing, divide and conquer strategies, and greedy algorithm approaches. Case studies on the implementation of fast sorting algorithms in the context of big data processing are also presented. The understanding and application of these optimization methods are important in maximizing the efficiency and performance of programming algorithms in dealing with big data, and they play a key role in the development of relevant information technology solutions.  

Rocks are naturally formed solid objects which are a collection of minerals, both similar and dissimilar, in certain proportions. Minerals are the building blocks of each type of rock. In the beginning, rocks came from magma. The types of rock that exist include pyroclastic rocks. Pyroclastic rocks contain contents that are of economic value and useful for human life. The type of method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique in this method is the literature study method. The method in this research focuses on in-depth observations from various reading sources such as books and scientific journals. Pyroclastic rocks are rocks formed by the lithification process of loose materials thrown from volcanic centers in explosive eruptions, which are then transported through the media of gas, wind and then deposited on dry land or in bodies of water. In fact, pyroclastics are almost the same as sedimentary rocks, but the difference is that sedimentary rocks come from the weathering of previous rocks. Meanwhile, pyroclastic rocks come from volcanic eruptions, meaning there is no weathering process.

Education in Indonesia is currently facing the fourth industrial revolution known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Education 4.0 is an education characterized by the use of digital technology in the learning process or known as the cyber system. This study aims to find out how the use of digital technology in PAI subjects at SD Darul Hikam Bandung, how is the learning achievement in PAI subjects at SD Darul Hikam Bandung, and how much influence does the use of digital technology have on PAI subjects at SD Darul Hikam Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The statistics use correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination and the t test. The population in this study were 103 students of grade 5 SD Darul Hikam Bandung, the sample of the study was taken as many as 50 students. The data collection technique was carried out by means of online questionnaires, interviews and documentation of the 2019/2020 odd semester PAI report cards. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the effect of using digital technology on student achievement in PAI subjects was included in the high category with a correlation coefficient of 0.701 and a contribution of 49.1% and the remaining 50.9%, learning achievement was influenced by other variables. There is a significant effect of the use of digital technology in PAI subjects on student achievement with a significance value of 0.000. This finding is very important, especially for PAI teachers to be able to use and apply digital technology in the teaching and learning process because the media can improve student learning achievement. For students, it is hoped that by implementing learning using digital technology, the learning achievements obtained by students can increase even higher.  

The aim of this research is to determine the negative impact of online gambling in the current era, especially on the younger generation. We use this research method as a qualitative method, where we as researchers carry out an analysis by observing various digital media platforms, from which we can find out the various negative impacts experienced by several young people today due to carrying out online gambling transactions. We took the case example of a TikTok celebrity named Fahdan who shared a story about the other side of online gambling that not many people know about. From this case, we as researchers concluded that in fact online gambling has more negative impacts than positive ones.

Semiotics is concerned with providing an interpretation that can be recognized through the signs displayed from symbols. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with a semiotic analysis approach. The logo analyzed was the Partai Amanat Nasional logo, going from the old logo to the new logo within the period determined by the researchers, namely November 7 to November 12. Researchers used this approach due to analysis of the logo shape of the Partai Amanat Nasional. The semiotic analysis used in this research is Charles Sanders Peirce's analysis because the researcher will specifically study and analyze the logo of the Partai Amanat Nasional. The findings show that the signs in the Partai Amanat Nasional logo design can be identified by applying colours, symbols and typography to convey support for Palestine. The image of a combination of a sign with a letter in the shape of the letter becomes a symbolic combination carried out on the PAN logo using a watermelon icon replacing the letter A. This can represent a concern for the problems that exist in Palestine.

Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Prambon requires materials and services from related vendors. The Supply Chain Management Division is responsible for meeting material and service needs. However, in the process it is not uncommon to encounter several risks that can hamper the company's smooth operations. Therefore, this research recommends the House of Risk method as risk management. From the results of this research, it can be seen that there are 21 risk events and 34 risk causes. The results of House of Risk phase 1 are that there are 9 causes of risk that need to be formulated risk mitigation strategies. As innovation develops and the human population increases, product competition between companies increases, so producers are required to produce goods as quickly as possible while still considering the quality aspects of the product. PT. Cipta Oggi is a company engaged in furniture production. PT. Cipta Oggi has several types of production, namely office tables, cupboards, TV shelves and decorative cupboards. In the production process for the 2DF WHT polo showcase furniture product, it has the highest rework rate, namely 10.67%. The method used in this research is the FMEA method. The FMEA method will later produce output results in the form of an RPN from which recommendations for improvement will be obtained from the types of causes of failure that are the highest. With this research, the aim is to analyze the causes of rework in the production process of Polo Showcase 2DF WHT furniture products which can later reduce the rework rate.

This research focuses on the development of a web-based Computer Based Test (CBT) Application for Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Faqih Hasyim in Sidoarjo, East Java. This application aims to overcome conventional evaluation problems with paper and pen, such as cheating, scoring errors, and data management difficulties. Using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, the application integrates the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize the order of questions, reducing the possibility of cheating during the exam. Equipped with session tokens, exam timing, and result reports, the app improves the overall efficiency of the evaluation process. This study refers to previous research and highlights the importance of adopting technology to simplify assessment and facilitate online data management. The Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm, used to generate a unique sequence of questions for each student during the exam, minimizes the risk of cheating. The app implements a staged exam, ensuring students who meet the minimum criteria proceed to the next stage. In addition, the app achieves a degree of randomization of the exam content, eliminating patterns that may affect the exam results. The feasibility testing results show that the app is highly feasible, with a feasibility percentage of 92.4%. This conclusion signifies the app's success in achieving its development goals and making a positive contribution in easing the exam grading process. It is recommended to simplify the interface for senior users, improve the responsiveness of the website display for mobile access, and add a time limitation method in future research.   Keywords: Fisher-Yates Shuffle Algorithm, Computer Base Test, Question Randomization.

These changes involve not only practical aspects, such as lifestyle, but also include the basics of behavior and worldview.With social media, we have entered an era where information can quickly and easily spread throughout the world. This opens the door to unprecedented global connectivity, allowing people to interact without the barriers of distance and geographical boundaries. However, behind this convenience, there are significant changes in the way we view and appreciate cultural values. The advantages of social media include its ability to accelerate the flow of information, facilitate intercultural interactions, and provide a platform for previously unheard voices. The spread of false information or hoaxes has become easier, and the impact on mental health, especially among the younger generation, is a serious concern.  

This research aims to find out, analyze and describe the needs and tendencies of Re: in the novel Re: and peRempuan by Maman Suherman. The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the neurotic needs and tendencies experienced by the character Re:. The method in this research uses qualitative research and descriptive method. The result of this research is that the character Re: has 3 neurotic needs, namely, 1) the neurotic need for affection and self-acceptance, 2) the neurotic need to limit his life in a narrow scope, 3) the neurotic need for independence and freedom. And has 3 neurotic tendencies namely, 1) approaching others, 2) fighting others, 30) avoiding others.

In this study using the help of microsoft Excel 2013 as a medium to solve mathematical problems more easily and practically. This study also uses a programming algorithm with the help of microsoft Exel to sort certain data that analyzes a value and comparison with sorting procedures in the work of completing the Excel 2013 application programming algorithm in solving mathematical problems. The method used in this study uses a research and Development approach. From the research that has been done, it was concluded that Microsoft Excel 2013 can be used as an application that helps in solving math problems.

This research aims to determine the influence of students' learning activities on the ability to understanding mathematical concepts through the STEAM Learning Approach Makerspace model based on PBL on SPLDV materials. As for the type of research Quasi-Experiments. The population in this study was 90 students who were distributed into 3 classes with 2 classes that sampled grades VIII A and VIII C. The sampling techniques in this study used randomized classes and data collection techniques in this study were tests and observations, while the research instruments used preliminary tests and final tests to measure the ability to understand mathematical concepts and observation sheets to see students' learning activities. Data analysis techniques using a two-way ANOVA test. The research showed that there is an influence of the PBL-based Makerspace STEAM Learning Approach model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts, there is no influence on students' learning activities on mathematical concept comprehension capabilities, and there is no interaction between the PBL-based Stem Learning Approach Makerspace model and student learning activities on the ability to understand mathematical concepts. Conclusion, there is a positive direct effect of cognitive structures on the ability to understanding mathematical concepts.

Therefore, input from various parties is very necessary to fulfill people's aspirations and answer the nation's needs in the future. Criticism that is based on facts must be respected, while criticism that is slanderous and provocative must face legal consequences. The ITE Law is not aimed at curbing freedom of opinion, but rather at responding to the actions of creators and spreaders of hoaxes, slander and provocation in society. The government is concerned that undemocratic electronic information regulation could undermine national unity and give free rein to unethical content creation. In fact, there are parties who systematically produce and spread content that contains hatred, based on SARA, pornography, radicalism and terrorism through the use of robots, with motives that can be political or economic.

This research aims to find out about sound and light materials. The aim of this research is to analyze sound and light material which includes its properties and application in life. daily. The results of this research show that sound is a vibration that propagates as a wave through solid, liquid or gas media and sound is also defined as a series of waves of changes in density and sound pressure, while light is a wave that passes through a vacuum.

This research is a data collection technique in this research using literature study. In the learning process, the solar system consists of a collection of celestial bodies centered around a star called the sun, and all celestial bodies are connected based on their gravity. There are eight known planets in the solar system, namely Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Based on the position of the planets, there are planets called inner planets and outer planets. The purpose of this article is to analyze the solar system, which includes the definition of the solar system, the characteristics of the members of the solar system, as well as the various planets and their characteristics which will be discussed in detail in the results and discussion sections.

This research aims to analyze the application of the inquiry learning model in science subjects regarding the movement of objects in elementary schools. This research used a literature study method which was carried out by reviewing 15 articles, consisting of 12 national journals and 3 international journals. The results obtained from this research are that science learning using the inquiry method on object movement material in elementary schools can be applied and based on the results of the review, science learning using the inquiry model will be more detailed and students will understand more easily, because students are directly involved in learning. the. So it can be concluded that 1) The inquiry learning model can be developed in all subjects, including science subjects which can involve children's ability to observe and research events. 2) The inquiry learning model in science (Natural Science) subjects can help make it easier for students to understand learning, especially regarding the movement of objects. 3) The inquiry learning model provides significant results on student learning outcomes in science subjects in elementary schools, so that in material on object movement, the inquiry learning model can be applied to achieve effective and efficient learning.
