Persaingan bisnis distro di kota semarang semakin ketat. Smith adalah salah satu distro yang baru berdiri sejak tahun 2010 di Semarang. Mekanisme sistem penjualan pada distro smith sekarang masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, dimana konsumen harus datang langsung ke distro. Dengan adanya Aplikasi E-commerce pada Distro Smith Semarang diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat untuk melakukan pembelian produk tanpa harus datang ke tempatnya, serta memperluas pemasaran dan meningkatkan costumer loyality. Distro ini dikembangkan dengan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dan software yang digunakan untuk merancang dan mendesain Aplikasi E-commerce yaitu bahasa pemrograman PHP, text editor Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, Database MySQL dan Adobe Photoshop CS4. Aplikasi ini juga dapat menghasilkan informasi produk yang dijual, serta menyajikan laporan-laporan yang ditujukan kepada pimpinan (manajer) diantaranya: laporan produk, laporan member, laporan order, dan laporan penjualan.

This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.

Untuk  dapat menyimpan  sebuah  berkas  yang  besar  kedalam media  penyimpanan  yang  lebih kecil maka harus dipecah terlebih dahulu menjadi berkas yang kecil­kecil. Untuk  alasan inilah akan dibuat suatu program pemecah program berkas gambar dengan ektensi BMP  yang biasanya mempunyai ukuran yang relative besar. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah membuat program aplikasi pemecah file gambar dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma clipping. Proses ini digunakan untuk membantu proses pemecahan berkas BMP,  terutama  yang mempunyai  kapasitas  melebihi media  penyimpanan  seperti  disket  sehingga  dapat digandakan  ke media  tersebut. Masalah  dari  penelitian  ini  adalah  bagaimana membuat  program  aplikasi pemecah  file  gambar  dengan  mengimplementasikan  algoritma  clipping.  Metode  pengembangan  sistem yang digunakan adalah SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) yang  merupakan metodologi klasik yang digunakan  untuk mengembangkan, memelihara,  dan menggunakan  sistem  informasi.  Proses  pemecahan gambar  akan    menghasilkan  kualitas  gambar  seperti  pada  keadaan  sebelum  terjadi  pemecahan  tanpa mengalami  kerusakan  pada  gambar.  a)  Pemecahan  gambar  dapat  dilakukan  pada  gambar  berwarna  dan grayscale dengan bit per pixel maksimal 24, di atas itu program tidak mendukung. b) Pemecahan tersebut hanya dapat dilakukan dengan membagi gambar secara horisontal atau hanya terjadi pada tinggi gambar.

Penggunaan akses internet dengan metoda dial up pada suatu perusahaan internet sering dibatasi oleh anggaran dana yang  sudah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian diperlukan  suatu kontrol dalam membatasi pemakaian  pulsa  internet  agar  tidak  melebihi  anggaran  yang  sudah  ditetapkan. Maka  diperlukan  suatu program  aplikasi  untuk mengontrol  akses  internet  secara  dial  up.  Pengembangan  aplikasi menggunakan software development Visual Basic 6.0 dengan database Microsoft Access dan memanfaatkan script Win32 Internet API  (WinInet API)  pada  file wininet.dll  yang  sudah  tersedia  pada Operating  System Windows 98/2000/XP. Script Win32 Internet API merupakan salah satu bagian dari funsi – fungsi internal windows yang disebut dengan API (Application Programmer Interface). API berfungsi sebagai interface / jembatan antara windows dengan programmer. Fungsi ­ fungsi API dapat diakses oleh programmer melalui file ­ file library API untuk diaplikasikan pada suatu program. Fungsi aplikasi adalah untuk mengontrol penggunaan internet  berdasarkan  pada  pemakaian  pulsa  /  waktu.  Secara  umum  aplikasi  juga  dapat  digunakan  oleh pengguna internet dengan sistem sambungan dial up.

To use this model, the DSS needs ti interface with another software. Mathematical Programming is a technique used in mathematical models, particularly optimization models, to assist in decision making. The Simplex Method is "a systematic procedure for generating and testing candidate vertex solutions to a linear program." (Gill, Murray, and Wright, p. -137) It begins at an arbitrary corner of the solution set. At each iteration, the Simplex Method selects the variable that will produce the largest change towards the minimum (or maximum) solution. The  development of computer programs to be used as Decision Support Systems involves several tasks such as mathematical modeling, technical and data collection and development of a user friendly interface.

This paper presents n conceptual model of Internet-based business-consumer relationship marketing with a focus on the context, content, and the process of relationship development from the consumer's perspective. The model con be divided into two broad groups. The first group is a set of contextual factors (environment, parties to the relationship, consumption task) that influence relationship development. The second group is the content and process of relationship development that can be viewed via three interrelated conceptual phases: consumer motives to seek interaction, exploration and interaction, and relationship bonding. With the rapid growth of E-commerce and on-line consumer shopping trends, the importance of building and maintaining customer loyalty in electronic marketplaces has come into sharper focus in marketing theory and practice. This paper also to present a conceptual framework of "e-loyalty" and its underlying drives.
