This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.

Education plays an important role in all aspects of human life. Education is the most effective tool to improve the quality of individuals to be more productive. Competition between formal educational institutions, especially at the Vocational High School (SMK) level, so that schools compete to improve the quality and quality of education to attract attention and seize market share and offer the services provided. Therefore, schools must design strong marketing strategies in order to make students interested and satisfied with the services provided. Several aspects that affect student satisfaction such as education costs, location and quality of service. This study aims to determine and analyze which factors are the most dominant influencing student satisfaction among education costs, location and service quality. The population in this study were 855 students at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. With the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 86 students of SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. Data were taken by distributing questionnaires to students which were then measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. This study uses SPSS 20 as data processing. The results showed that simultaneously the cost of education, location and service quality had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction. While partially the cost of education, location and service quality have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.

PT. Petrosida is a manufacturing company engaged in pesticide production. The production system in this company is Make To Order (MTO) where the company will produce products after an order or order from consumers. In its production PT. Petrosida has problems with the main tools used for packaging, one of which is a 1-liter induction semi-automatic filling machine in the herbicide unit, where treatment is carried out after damage to a component. Critical components in filling machines experience an average of 20 times damage in 2022-2023 and the machine maintenance process is still not optimal with an average downtime of 5 hours / month. Therefore, the purpose of research is to be able to carry out preventive maintenance using the modularity design method in the hope that there will be no more breakdowns that hamper the production process so as to reduce machine maintenance costs and to find out the minimum total machine maintenance cost planning using the life cycle cost (LCC) method. By implementing preventive maintenance with modularity design, the total maintenance cost of Rp. 9,747,782 is lower than the company's total maintenance cost of Rp. 23,023,176 with an efficiency rate of 42.3%. And obtained the lowest total life cycle cost of Rp. 340,459,348, - with an optimal life on the machine of 3 years & the number of mechanics one person.

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

This research departs from the phenomenon of interpersonal relationships that are owned by the children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Orphanage which are still low and medium, this is marked by the orphans who do not know each other closely, do not understand each other's personal characteristics, are not familiar, lack of cooperation, orphans they still lack the courage to express their ideas or opinions, there are still social conflicts between them, they close themselves off because they lack confidence in getting along with other orphans, they lack a sense of initiative in making friends and working together. Researchers try to provide group guidance services with sociodrama techniques to orphanages to improve interpersonal relationships, the goal to be achieved in this study is to find out whether or not there are significant differences in the interpersonal relationships of orphanage children before and after being given sociodrama technique group guidance services, as well as effective whether or not the sociodrama technique group guidance services to improve the interpersonal relations skills of orphans at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. This research is classified as a pre-experimental study using a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study was the adolescent children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. The population is young women at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Riau Orphanage, totaling 20 people. The sample is adolescents who are indicated to have a poor level of interpersonal relations, namely 8 people, sampling based on purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used non-parametric statistical tests using the Wilcoxon signed rank test method with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.00. pretest and posttest. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation, a significant p-value of 0.011 < α (α = 0.05) is obtained, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon test, it can be interpreted that the interpersonal relationship skills of the orphans increased after being given treatment, namely the sociodrama technique Group Guidance Service.

Housemart Cirebon is a trading company engaged in staple goods located on Jalan Cideng Indah, Cirebon Regency - West Java. Cirebon Housemart provides basic ingredients from national brands ranging from household needs, baby products, to body and beauty care products. At present the business activities carried out are somewhat less effective. Sales, promotions and orders are still done manually, this is less effective because there is no detailed information on what products are being sold to buyers. . Recording and checking of transaction data, customer data, goods data, is still done manually in written document archives, data loss is still very likely to occur. The development method used to design the system uses the prototype method. The results of this research are in the form of a web-based Housemart Cirebon Sales Information System that is capable of performing sales, ordering and data processing services at Cirebon Housemart so that it can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of performance and time. The hope is to be able to provide complete information regarding the ordering process, services and promotions so that it is even better at Housemart Cirebon.

This project focuses on the significant role of the gaming industry as an agent for spreading popular culture and global lifestyle from various countries, as well as its potential impact on local culture. Especially in the Indonesian market, the penetration of foreign cultures through digital platforms has become a phenomenon that has an impact on local cultural identity. However, as a successful example, Japan in promoting its traditional culture through media such as games, anime, and other products, provides inspiration for an approach that has the potential to strengthen the sustainability of local culture. This design aims to explain how character design in the game industry can be adopted as a tool to introduce and describe cultural values, myths, and philosophies of the East Kalimantan Dayak tribe. This approach will involve developing character designs that take references from the traditions and local wisdom of the Dayak tribe. The design will be a means of providing a unique and engaging visual experience, while simultaneously responding to concerns about the preservation of traditional culture. The methodology used in this research is a design thinking approach with a 5W+1H analysis approach. These design steps would result in a character called "Uyau Man Kan," which has its roots in the traditional folklore of the Dayak people of East Kalimantan. This character is not only a visual manifestation of the culture, but also a bridge for a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage of the Dayak tribe.

Health service facilities are all facilities and infrastructure tools or places that can support health or can be used to provide health services, both promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative carried out by the government, local governments and / or the community, (Ministry of Health RI, 2016).  The research design was described using a cross-sectional research design. The research was conducted in the working area of the Kutacane Pulonas City Health Center, Babussalam District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The population of this study was the entire population of productive age who visited the Kutacane City Health Center. The sample for the study was 127 respondents, a sampling of the general population. The data analysis carried out was univariate and bivariate analysis. From the results of the study, it is known that the factors that influence low access show that access to productive age people in the working area of the Kutacane City Health Center is influenced by gender, marital status, knowledge, attitudes, cadre support, facilities and infrastructure, information about the schedule for implementing health screening, and satisfaction with productive age health services.

Baground: The coverage of infants who received exclusive breastfeeding at the M. Taha Health Center was 59.26%, the last of the 14 health centers in Bengkulu Selatan Regency, due to one of the reasons for the lack of milk production. Oxytocin massage is one solution to overcome the non-smooth milk production. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to study the effect of oxytocin massage therapy on the smoothness of breast milk in post partum’s women in the M. Taha Health Center, Bengkulu Selatan Regency. Method: This is research uses a pre-experimental with the One Group Pre-Test and Post Test Design Method. The population is all post partum’s women <24 hours in the working area of ??the M. Taha Health Center, Bengkulu Selatan Regency. Sampling used the Accidental Sampling technique, with a sample of 16 respondents. Data collection using interview techniques and oxytocin massage therapy treatment. Results: The results showed that from 16 respondents, the average value of the smoothness breast milk before the oxytocin massage treatment was 4.19 and the average value of the smoothness breast milk after the oxytocin massage treatment was 8.38. Conclusion: There is an effect of oxytocin massage therapy on the smoothness breast milk in post partum’s women in the Working Area of ??the M. Taha Health Center Bengkulu Selatan Regency. It is recommended to the Puskesmas that oxytocin massage therapy can be used as a permanent procedure as a post partum’s service at the Puskesmas and teach/socialize to mothers about oxytocin massage and its benefits for breast milk mothers.

Temprina Media Grafika is a manufacturing company with printing and packaging services. The products are produced from PT. Temprina Media Grafika are packaging paper for various industrial products. However, the production of PT. Temprina Media Grafika still has a few problems that impact the product flaw. The purpose of this study is to identify the quality of Choco Wafer Roll packaging and offer improvements to improving the Choco Wafer Roll packaged products in PT. Temprina Media Grafika. The study was used are Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Based on the results of research on Statistical Quality Control (SQC), the most dominant defects were color not appropriate (27,2%), after that shiny color not right (23,4%), uneven colors (21,9%), Spots appear on the pack (15,3%), and packaging design cut (12,3%). Based on the results of research on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the problem causing disability with the highest RPN value of 168 is the machine factor with the cause of dirty UV polymer containers. Recommendations for improvements that can be made are Eliminating uv polymer containers after uv laminate processes.

This article defines the process for developing a speaking syllabus for flight attendant school in a Flipped Learning Network (FLN), which increases student engagement and learning by assigning watching videos at home followed up in pre-teaching discussions, and requiring the students to work on live practices in face-to-face classroom activities. Considering that the syllabus is designed to develop the students' oral competence, the target speaking skill is aimed toward developing students' ability to engage in procedural communication in the workplace. Therefore, the topics/themes are chosen to meet the needs of flight attendants consistent with Project-Based Learning (PBL) by Forum Group Discussions (FGDs). In order to achieve this objective, the development of a syllabus begins with a need analysis, topic selection, syllabus prototype production, expert evaluation, and revision for the final product. The syllabus is organized such that the learning experience is explicitly stated for two formats: online meeting (through Google Classroom for the video analysis) as the lecture homework for pre-discussions followed by classroom face-to-face meeting (through FGDs with peers, individual work, and the teacher) to comprehend students' understanding though some units. Each unit has 2 (two) topics. Each topic consists of 60 (sixteen) minutes or 1 (one) meeting. This syllabus development is considered to be implemented in terms of  FLN for instructional activities in flight attendant school resulting higher-order thinking skills such as collaboration, design and problem solving as students tackle difficult problems, work in groups, research, and construct knowledge with the help of the teacher and peers.

In the current era of modernization, many things have begun to use technological developments, including the delivery and dissemination of information. This development is marked by changes in methods in various fields, leaving manual methods and replacing them with the use of modern technology. With the rapid advancement of information technology, it makes it easier for business people to develop creativity and market a product, including the digital invitation business. This type of digital invitation is gaining popularity not only because it is considered easier to distribute, low production costs, and a variety of designs. Digital invitations are visually more attractive because media such as photos, text, animation and audio can be added. This study aims to analyze several articles related to public interest in digital invitation business opportunities. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using search engines such as neti.com, google scholar, and Sciencedirect. With the criteria for articles published in 2019-2021. Based on the articles collected, the results of the analysis show that digital invitations have considerable business potential for business people and make it easier for users to convey information.

This Community Service activity aims to optimize the use of environmentally friendly agricultural products in the home industry for processing aloe vera into nata de aloevera. The agricultural products used are rice straw waste and bagasse which are processed into biodegradable raw materials. The experiment was carried out using a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments namely A (50% waste rice straw + 50% bagasse), B (75% waste rice straw + 25% bagasse), and C (25% waste rice straw + 75% bagasse). Measurements were made of the parameters pH, total acid, water content, protein content, and organoleptic nata de aloevera. The results showed that treatment A gave the best results in terms of pH, total acid, and protein content. Meanwhile, C treatment gave the best results on water content and organoleptic. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide alternatives to the use of environmentally friendly raw materials in the home industry for processing aloe vera into nata de aloevera and can meet consumer needs for healthy and safe food products..  Keywords: Biodegradable agricultural products, Home industry, Aloe vera processing, Nata de aloevera, Green technology, Green technology   Abstrak_Indo. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan produk pertanian yang ramah lingkungan pada home industry pengolahan aloe vera menjadi nata de aloevera. Produk pertanian yang digunakan adalah limbah jerami padi dan ampas tebu yang diolah menjadi bahan baku biodegradable. Percobaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan yaitu A (50% limbah jerami padi + 50% ampas tebu), B (75% limbah jerami padi + 25% ampas tebu), dan C (25% limbah jerami padi + 75% ampas tebu). Pengukuran dilakukan terhadap parameter pH, total asam, kadar air, kadar protein, dan organoleptik nata de aloevera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan A memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter pH, total asam, dan kadar protein. Sementara itu, perlakuan C memberikan hasil terbaik pada kadar air dan organoleptik. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan alternatif pemanfaatan bahan baku yang ramah lingkungan dalam home industry pengolahan aloe vera menjadi nata de aloevera serta dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen pada produk makanan yang sehat dan aman. The rapid business competition forced the owners of the Pagerjurang - Melikan pottery craftsmen to find the right media to sell their products and innovate to develop more attractive and highly marketable types and forms of products. Purpose of Outreach Socialization Development of Website-Based Prototype Company Profile Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Website is an internet application that can be accessed by almost all people today. The purpose of implementing PkM activities is to design and develop a website-based prototype company profile for Umkm Pottery and Ceramic Entrepreneurs Pagerjurang Melikan Bayat – Wedi Klaten. Because the sales made by MSMEs are still traditional, although there are some who have used the WA group and Facebook, but have never used a website application. The company profile prototype development method is waterfall, namely through several stages starting from planning and data collection, system design with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), programming in PHPMySQL and XAMPP languages. Results of the Company Profile Website for UMKM Pottery Pager Jurang - Melikan Pay -Wedi Klaten, Outcome of implementing the Website which is expected to help provide solutions to problems encountered during the process carried out by UMKM manually.

In addition, the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park area is also planned to be the location of Ecoedutourism (Ecoedutourism) based on agriculture and processing of agricultural products. Eco-education is expected to attract visitors to enjoy the location of the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park Area with attractions based on field activities from study programs at UNPAB such as horticultural gardens, nurseries, animal husbandry, waste management for the use of renewable energy to processing packaging of garden and livestock products. The construction of the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park Area Mosque is expected to become a center of Islamic activities consisting of worship activities, mu'amalah and da'wah education, as well as Islamic information centers, not only for the Al-amin Science And Industrial Park area but also for the surrounding community and visitors to the area.

Batik Tiga Negeri is one of the historic batiks on the north coast of the island of Java which was made to be traded from the start. Packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri is needed in addition to protecting the product, as well as for communication media in spreading about one of the nation's wealth that can be proud of. Packaging can have a useful multi-function. There are many packaging options, ranging from plastik to paper and cloth, all of which can display product labels. Through this service activity, it is hoped that the millennial generation, namely Regina Pacis Solo High School students will understand: 1) How far can the main motifs of Batik Tiga Negeri developed according to the style of young people? 2) How student’s creativity in making packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri products is not only attractive, useful, but also can be an effective communication medium. In other words, from the work produced, it will further clarify the role of packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri handicraft products other than as a wrapper. The method used is community service in the form of training. Beginning with providing material to young people as the nation's next generation, about the archipelago's wastra, especially batik. Training on making designs on packaging to wrap Tiga Negeri batik products, in order to produce a unique packaging with the main motif idea of   Batik Tiga Negeri. The purpose of this activity is to make students aware of the importance of maintaining the ancestral heritage which is the wealth of this nation.

Nutmeg is one of the most popular export commodities in the world. Starting from seeds, mace, and nutmeg oil, they are targeted in the pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetic industries as well as the food and beverage industry. However, it is still rare for nutmeg skin to be used and processed into a product of economic value. In society, a lot of nutmeg meat is thrown away and becomes waste. The IKM empowerment program at the Nutmeg IKM center aims to develop the knowledge and skills of nutmeg business actors in the South Aceh IKM Center to process nutmeg waste into value-added food products. This program promotes the manufacture of dodol made from nutmeg or called Dodol Pala. The program implementation method is divided into three stages: (1) Preparation, designing activities and coordinating with the South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD; (2) Implementation of guidance, namely developing the knowledge of business actors about processed products made from nutmeg and (3) Training and mentoring, training activities with direct practice of making nutmeg dodol. Assistance is focused on making product packaging and marketing. This training involved various parties, including members of the Teuku Umar University Higher Education, South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD, nutmeg business actors (IKM), and students. The achievement of this activity, the participants succeeded in developing knowledge about the benefits of nutmeg assessed from their participation during the three days following the activity. In addition, the participants also succeeded in making good quality nutmeg dodol. This activity is expected to be a motivation for nutmeg business actors in South Aceh district to implement their knowledge after this activity.

The concept offered in the planning of the Living Lab and Industrial Park Area is Tropical Sustainable while still considering local cultural values. The facility plans provided are livestock areas, agricultural and plantation areas, product processing areas, sports facilities areas, management offices, and ecotourism areas. The living lab and industrial park area is expected to become a superior educational and research facility and can be a producer of products and innovations of UNPAB academics and researchers.

The digitalization of the economy gave rise to a variety of e-commerce that rivaled and detracted from youth and adult consumers on Facebook. The purpose of this study was to analyze the interest of adolescent and adult consumers in products promoted through Facebook social media in the rural areas of South Brebes, Rembang and Kudus. 10 people were represented in each region consisting of 5 teenagers and 5 adults using a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation and interviews with researchers as the main research instruments. The research was carried out in each of the designated rural areas. The data from this study were analyzed using inductive analysis techniques and data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the data. The results of this study showed that the interest of rural adolescents and adults in products promoted through social media Facebook had differences in terms of objectives, types of products they were interested in, and types of interest. Teenagers are interested in beauty and fashion products with exploratory interest types, while adults are interested in products from daily necessities, household goods, to hobbies, with interest types including transactional, preferential, referential, explorative, and selling interests.
