Intense competition within the industrial sector drives companies to be more proactive in creating and continually designing strategies to maintain their position in the market. Companies that have customer relationship strategies can enhance customer loyalty, which in turn optimizes the long-term profitability of the company. Through this strategy, relationships with customers can be strengthened, and existing customers can be retained. The strategy is also implemented by one of the heavy equipment companies in Indonesia, namely PT Trakindo Utama Branch BSD, to effectively address customer complaints so that customers feel comfortable again despite their previous dissatisfaction with the services provided. This research aims to determine whether the implementation of customer relationship management strategies carried out by PT Trakindo Utama's BSD Branch can effectively enhance customer relationships, retain customers, and increase loyalty. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach, involving data collection techniques such as observation and interviews with employees of PT Trakindo Utama Branch BSD in the Sales division and the Parts Counter sub-division who have direct and intensive communication with customers, as well documentation. Therefore, the data obtained are accurate and based on sources within the company relevant to the research. The design of a cover letter creation system is very important for the transition to technology-based village governance, increasing efficiency, accuracy and accessibility in administrative data management. In Waleng Village, making cover letters is still using the manual method, prone to human error. To optimize web-based public services in the digitalization era, a system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This information system research uses qualitative research and testing it with blackbox testing and reveals that this information system can optimize submission of cover letters online and functions as a database for cover letter applications. Regular maintenance of software and hardware is necessary to ensure optimal consistency in the use of information.

Flutter is an open-source user interface (UI) software development kit (SDK) created by Google, designed for building natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop platforms from a single codebase. It employs the Dart programming language and provides a rich set of pre-built widgets, offering developers the flexibility to craft visually appealing and interactive user interfaces. This paper presents an overview of the Flutter framework, discussing its core features, architecture, and benefits. Flutter's "hot reload" feature allows for real-time code changes without the need for a full application restart, enabling faster development and experimentation. The framework's performance is optimized by leveraging Skia, a graphics engine for smooth rendering, resulting in fast and fluid UI experiences. The Flutter ecosystem encompasses a thriving community, extensive documentation, and a wide range of plugins that extend functionality and simplify integration with native platform features. Its cross-platform capabilities streamline the development process and reduce time-to-market, making it a popular choice among developers and businesses alike. The paper also highlights some potential challenges faced when adopting Flutter, such as platform-specific issues and limited native functionality access. However, the benefits of code reusability, fast development cycles, and consistent UI across platforms outweigh these challenges for many projects. Overall, Flutter has emerged as a robust and versatile framework for building high-performance applications across diverse platforms. Its continuous evolution, strong community support, and commitment from Google position it as a promising solution for modern app development in the rapidly evolving world of technology.

Realizing rural economic independence is one of the national development goals and requires village potential, community social potential, and natural resource potential which are actors as well as objects in development. In addition, in realizing independence, it is necessary to optimize village business units. The Village Business Unit is an institution established by the village community that does not focus on profit or profit but must also be managed with social souls, or social entrepreneurship. However, the current reality shows that many villages do not know how to set up and optimize their own business units. As an effort to drive the local and regional economy, a strategy is needed to utilize and optimize the potential of local resources, be it natural resources, human resources or other economic resources. And the service method used is socialization and discussion. Based on the results of the tests before and after the implementation of the activities, it can be seen that there was an increase in understanding before and after the socialization, which means that the community has begun to understand what are the ways to strengthen the economic independence of their village business units.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are buying and selling activities and providing services to the community with the aim of making a profit, but the empowerment of MSMEs is not due to the fact that there are still many obstacles, such as the difficulty for MSMEs to obtain financing facilities from financial institutions, so they are forced to take out loans from loan sharks whose interest rates are high and suffocating. thus causing businesses to go out of business, to overcome this problem MSMEs need Islamic financial institutions with a profit sharing scheme, namely mudharabah contracts or financing/investments which are usually mudharabah products found in Islamic Cooperatives, Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI), Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). The Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) and the Syirkah Bersama Cooperative (KSBB) are both working together to create a new innovation in the form of Mudharabah Linked Waqf which optimizes and manages cash waqf funds in an organized manner so that it is hoped that it can help MSMEs to develop further.

The term smart museum has started to emerge in recent years along with the development of digital technology and smart concepts related to the application of technology in helping people in various sectors of life. The concept of a smart museum itself refers to the use of internet of things (IoT) technology such as sensors, wireless networks, digital applications, virtual reality, augmented reality, and smart systems to increase the interactivity, accessibility and involvement of visitors in the museum. Now more and more museums are adopting this smart solution as a way to attract visitors and optimize the visitor experience. In Indonesia, one of the museums that has transformed into a smart museum is the Museum Penerangan. In its efforts to become a smart museum, the Museum Penerangan has several supporting factors such as the number of human resources, technology support, program creativity, and support from top management. However, the main obstacle is funding because it requires a large investment to transform into a smart museum, besides that special human resources are needed to understand the technological needs that match the collection.

Consumption is an activity aimed at reducing or utilizing a product, whether it is a physical product or a service. Along with the times, the level of consumption is getting higher, especially among students. This increase in consumption activity is based on the attractiveness of an item, thus providing satisfaction to consumers. If consumption cannot be controlled, it will lead to consumptive behavior. Therefore the authors designed a minimalist campaign to reduce the amount of consumption and chose to optimize the use of goods to make them more effective and useful. This design uses the Research and Development (R&D) 4-D model with the stages: define, design, develop and disseminate. In the process of solving the problem the writer applies 5W+1H data analysis (what, where, when, who, why and how). The main media for this design is the Instagram feed as a medium for voicing a minimalist lifestyle campaign.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial management and sales stability on business survival in companies experiencing financial crisis. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies on several companies facing financial crises in different industries. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with company executives, analysis of financial statements, and evaluation of implemented management strategies. The research was conducted over a three-month period, starting from January to March 2023. The results show that effective financial management is essential to deal with the financial crisis and affects business survival. Companies that are able to manage financial resources well, restructure debt, and optimize the use of capital will have a greater chance of surviving a crisis. In addition, sales stability is also a crucial factor in the survival of the company. Product diversification, market expansion, and efforts to maintain market share help companies to cope with demand fluctuations and reduce the negative impact of the economic crisis. While this research provides valuable insights, there are limitations in the number of case studies and the focus on qualitative data. The implication of this study is that it is important for companies to strengthen financial management and improve sales stability in an effort to overcome the financial crisis and maintain business viability.
