This study aims to describe the speech acts of men and women in the novel Shaf by Ima Madani. The research is textual in nature and employs a pragmatic approach, using a descriptive method to analyze the data. The data consist of the novel's text, which contains various types of speech acts: representative, directive, expressive, commissive, and declarative. The primary source of data is the novel itself. Data collection was conducted through purchasing, reading, observing, and marking relevant passages. The analysis involved several steps, including data collection, reduction, display, conclusion, and verification. By applying this approach, the study identifies how men and women use different speech acts in various contexts within the narrative. The findings aim to provide insights into gender-based language patterns, illustrating how characters express, request, promise, or declare through speech. This study contributes to understanding the pragmatic functions of language in literary texts, showing the relationship between linguistic choices and character roles. Overall, the research highlights the diversity of speech acts in Shaf and demonstrates the effectiveness of a textual-pragmatic approach in literary analysis, offering a structured method for examining how dialogue reflects social and interpersonal dynamics in the novel.  

Educational facilities and infrastructure are facilities used for the implementation of educational activities so that the infrastructure used to support the learning process can still function properly. Therefore, school principals need to have a strategy in managing facilities and infrastructure so that they can still be used to support the occurrence of a quality learning process. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals in the field of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, and students. Collecting data by interview, observation, and recording. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining went well, this was due to several strategies developed by the principal in the management component of facilities and infrastructure. (2) To realize some of these strategies, the principal needs to take steps to implement the principal's strategy, and in this case the principal includes several teachers/staff/employees as the person in charge of each facility and infrastructure.

In this age of globalization there is much competition between the work world and organizations for change to be more innovative and competitive. So some organizations must have great leaders who can motivate their subordinates and be able to oversee employee performance. This study has a purpose to explain a leader's transformational leadership style and work motivation. The research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening attentively and recording important information to do data analysis through data reduction, data display, and deduction through previous literature and study discoveries.    

This research aims to determine the effect of the curriculum Merdeka on Vocation High School students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library research methods. The data collection technique is by collecting several references, such as books, articles, and other related sources. Then the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis, with the stages of presenting data, data reduction, data verification, and concluding. In this study uses descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study show that there is an influence of the curriculum Merdeka on Vocation High School students and the impact is that students can work well in their respective fields. Meanwhile, the teacher participates in the process because the way the teacher teaches by implementing the independent curriculum affects students in learning.

This study aims to identify and describe the children's cartoon show "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV through the point of view of the 2012 KPI Broadcasting Behavior Guidelines and Broadcasting Program Standards (P3SPS). The theories used in this research are broadcasting theory, program theory, child theory. -children, and the theory of P3SPS.This study uses a qualitative method by collecting information about the status of a symptom, namely the state of the symptoms according to what they were at the time the research was conducted. Data collection is done by observing and documenting. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that there was an alleged violation of the children's cartoon program "Rabbids Invasion" on GTV on August 6 2019 when reviewed through P3SPS. The alleged offenses included assaulting a rabbit, dropping a bowling ball from top to bottom and hitting it on the head, throwing a cactus pot in the face with a racket and throwing a tart.The broadcast will have an impact on changing the attitudes and behavior of children who watch it, especially in terms of imitation and encourage youth to learn about inappropriate behavior and/or justify such inappropriate behavior as commonplace in everyday life. So Siarab programs in Indonesia must comply with the broadcasting law and P3SPS must be a guideline for/in making television program production so as to produce shows that are appropriate according to the existing classification, and are beneficial to the people of Indonesia.

This research was conducted in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village, Central Java, which aims to understand and analyze the coffee-based agro-tourism development model as a tourist attraction in the Colo Kudus Tourism Village. And analyze what obstacles are experienced by the Colo Kudus Tourism Village Agrotourism. The data of this study were obtained through observation and interviews, the informants used in the study were 5 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for coffee activists, the Colo Coffee community. The data obtained were processed using descriptive qualitative. Qualitative analysis uses data analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Arowisata Colo Tourism Village has a strategy model such as Coffee Education Tourism, training for farmers.

(2) to find out the characteristics of the implementation of the binnadhor tahsin method in learning the Koran for female students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo. (3) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tahsin binnadhor method in Al-Qur'an learning for female students at the Tahfidzul Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, WonosoboThe type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The main subject of this study was the new students of Block F Putri PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah, totaling 24 students. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and verification.The results showed that the implementation of the tahsin binnadhor method in learning the Qur'an, the students came forward one by one in turn and were listened to by the ustdazah if something went wrong it would be corrected. Characteristics of the implementation of the tahsin binnahor method in learning the Qur'an, students who are fluent, fluent, good and correct in reading the Qur'an will be recommended to recite the Koran at the Dzuriyah PPTQ Al-Asy'ariyyah. Factors supporting the implementation of the tahsin binnadhor method in learning the Qur'an ustadzah have syahadah juz 'ama and bin nadzri, the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of motivation in the students themselves, the time is too short.

This thesis aims to: 1) find out the implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 2) to find out about programs of Islamic religious and moral education activities at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 3) to find out strategies for strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo; 4) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo.This thesis uses a qualitative research approach where the type of research is descriptive. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. As for data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results showed that: 1) The implementation of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals at SMA Negeri 1 Wonosobo is carried out almost every day and routinely, as a habituation activity to shape the character of students with noble character. 2) Programs to strengthen the learning of Islamic religious education and morals consist of routine daily programs, namely: congregational prayers, weekly routine programs, namely: Friday prayers, women's affairs, religious literacy every Friday morning, and KKI activities (Islamic study groups), and programs annual routine, namely: Maulid Nabi, isro' Mi'raj, and Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. 3) Strategies carried out by the school in increasing student motivation using various models of methods, including lectures, discussions and questions and answers, and through pamphlets and social media. 4) The supporting and inhibiting factors of strengthening the learning of Islamic religious education and morals make the benchmark for the success of activities carried out in schools.

The purpose of this study was to describe students' learning motivation during face-to-face meetings and to find out the factors that influence the learning styles of students in class IV SDN Cibunigelis. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using reduction, display, and conclusion. Sources of research data include: students and educators. The results showed that the learning motivation of students in face-to-face with characteristics tends to be more able to understand learning by observing the teacher when delivering material, as well as being more enthusiastic and diligent in carrying out assignments, influenced by students who have enthusiasm and good learning readiness. the 3 students had different motivations given by educators, RA students were generally able to observe educators when delivering lessons well, RA were better able to read and write quite well. likes to get attention both verbally and in action and is good at telling stories. RA is able to retell what the educator conveys. Aspects of motivation are given, namely by giving appreciation to students when they are enthusiastic about learning to write and read. YIH students who were initially less focused on paying attention to educators when delivering material, but now they are better at paying attention to educators while teaching after being motivated that studying in the room is a way of learning that makes YIH's spirit pay more attention when educators deliver material. PA students after being introduced to PA learning motivation became better at paying attention to educators while teaching, reading was quite good, but writing was not too neat. PA has also reduced teasing his friends to just chat, changes in PA are more striking in the desire to succeed in learning, namely by being given praise when PA is faced with a problem in learning difficulties but PA never gives up. Factors in the learning styles of students include health conditions, the relationship between students and educators or with their parents, as well as their own environment when studying at home which can affect students studying at school.    

The Terminal Service Officer, or better known as the Terminal Inspection Service, is a work unit tasked with supervising all facilities in the Land Side area of the airport, curb/sidewalk, parking area and terminal building. Before the airport operates, the Terminal Service Officer ensures or checks in advance whether all facilities are ready to operate or not, if one of these facilities is not ready, it will affect the operational processes of El Tari Kupang International Airport and can also pose a risk to the performance of TSO officers. . The purpose of this research is to find out the performance and efforts of Terminal Service Officers in resolving obstacles to facility monitoring at El Tari Kupang International Airport. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using data from interviews with 3 Terminal Service Officers, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this study, Terminal Service Officers (TSO) have duties and responsibilities that are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures including facilities that are the responsibility of Terminal Service Officers, especially the land side area, passenger terminal and departure/arrival area, carry out routine checks supporting facilities to keep them operating properly. If in carrying out the supervision there is a damaged facility, it will be immediately coordinated with the unit concerned and repaired immediately.

Yogyakarta International Airport is a replacement for Adiscipto Airport which is considered unable to accommodate many passengers so that a larger airport is built, it can have an influence on the performance of aviation security personnel on the supervision and security of passengers so that security and guarding of passengers at the airport terminal can be maintained from people who commit violations or acts against the law in the airport environment. Coastal areas have various potential resources, both physically, socio-economically and biologically. The aim of this research is; (1) mapping of existing mangrove ecosystems and their management; and (2) updating the Action Plan for Mangrove Ecosystem Management and updating community and local community perceptions of mangrove ecosystem services as a way to reduce the risk of coastal disasters. Participatory mapping of the current condition of the mangrove ecosystem will be carried out to determine the level of public knowledge about the opportunities and problems of the mangrove ecosystem. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest in becoming a teacher in PAI FITK UNSIQ Wonosobo students. Interest is a person's interest in something that becomes his desire. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were the Chair of the PAI Study Program and students of PAI FITK UNSIQ Wonosobo. Data analysis techniques in this study used an interactive analysis model according to Miles & Huberman which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence the interest in becoming a teacher are internal factors such as emotional factors, perceptions, motivation, talent, and mastery of knowledge. While external factors include the family environment and social environment. Students are interested in becoming PAI teachers because they have certain reasons that strengthen students to become teachers. For example, students have been interested in becoming teachers since they were young and have a talent that must be developed through activities related to the teaching profession.

The transfer of the novel into a film as a form of appreciation for the novel so that the film entitled Asssalamualaikum Calon Imam can be enjoyed by FTV fans and broaden their horizons. Research that uses an objective approach. The source of data in this study is an analysis of novels and films. One of the techniques in collecting data in  this study is by using data analysis techniques or descriptive analysis techniques. The end of the results of this study by showing changes in the characters contained in the novel and film Assalamualaikum Calon Imam. In the film cast there are 11 characters played in the film, 2 additional cast characters, different storyline and there is a reduction in character. This change is due to differences in the interpretation of the writer and the director. The results of the study are focused on the main characters in novels and films.

This research is to find out the difficulties faced by students in preparing research proposals for Indonesian language and literature education. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with research subjects being students of the Indonesian language and literature education study program. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that many have difficulty defining problems in writing research proposals and formulating the benefits of a research. In some cases the activity proposal text is rejected because the content and objectives in the text are unclear and unconvincing (could be due to structure or written language) which seems not optimal) so that the authorities hesitate to accept it. Student difficulties as illustrated by the results of the questionnaire indicate that students still need to be given more information.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the management of educational financing in improving facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Pematang Duku Age, determining strategies using case studies, this research is a qualitative research that focuses on managing educational financing in improving facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam The source of this data comes from the school principal, treasurer, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, committees and technical foundations. The results of his research are management of education funding in improving facilities and infrastructure. in the madrasah aliyah daarussalam through three prisoners, namely a) the planning stage. This research is entitled "Inculcation of Character Education in PAI Learning in SMP N 12 Palembang". This study aims to determine the inculcation of character education in PAI learning in schools and the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in inculcating character education in PAI learning in schools. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. In this study it was found that pie learning at this school was carried out face-to-face where previously it was done online. So that the findings in this study are PAI teachers find that students' technological abilities are getting better. But sometimes in the learning process sometimes become lazy and not disciplined with time. So that in PAI learning at school, PAI teachers instill four positive values ​​in learning that will have an impact on student character. The four values ​​are honesty, discipline, hard work and wisdom.

This study aims to what extent the role of the new organizational culture that was implemented could increase work motivation and employee performance after the merger that occurred at Bank Syariah Indonesia Renon Denpasar Bali branch office. This study found that organizational culture has a relationship with an increase or decrease in work motivation and employee performance. it can be seen that at the time of the merger there was a decrease in the target achieved, but after the socialization process began there was an increase in the target achieved.
